At Roadrunner Garage Door, we can help you select the perfect door for your home. Since many garage doors represent a high percentage of the exterior of your home, it is important to choose a door that best complements your home as well as satisfies your needs. Whether it is new construction or to replace an existing garage door, the following list of considerations will be helpful.
Openers
Report
For new installation or replacement of a garage door opener, Roadrunner Garage Doors recommends the Liftmaster brand. The secret to finding the best garage door opener for your home or business is honestly evaluating the amount of use the door gets and what is near your garage door. How many times per day, total, does your garage door go up and down?

Gates
Report
Do you need to get the gate opened but it's not working? Call us for an estimate on your gate repair. We have been satisfying our customers for over 5 years and we guarantee our work. Roadrunner specializes in repairing, installing and servicing all types of residential and commercial gates and gate openers such as slide gates and swing gates.
Broken Springs
Report
Replacing a broken spring is the most common of garage door repairs. When the spring breaks, the cables on either side of the door become loose or come off the drum. A metal 2 car garage door can weigh up to 200 lbs. or more and the opener is not strong enough to lift the door on its own. The spring counter balances the weight of the garage door.

Avoid this company at all costs! Rafael came out and tried to get me to pay $1800 for a $300 repair blaming it on a supply shortage. After I told him I was going to get other quotes he said he would knock $200 off the price but that was "as low as he could go". He tried to get me to replace my 5 year old garage door opener because that was the only way he could guarantee everything would work properly. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

I called 'Road runner' to fix an issue of my garage door/opener. Basically, the chain assembly is disengaged and it seems bullet/assembly is broken causing the chain to hang. While scheduling the appointment over the phone, I explained the issue and the lady representative told me that the technician will come, check all the issues/balance the door and replace the parts/fix the issue.
She also told that they work for any brand/manufacturer garage opener/door and all the parts are available with the technician and he can fix it on the spot - which is a lie. By the way a service fee of $25.00 will be charged for the diagnosis and the fee will be waived/adjusted for the parts replaced. The technician 'Rafael' came yesterday and i showed him the issue.
He just looked at the opener/chain and told me that the complete opener/system needs to be replaced without touching/checking a single thing and gave me the prompt simple solution - very easy. Huh! I asked him 'why'? He told me that he only has the 'Liftmaster' parts available and 'Overhead door' opener parts are not available and the 'overhead door' company actually didn't make any parts - which is simply not correct. So, he can't replace/ fix the broken parts and the only solution is to replace the complete system/opener and he suggested that i should go with Liftmaster which he can install it within an hour and the charge will be around $1000, which is simply not necessary in my case.
I asked him again - is he absolutely sure that 'Overhead door'/Opener parts are not available and the complete system/opener needs to be replaced? Is this necessary - he smiled and then told me that he is in the industry for over 30 years and know all the details - what is available and what is NOT. He insisted again that complete system/opener needs to be replaced - this is the only solution.
That triggers me the 'red flag' because i know the parts for 'Overhead door' are available and it simply doesn't make sense to me to replace the complete system as the system/opener is working properly and instead the issue can be fixed by replacing the parts only. I paid him $ 25.00 just for showing up and giving me the 'Incorrect/false' information which i don't think a good customer experience.
My question to the company/Owner - Are you/your technician not supposed to provide correct information to the customer? Please don't push for something which is NOT needed and asked for unnecessary replacements. If 'Liftmaster' is the only company/brand you work with, please mention that while scheduling the appointment that you can fix/parts are available for 'Liftmaster' only and you don't support for other manufacturer/brand.
If i had been told this while scheduling the appointment, i shouldn't have ask roadrunner to fix the issue and can look for others, who has the 'Overhead' parts available and can fix - it simply doesn't make sense to pay $25.00 just for your technician to show up and provide incorrect information/telling he can't fix other than 'Liftmaster'. Please be honest and don't ripped off the customer. I won't recommend this company to anyone. Thanks!

Roadrunner Garage Doors EXCEEDED my expectations! Our repair involved a single spring and bracket which disengaged from wall but left the spring intact and at full tension, held only by one bolt. Troy was fully engaged, pointing out the risk associated to anyone not trained and experienced with high torsion spring repair. Rafael, our Service Technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledge. Based on Rafael's evaluation and recommendation, the spring bracket was reinstalled at double strength as that of prior. This is not a DIY, just call Roadrunner!

The team at Roadrunner Garage Doors has been great when it comes to repair and maintenance for my large, wooden rolling gate. Everyone who has come out to service my gate has been friendly and knowledgable. I feel like their pricing is fair and I can count on them to show up when they say they will and do a great job. They've done work for me a few times over the past six years and I highly recommend them!

Troy at Roadrunner Garage Door was awesome to deal with. He was always prompt to answer any questions I had and him and his crew were very professional. My wife and I are very happy with the CHI door he installed for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Roadrunner garage door for any garage door service or installation.

Today Roadrunner Garage Doors installed my new garage door. I called last week to schedule my appointment. I had called in July and received a quote. They honored the same price and promptly scheduled my appointment for today. My appointment time was 11 am today. Prior to the appointment I received a call confirming today's appointment. They were on time, very professional and polite.
When they completed the installation of the garage door, they asked me to inspect the garage door and made sure everything was in working and in order. They left the work site clean and safe. I also received a phone call from the office to ensure everything was satisfactory and the workers were polite and professional. This is excellent customer service. I would recommend Roadrunner Garage Door installation and repair to everyone. Thank you
