Highly recommended-you can't go wrong with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I had a snapped spring, and the original installers wanted an exorbitant amount to fix it. Great company. Very professional. Our door came off the track and wasn't operable. Technician arrived in the window it was originally booked and reached out to let me know when they'd arrive. Ulysses was pleasant, honest, and forthright with our options. As we're on a budget I was apprehensive and he worked with us. He had warned that there is an issue with our foundation and it was causing the problem.
When inevitably the door came off the track again despite our best efforts I contacted the company again and when he returned he helped us out again and was very easy to work with. Would do business with again and would recommend.

After dealing with another (less than stellar) garage door company I stumbled upon Veteran Garage Door DFW. I sent a message via Facebook and within 10 minutes they had my appointment setup. The technician called me and asked if we could meet earlier which was perfect for us. He came and within 15 minutes he had the issue diagnosed and gave us a detailed list of what needed to happen.
I was prepared to buy a new garage door and opener. Not only did I not need a new door, he also took off an initial $155 because he said he didn't have to do that service after all. I am extremely satisfied and when I am ready to buy a new door I will 100% be calling Veterans Garage Door DFW!

Didn't try to sell me on anything. Great service at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth it - I'd say even on the lower end of cost. I called Veteran in the morning and set a service call for the afternoon. I explained to Alex, the service tech, the multiple issues we were having with the garage door, and he got work immediately. He adjusted the tension spring, the wires and drums, replaced the rollers, and performed general maintenance all in under an hour. We also had issues with our old remote not communicating with the sensor, so he suggested replacing it with a new one and it worked instantly. Overall amazing experience with this company! Scheduling is very easy and convenient! They technician (Nathan) texted as he promised and came on time, professionally determined the spring type that broke, didn't try to sell more expensive options, just explained to me and let me made the decision.
