I just have to say how GRATEFUL I am that someone recommended Dino's Plumbing to us. They have done several different jobs for us, including replacing our water softener. We have had a couple of minor plumbing emergencies, they responded sooo quickly and were just as nice as they could be. My mother is 90 years old and it is wonderful to know that I can trust them to be fair and honest with her. I can honestly say, we will NEVER use any plumber other than Dino's! If you need a plumber, use Dino's, you won't be sorry!

Wow! Its nice to see that honesty and integrity prevail. I was cheated by a different plumbing company, and this honest man fixed my problem immediately. He explained the components of the toilet to me; showed me what was wrong; and what needed to be corrected. Now that's professionalism. I would highly recommend Dino for repairs. Arrived as promised & was given a call when he was 10 minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was I had 2 jobs needing a bid, & the written bid didn't have a breakdown for each one.

We discovered that the pipes that support our master bath were not the correct pipes installed and it caused a water leak into our kitchen. We called our home warranty company and then sent out Anytime Plumbling to assess the situation. They came back with all this unnecessary work and told our warranty company that the work that was done was out of code which of course gave the warranty company an out not to cover the damages. Anytime Plumbing comes back us saying they can fix it for $4k!

My wife calls Dino and he comes to the rescue. He identified the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes for 12% of what Anytime Plumbing charged. If you need a trustworthy and quality plumbing service, Dino plumbing is the way to go!

Dino came to see what was needed, got the necessary parts to change out a shower diverter and fix a frozen faucet. He not only did it in an very efficient and professional manner, he takes the time to explain what he's doing, and if asked, how to do it. I will only have one plumber here in Las Vegas and that's Dino.

Dino is THE BEST! Always professional and on-time. I used Dino for three different instances and he delivered each and every time. Customer service is great and Dino is super helpful in answering questions and addressing any concerns you may have. In the past, I had Dino take care of my main water valve in my garage. I had two companies look at it and said I needed to replace the valve and quoted $600+ to do the job. Dino came by and replaced a small part for a fraction of the cost. Today, I just had Dino over to install a valve for my outdoor BBQ.

It has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. One week ago they sent someone out to look and give me an estimate. He said I would get the estimate a day later. A week later still no estimate. I call them again and they tell me that the quote is not ready but they would work on it. I call them today after not receiving anything and they say they just dont have the manpower now to get to help me. I had told them that I was selling the house and was in a rush. I dont ever write bad reviews but they cost me 2 weeks.

Found my water heater leaking at 6:45AM and Dino's just finished replacing and hauling away old one. Done under 2 hours. Excellent service and very friendly and professional. Love using a local company! Dino's will be back next week to install a recirculating pump so I don't waste water waiting for it to heat up. You won't regret calling them for all your plumbing needs.

They fix what i need fixing New dishwasher needed new valve and pipe under sink. Wallah. Installers came yesterday and in it went. Yay

When my water heater died, I asked the contractor who the HSA sent for a bid on a tankless system. I also got some competitive bids including Dino's plumbing. Dino gave me one quote all in, and the cost was considerably less than other contractors. Work was professionally done, and the heater works great. The plumber also gave my husband a quick rules of the road including how to flush the tank every year. Will definitely recommend to others who need plumbing work done.

As long as I live in Las Vegas, I won't use any other plumber. I have used Dino's plumbing twice for my shower and both times the work was done quickly, without error, and the price was extremely reasonable. In a town where it feels like everybody is out to get as much out of you as they can, I felt confident I was paying only for what I needed.

Had a very good experience using Dino's plumbing. We were replacing a tank water heater with a tankless and we had 2 quotes from other companies. Both were pretty much the same price and told us we needed new venting and our water softener would not work with the tankless. We would need to buy a water conditioner. Dino came for a quote and said we did not need a new vent and the water softener could be used.

He was also $1000 cheaper than the other 2 quotes. We hired him and in a few days he showed up on time and installed the tankless water heater. We were very impressed with Dino and his wife/assistant. Definitely get a quote from him after you get any others. You will probably be very glad you did.

5 Star++++ In such uncertain times, it was an absolute Godsend to have Dino's Plumbing come out in less than an hours notice. Hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. Dino was very familiar with the type I needed, and less than an hour later, a new one was ready to be installed. Dino installed it with precision efficiency, and went above and beyond. Him and his wife are great at what they do, and even better people. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Added new parts to my reverse osmosis system. Very friendly and reliable. Will have them back to replace my sink.

After receiving several ridiculous quotes, we were recommended to use this company by our contractor. We needed to have a faucet replaced at our business. Their pricing is very reasonable and took care of our issue immediately. Good Customer service is hard to find now a days. Dino and Michelle are amazing! trustworthy and do great work! I didn't know my contractor called until after. You guys did our plumbing from scratch after we did a total rebuild after a fire. Dino came once during the rebuild and as I was giving him many thousands of my dollars I tried to introduce myself to him but he ignored me, first mistake. When the job was complete, H., the plumber had to come back a few times for minor issues, which is normal, but he knew nothing about the water softener and tankless hot water heater he installed. We've had no hot water since yesterday morning, I called the manufacturer about the code and they were shocked that the installer did not instruct me on how to do an annual flush, so needless to say it's never been flushed in 5 years so it's probably junk.

All the water softener does is soften my bank account buying salt, plus I've replaced the bath diverter twice and the kitchen faucets 3 times in less then 4 years. As soon as we moved in we complained about noisy pipes, after a couple of failed attempts, the new wall had to be cut open and the 2 Brand X shower faucets had to be replaced, and of course the wall had to be patched up afterwards.

The first cold spell came and we had frozen pipes, a couple of years ago I called about the hot water in the bathroom smelling like sewer gas, you kindly sent a plumber who said he couldn't smell anything. Final mistake, so you shouldn't be surprised at a 1 Star review and i see I'm not the only one. Want to redeem yourself? Be here Monday morning at 8.30.

On Thursday night I discovered the pilot on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. Started calling plumbers. No one could come out till the next day, and the first one I got a confirmation from was Dino's Plumbing. That was a stroke of luck because they fixed me right up. The water heater was about 10 years old, and the repair would have been almost $300.

More than one plumber I spoke with suggested replacing the water heater which I ended up doing. As one person said - spending $300 on repairs to a 10 year old water heater is like putting lipstick on a pig going to slaughter! Dino's came out early, fitting me in between appointments, and they replaced the water heater at a competitive price. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up when they were done. I have no hesitations recommending Dino's Plumbing!

Dino is a nice enouugh man. I guess he's good for one hit jobs, i.e. water heaters or leaks. Company not managed well enough for on going work. Apparently he is not capable of bidding jobs or altering the schedule that the girl who answers the phone makes.

It is so great to find a reliable, professional and fair priced plumbing service! Dino and Michelle changed all our shower and bathroom sink faucets in our new home. They arrived promptly, fixed the problems in reasonable time, and are so friendly and personable in the process! In addition, their office receptionist Becky returned our calls and set up appointments promptly. We called Dino's plumbing based on reviews we had read and we are so pleased to have found them!

Do not use this awful, terribly run business. Reviews are out dated and this business has no respect for appointments they make. Cancelled last minute on an appointment that we weeks in advance for when we were not working.they then have the nerve to offer to come the next day when we work, but get his between certain hours still, not at a specific time.

Then they offered to come two weeks later, lol. Business' like this should not be able to be getting good reviews and be getting business from that. Terrible people, service and a complete lack of standards and business regard. Now I see why people try to DYI on Youtube

Can't say enough good things about Dino's Plumbing. I had an old leaking water heater I needed replaced and Dino got the job done the same day, in a little over an hour at a very reasonable rate. He even assisted with the cleaning and drywall remediation from the water damage. These guys are true professionals who I'll be calling again for all my plumbing needs. If you're looking for HONEST professionals who will get the job done right the first time, Dino's Plumbing's the only way to go.

Dino and his spouse came out first thing in to morning to replace my outdoor hose bib, and did a phenomenal job! My last one was calcified and leaked all over. Was in and out in a jiffy! They are great people and will always call them for my plumbing needs! And they have the greatest prices out there! Mahalo guys!

Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

7/29/19 (update) Our water heater 'blew' in the middle of the night and Dino's came out the next day. They arrived early and gave us a very fair quote. Their guys were professional and clean. They even saw a leaky hose on our water softener and fixed it on their own without being asked. The woman in the office is incredibly polite and professional.

We really appreciate this honest, professional company! Highly recommend. 10/15/14 I have to say, it's rare to do business with a company that doesn't try to sell us something we don't need. We thought we needed a new pressure valve, come to find out we didn't need one at all. They were honest about that, made some adjustments, and left. We paid a third of the amount we thought we needed to spend. We feel very grateful and we appreciate their honesty!

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. At 12:40 am I, contacted Dino's Plumbing by phone and left a voicemail for Michelle. At 2:39pm Michelle call me back to schedule an estimate. On July 24, about 8:30 Dino's Plumbing arrived (Plumber #3) which was Dino and Michelle. Dino didn't say much and was basically right to work, Dino was the only plumber that actually measured (not guesstimated).

And within about 15 minutes Dino tell me exactly what needed to be done. Which was 100% true (8 out of the 10 plumbers lied about something $$$). And then advised me that he would email me the estimate which I liked, because he didn't try to act like he already had the job or make it difficult to get rid of him (like other plumbers do). And knowing everything that needs to be done and I mean EVERYTHING! Dino's estimate was an honest and fair estimate, and Dino was fast, accurate and honest.

After going through 10 different plumbers this experience was more than eye-opening. At the end of this I had estimates from $15,000 all the way down to under $1000. Dino was hands-down the most honest plumber out of all 10. So I will definitely be going with Dino's Plumbing

I have the worst home warranty, who gives me the u have to wait 24-48 hr notice. The service desk cant offer any help. Twice I have called and twice Dino's told me exactly what to do while I wait for a tech. My water heater broke and my home warranty gave me the we put a ticket in. U have to wait. I immediately called Dino's and while I had to wait till Monday they told me exactly how to turn everything off and drain it if i wanted too to prevent anymore damage to my home. Thank you.

It was nice that a plumber came over that didn't try to sell me on getting a whole bunch of other stuff done I didn't need. Very clean (offered to wear shoe booties), explained everything in detail, and got it done right the first time (They did the work a few weeks ago).

Had a stuck shower single handle faucet core and Dino's subject matter expert had the right tools and expertise to remove and replace it in a matter of 10 minutes after his arrival. A real life saver.

Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed.

Last weekend I arrived home early Sunday morning to find my water heater had stopped working and was flooding my garage. I had been referred to Dino several weeks earlier by a friend and decided to call him to see if he could help me out.

On time, clean, efficient. Fixed a loose kitchen sink faucet in less than 15 minutes. Second time in a year I've used them, they are my plumber of choice. Great to fine a truly excellent service!
