Sarah was most helpful and arranged for a HVAC service inspection within 24 hours. The service technician, Madison, arrived at the time scheduled and carried out a very thorough annual check of my full AC system. He was very thorough, professional and did not rush, but most of all I found him totally honest, as he did not try to sell me any additional, expensive repairs that were not necessary, unlike several other companies have in the past.

It was my first time using Southern Coast Services, but with the service I experienced, I will certainly use them again and without reservation, would recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have my kitchen sink faucet replaced and I needed some work on my tub/shower. Mark came out for the initial inspection and to see what parts needed to be ordered. He also came back the following week to do the installation. No surprise costs, everything was explained up front so that I knew what parts were going to be ordered and what price I was going to be paying. Prices are reasonable/affordable considering I was getting some ballpark prices for a couple of other projects I'm going to need in my aging home to keep it updated.

Mark is extremely professional! He is on time, wonderful with communication, does great work. I absolutely recommend Mark and Southern coast utilities! It can get frustrating trying to feel comfortable searching for a reputable, responsive, and personable company. You don't need to worry about those things when you hire these folks! Thanks for the tea Mark! I will be rehire for future updates and repairs.

I've received this morning in my house an technician to do a A/C Tune Up service. But I realized that he didn't cleaned up my condenser coils as advertised by their website description. I've found my condenser full of debris. I called the Support Service, and in my first call with the representative, I was first informed that despite the information be on the website, they never have included the condenser cleaning services as part of the Tune Up package.

I reported him that their website has this item as part of the service, and he said he would ask to remove this information from the website but left me without any options. The customer service used an unfriendly approach insinuating that I accepted the services when I let the technician leave the place. I've asked to talk with a 2nd tier manager, but he told me that there is no one available and offer me to put me on hold.

During the afternoon (same day) I've received a call from an person that present himself as company's owner, and he explained to me that "cleaning of condenser coil" item is included at Tune Up services, but it is basically an external cleaning using a hose and they don't remove any debris inside the unit, and for that I would be charged another service price.

He offered me to send a person to do an external wash and finish the job, but I see as unnecessary since that would not remove any debris from the unit. He also used an unfriendly approach and a voice tone that I don't think is appropriated to use with customers and I believe is part of the company's culture (after sales). I suggest that the company review its website description to clarify to customers that services they will in fact receive, and improve it's customer service approach.

Branden was very professional and honest. Showed me how dirty my AC unit was and quickly fixed it in less than 45 min. Didn't have to sit around and wait all day. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Totally recommend them. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Had an A/C malfunction on a Tuesday. Called Southern Coast, and they came by the next day to check it out. The surveyor was honest and made us feel comfortable. We ended up buying an entire new A/C system, and they came by to install it by Friday. This was a significant job - from phone call to completion in a few days. The workers were all great guys and friendly. They worked hard while they were here. I'm happy to have found an HVAC company we can trust.

OMG, what a terrible experience!. They promised me to charge $69 and charged me $250. They quote me to clean Motor Rotor and Coil for $750 and I agreed. When I came over to inspect they did not clean the rotor and the coil was not fully cleaned, very unprofessional. I felt I was ripped off in my face!. I regret to have called this company. They lie to customers and do not honor quotes and contracts.

The Southern cast plumber's team did a fantastic job repairing our main water line. The plumber was great, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way. He did it professionally and at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend Southern cast plumbers to all.

This is definitely the best customer service that I've received from a service oriented company in a long time. Most significantly, electrician Victor and has team were all professional and extremely knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly to complete the entire job, all in one day as promised. Going without hot water is no joke, let alone for several weeks, with freezing outdoor temperatures (43° Fahrenheit to be exact).

My water heater had stopped working due to a major electrical problem. And thankfully, Victor ( who has over 16 years of experience) and company made it their personal mission to complete this job within the shortest period of time possible, and around the clock. Also, despite the long and cold exhausting work day, the team made a point to leave the work site clean, and Victor answered all my questions prior to, during, and at the conclusion of providing services.

Most importantly, they took the time to ensure everything was in top working order, by testing every component before leaving. From the beginning, this job turned out to be a marathon, not a race; and the personal pride, care, attention to detail, and quality workmanship, only improved in those last hours. Additionally, a more seasoned electrician/expert was involved from the very beginning, without whom the services may not have even been possible or affordable.

He was patient and entertained every question I asked, and went the extra mile by explaining my different options in detail. He even got my mother's vote of confidence, which is very hard to come by. Lastly, I truly cannot thank the company and staff enough, including the polite, friendly and patient receptionists who answer office calls - essentially everyone for their strong work ethic, stellar customer service, commitment, endurance, reliability, and trustworthiness. Thank you Southern Coast - I absolutely could not have asked for better service! By the way, this is my first public review ever!

We have always heard of Southern Coast's great reputation. We decided to give them a try, and boy was I glad that we did! I have never had to worry about the electrical safety or integrity of our premises since.even after the storm season.

I dealt with the owner Lenny. These guys are professional and did a great job fixing my AC unit. The price was very reasonable, but more importantly I felt very comfortable dealing with them. I give them 5 stars.
