We offer a distinct approach to the industry, which focuses on cost-efficient and sustainable alternatives to roof replacement. In other words, we help our customers manage their roofs more effectively through maintenance and repair services. However, if we find that roof replacement is absolutely necessary, we can provide that service as well.
The RoofCARE process starts with the initial meeting with the client, where we gather information, conduct a thorough inspection and perform other diagnostics. This allows us to evaluate the true condition of the roof and determine what services are necessary to bring it back up to par.

Appear to be a team oriented company. However if you express your view on what is going on in office you will be eliminated. I thought this was a great company at first. Then seen a lack of a team work in Las Cruses. Also they try to force you to be a salesman when you were hired to be a project manager running jobs but not out chasing work. You will be told you are nit a good fit. They should be honest if there intent and follow there own advice. Nit a trustworthy bunch.

They wasted my time by coming out for an estimate unprepared. Was told they would return better prepared. Waited 2 more hours. Received call asking to reschedule next day. I told them I was unable to do that. I was then told that they don't really do shingle roofs, but could refer others. If they don't really do shingles, I should have been told either on initial call or initial visit. Not a good way to do business. I would not recommend. Website does state they do shingles.

Following up from 11/5/2020. I finally found the inspector that passed our roof inspection and spoke to him. The inspector said he is supposed to look at the final work, make sure everything is sealed and coating applied correctly. I told him that the roof under the canales was not sealed and one can see in the pictures that this was the case. he did not take responsibility for the oversight but indicated that RoofCare should have come back to fix the leak.
The problem is they did come out on numerous occasions to try to fix the leak. They eventually said it was our parapets. when all one needed to do was look under the canales. The company AND the inspector both failed in my opinion. I am not here to say not to use RoofCare but if a problem persists with your roof try hiring someone you trust to look over the work, especially where the work can be hidden. The low ranking is because it could have been resolved a long time ago.

Had a leak in my roof for years. Over the past several years a couple of other roofing companies supposedly "fix" the leak, but they never quite seemed to truly resolve the issue. RoofCare came by, identified the source of the leak & had a team out here within a week. Coincidentally, the following week we just so happened to have some pretty intense rain storms.
Not one single drip or leak. RoofCare finally fixed the issue that eluded other roofing companies. Not only that, but I felt like the cost was reasonable & the roofing team was professional & very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend RoofCare to any of my friends & family!

I'm not impressed. We had a roof done on our home in 2018. It took a while to get us on the schedule. The crew just shows up and leaves without announcement. This included a "surprise we are here working around your bathroom skylight" freaking out my teenage daughter who was showering at the time. How did we know when the job was completed? We had no surprise visits for a week.
A couple days later it rained and we had leaks. I inspected the roof and found tabs not nailed down and several other problems. I called; the project manager come out to inspect. He found more issues than I did (shouldn't he have inspected it before declaring the job done?) A crew came out a few days later and did some work, I pointed out there were still shingle and nails all over from the first time a team was out.
Again they left without notification not to return. At a later date I was up on the roof working on something (can't remember what) and I see that there are tabs that are still not nailed down and a gap forming between the shingles and the deck at a spot on the back of the house. I called the company and ended up speaking with who I assume is the GM.
After hearing my story he apologized letting me know that he would have a crew out to correct the issues and that that particular project manager had been let go. (I'm glad for future customers but what does this really do for me? Do I get my 10 Grand's worth?) A crew came out and corrected the roof top issues (they invited me up to look this time) but didn't finish picking up the shingle and nails from the first visit.
I was out picking up more today (I don't get a lot of time for yard work and am not the kind of guy who hires landscapers). Why did I wait nearly a year to post this? Because I got an effing roofing nail in my foot today. I don't run around hiring roofers. In the spectrum of quality and expectations I have no idea if this is a+ service for a roofing company. But, if you are a rookie at hiring roofers like I was, be ready for this.

Roofcare renovated the 15 (plus) year old roof on our 4031 sq foot house and did a beautiful job. The workers were professional, quick and cleaned up every day they were on the job. There were times I hardly noticed they were on my roof and when they finished the project, the manager performed two quality control visits to make sure everything had been handled correctly. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys did an excellent job on the roof repair! After the last heavy rain/hail May/June 2018, we could tell that the roof work was a job done well by people that know what they are doing. Repair guys were very professional while doing the work - no loud talking, cleaning the area before leaving for the day, and very unobtrusive. We like workers like that! Definitely recommend RoofCARE! Thank you for the great repair work! RRMorales

RoofCare did a great job! They were able to schedule the work on short notice, they were highly professional, and most important, their work was excellent. I think that their prices are fair, and they were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs residential or commercial work done on their roof.

First I submitted my info via RoofCare's website on late Wednesday 9/27/2017 - No Response then I called RoofCare's on a Thursday or Friday 9/29/2017. It's now Wednesday 10/4/2017 - Still No Response. I am crossing them off my list and will not recommend to my neighbors. FYI: Sadly I've found this to be the case with many home service providers in New Mexico. What gives?

We have lived in a large adobe house for over 40 years. We have had many different roofing companies put new roofs/repair existing roofs over the years. It seems that we have constantly had roof leaks. The most recent company would not honor the warranty telling us it was the parapet walls that were leaking. They fixed the parapet walls when they put the new roof on.
Totally frustrated, I began looking for yet a new roofing company. I saw a building in Tijeras Canyon with a sign that read ROOF CARE. I had not seen this company before, so I gave them a call. The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful, sending us emails letting us know who was coming and when. A few days later, a representative was on our roof.
He took pictures and explained the problems with our roof. He explained why the roof, not the parapet was the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. The bid was reasonable and fair. A few days later, the roofing team was here and shortly after that, the Project Manager was here with a checklist to ensure that the job was quality.
A Project Manager checking our roof. That is amazing! We are so impressed with ROOF CARE. We have already told family and friends about our experience and highly recommend ROOF CARE.
