Oasis Roofing

I want to start by saying that Oscar Sandoval was great to work with and provided all needed information on our roofing job. Everything was clear and very professional. His employees were great, showed up on time and finished when he said they would. Cleaned up the area and you could not tell that they had been there other than our great looking roof! HOWEVER, developed a leak during one of our rare heavy rainfalls AFTER the work was done.

Initial contact was made with emails and kept missing each other (dropping by the house without notice) as we are working/on the go a lot. Now no answers from emails at all. Love the work, company and the job.not so happy with the after the sale follow up when a problem developed (leak). Have had many people ask for a referral to this company ( because our roof looks so nice!) but I am hesitant to do this without mentioning this issue. EDIT: Oscar came by today, investigated the leak and will fix the problem. Things happen even to the best of contractors (our wacky weather here in El Paso). Communication problems fixed. HIGHLY recommend Oasis Roofing.

I am new to El Paso, purchased a home that had an old flat roof that had not been maintained for years, starting to have small leaks. I contacted three roofing services to place bids to repair my roof, two bids came in extremely high, and the 3rd from OASIS ROOFING came in just right for my budget. Owner Oscar Sandoval walked me through the install procedures step by step answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Now I want to tell of my great customer service experience with the installation, owner Oscar Sandoval called me after the first rain to make sure all was okay, and when he was in the area he stopped by to inspect the roof again. Oscar made me feel quite at ease with the quality of his work and professionalism, Oscar did not find any of my request too big or small for him to finish to my satisfaction, I understand this is busy this time of year for OASIS ROOFING, Oscar understood my need account my roof was starting to leak, within three day he had started and repaired my roof.

This is what it means to have great customer service skills, to kindly help me as if it was not a problem. Oscar and Luis are some of the many reason I would recommend OASIS ROOFING over other services, their professionalism and mostly their kindness that would keep me returning for my roofing needs. Oscar and Luis are truly treasures. Oasis Roofing first did my roof 3 years ago. I had no issues. However, since we had a 5 year warranty, I called him to please fix anything needed. I was in a rush to get this done before our home was inspected to be sold. The team was at our home by 6am. I am really grateful! Thanks!

I had first heard of Oasis Roofing on TV when they were featured for replacing the roof on a home of an older couple who could not afford it and Oscar and his crew did the job free of charge! Now that was a true gift to the community! So when my roof was in desperate need of repair due to the strong winds, I immediately called Oasis and spoke to Oscar and he came right over, gave me an estimate & got right to work on it and I couldn't be happier with my new roof and the whole experience in dealing with Oscar was awesome! Went to place of business listed on web side. Location looked vacant and abandoned. Made contact by phone with company's rep. explained what work I needed done. Gave him my address. Said he'd come by take a look. Never showed up. Not even a courtesy call. Very unprofessional.

Oscar was amazing. He accommodated taking care of repairs on a roof of a home I was selling from out of state. He looked over my inspection report and repaired what was needed at a fair costs. Another company in El Paso refused to repair my rook because all they wanted was me to replace the whole thing with insurance. Thank you for being honest and full of integrity. Roofing is a difficult business. Re-roofing is even more tedious because of the mess that is generated from the removal process. Add to that, the winds coming out of the bad lands of El Paso and I can't imagine how anyone could score 5 stars. And as an Architect and General Contractor working for some of the wealthiest clients in northern California, I know what the term "demanding" means. Oasis Roofing was recommended by our realtor.

The owner, Oscar, was attentive through the entire process. The clean up, after demolition and strong winds, was flawless. The attitude of his workers is a reflection of his own customer oriented focus. The work was completed ahead of schedule. There were a few hiccups, so don't expect perfection (its roofing for crying out loud), but Oscar noted and took care the issues without hesition. So that's the story how a roofing company gets five stars.and the best part. They had the best price in town!

Oscar was very courteous and polite. Working with him was a great experience. He kept me up to date on the progress of my home. He not only replaced my roof but repaired the stucco and repainted my entire home. He went above and beyond to ensure I was truly happy with the paint color and all the work done on my home. Oscar has done two separate projects for my home. He replaced our entire roof last year. Never did Oscar ask to see how much our insurance company had approved for the roof repair, similiar to what almost all the big boys in El Paso did when they came out.
