We took multiple estimates to remodel an old and non-functional bathroom. Once we met Christian, we knew we had the right person. He listened and prepared a very detailed estimate, that addressed and encompassed everything we needed. Throughout this project, every change was addressed immediately and in writing. Everyone that came in was polite, professional and happy.

When I bought my house, I had Lubinski Remodeling revamp everything from inside and out. They painted the interior of the house within a couple of days (multiple bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, everything). They repaired all the drywall that needed fixing (cracks and holes). They added new fixtures and ceiling fans to replace the old outdated ugly ones.

They added bathroom vents and an attic fan. Essentially, I gave them my home inspection list after buying my house and they went through the list and updated or fixed everything that was needed. They made my house move-in ready within a week. Christian and his team added value to my house and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Lubinski demonstrated their expertise not only in the painting aspect of the project, but in the other project areas as well. They hung wallpaper beautifully. Not only is it perfectly adhered, but also they gave special notice to the intricacies of the paper pattern and were careful in the placement. The job required hanging wallpaper in small oddly shaped panels of wainscoting.
