Trauma Cleanup
Report
Are you dealing with a tragic event? Whether an accident at work or a loved one passing away, it's an unexpected loss that's difficult to get through. In a perfect world it would never have happened. But even in an imperfect world you don't have to face it alone, especially the distressing aftermath. Nor should you.
Leak Detection
Report
Important as it is, there's more at stake than wasting water. Although your only clue that you have a water leak might be an unexplained jump in usage on your water bill. Many building materials soak up moisture and quickly begin to deteriorate. Wood swells and warps, and sheet rock simply falls apart. Wiring can corrode, and given time even cement weakens.
Fire
Report
After a blaze there is so much to do, and time is critical. Openings must be covered to protect against the elements and unauthorized entry, and there's extensive debris removal and repairs to be taken care of. Smoke causes its own extensive destruction. Much of that can be prevented, but only if the right actions are taken in the first few hours.
Mold
Report
Do you have a residential or commercial mold problem? Even if you just suspect that you might, calling in a mold remediation expert is a wise precaution. You could have a major outbreak that's completely hidden from view, with your only clue being a musty odor. But make no mistake, it would still be causing health problems and slowly damaging building materials.
Water
Report
Whether a burst washing machine hose or flooding from a winter storm it's amazing how much water soaks into the building. It even makes its way upwards inside walls (a foot or more above any water on the floor) and into the innermost structure. Getting there within just a few minutes, it takes weeks to evaporate.
Videos
In less than 30 seconds a small flame could develop into a major fire and change your life permanently. Safeguarding your family from the smoke and flames is absolutely thee most important aspect of your escape plan but afterwards your residence, if left standing, could require a tremendous amount of renovation in order to get back to normal.

If I could give 0 stars I would! USE THIS CO AT YOUR OWN RISK! BEWARE! I had a house fire in Feb. I was referred by my home insurance co. to Superior. They came out and fenced it off, secured my property - nice bunch of guys. (Beware of excessive costs with this. Imagine paying thousands for straw rolls placed around you 1425 sq foot home!) WORST EVER when it came time to demo and rebuild. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- the demo was not completed my insurance paid them anyway sight unseen - then they added costs for "labor" they "forgot" in the estimate.
They were paid for that. We had signed a contract with May 1 start date. The guy in charge did not live in San Diego. Anytime to meet had to be on his schedule not after my working hours. So it cost me wages. By the end of Sept. still could not give me a timeline when they could start. At the end of October I couldn't take the inability to provide anything - nothing.
I consulted an attorney and terminated the relationship. Months of nothing all wasted time. Even worse --My independent contractor showed what they had not done and the things they "missed" that had to be done. My claims adjuster even admitted the demo was not complete and that there was more to do than originally estimated. Due to weather the remaining studs they left in place - warped.
This has only added to the stress of losing everything. This added to things I had to do - get their name off permits, pay for a bonded co to pick up plans from the city (they don't allow us to do that) etc. Now 10 months in with a new contractor I have seen more progress in 2 weeks than I saw in the previous 7 months. To complicate things further I now am battling my insurance company because the independent costs slightly more than their guys estimate. I am not changing anything I just wanted my house back like it was! Nightmare company to deal with - hire at your own risk.

I wanted to thank you for helping us get out of the bind we found ourselves in. The inferior quality work and water damage caused by our original drywallers really put my wife and I in a precarious position. We had already spent $5000 for our house re-piping and were being quoted $3500 to $4000 for repair of the water damage and drywall. This was going to put us way over budget.
