They resided my house with the James Hardie siding system replacing the old T1 11 were needed. They did consistent and excellent work on time as promised and were very responsive. This is during a difficult time for businesses. All at a very fair price. Mac McGowan

I previously left an honest 1 star review due to the low work standards, and quality, and had one of the contractors attempting to contact my family regarding it. Here's a picture of a chimney that was approved by said contractor. This was common on most projects. Just trying to leave an honest review for those looking to get work done. If this is okay to you, then by all means, get work done by Martin. But if like me, you think this is unacceptable, then I'd recommend another company. Added a star in hopes that the contractor won't attempt to contact my family again.

What a great company. The team at Martin installed new siding and windows on my home. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I thought the online estimate format they use as a company was very ahead of it's time. During these COVID times you have to be creative to perform business. Martin did this with the online estimate format. I couldn't believe how easy it was.

I went to their website and uploaded pics and within 24 hours I had a proposal. I didn't have to deal with a high pressure sale at all! The price was right and the follow up on answering my questions was top notch. The quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend this company!

Did we end up with hardy plank siding on our house - yes. Was it a pleasant experience no. Estimating and sale went fine. Scott was timely and thorough. Did project walk through with Scott and Chris. Asked if there were issues due to COVID - assured none. Project was to start on Labor Day. No crew showed. Chris called checking on progress and said he couldn't contact crew leader.

When he called back indicated crew manager would be Irving and wood replacement would start on Thursday. Chris called Thursday afternoon to indicate dry in would be done Friday and we could expect inspection early following week. No crew on Friday or Monday. Monday afternoon Chris called to say crew car repair was complete and they would finish dry in on Tuesday.

I was angry at this point that crews were not completing work as was being stated on status calls. I also shared concern that Chris wasn't aware that no crew was on site Friday or Monday. My second issue was clean up. The crew picked up large pieces that were thrown around the yard and placed in the trailer. However, when the trailer was pulled out debris was left in the driveway.

I had to sweep screen room and driveway to remove nails and debris. Found a nail lodged in screen on the porch, now we have a hole. Finally cable wires were discussed during walk through. We pointed out a dead cable wire that was to be cut off. Instead a hole was drilled into the siding and wire pulled through. Now we have a patch on our new siding.

Same issue in the front of the house where the live cable wire was attached in plain view instead of being run along the framing. So are we happy with the siding absolutely. But I would only recommend this company if you are willing to clean up after the crew and if you are okay with poor communication.

Martin home exteriors installed new siding and painted our house in Ponte Vedra Beach. Quality is great and the work was done per manufacturer's specs. All team members did their part well and they are very nice people. Added a Sun Room. Martin Home Exteriors blew me away with their website and the ability to get a ballpark idea based on measurements and designs. We were able to stay within budget and Ken and his team were super attentive to details, knowledgeable, professional, and communicated superbly. Would use then again should the need ever arise. Had multiple companies quote but the website, and the professionalism and honesty up front sold us. We couldn't be happier.

This company is extremely professional and straight forward with estimates. Despite not going with them for my project (due to a personal offer made through a friend referral within a different company), I found their estimate process worthy of making a review in and of itself. Other contractors I have spoken with created an atmosphere of pressure into a sale, with inflated pricing and misinformation.

I experienced none of that with Martin and would highly recommend them, at the very least, as great starting point when reaching out for an estimate. It will make it very clear how other contractors will try to fluff up the price and misinform potential customers.

We had a good experience with Chris and his team from Martin Home Exteriors. We had both siding and windows replaced. Chris was great at explaining the project and following through until the end. They were prompt and professional. Any questions or concerns we had were handled timely and completely. They went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

Beyond impressed with the quality and service from Martin Home Exteriors! After being left high and dry from other companies not even showing up for an estimate, Scott Maloney was not only on time, he was also extremely patient and answered all of my questions. He was extremely friendly and professional, even taking the time to answer additional questions after hours and on the weekend. That was just the beginning of the great experience and final product. My siding looks better than I could have imagined. I would give 10 stars if possible!

These guys were absolutely awesome! Price was right, quality of the finished product was better than expected, and always quick to address any unforeseen challenges. I would highly recommend them to anyone and to be quite honest I have already to a few friends and neighbors. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars! Definitely one of the best investments I've made.

The guy that came out here to give me a quote, was nothing more than a salesman. He wanted to sit here and talk to me about windows, not. I called them to repair my siding and he would not give me a quote on it. He said he would put up Harding board all the way around the house, yeah that would have looked great, but 18000.00. Then plus the windows he was talking about . This guy was nothing more than a salesman. I have never seen a home exterior company that would not repair siding, but all they did was offer the whole house deal .
