Came home after being out of town for a week and one of my AC units wasn't working. Called AAA and even tho it was a Friday they had someone out there within a few hours. It took him awhile but Travis found the issue and made the repairs. Poor guy was out in the heat for hours and had such a great attitude even tho he'd already worked a very long week.

Awesome experience with these guys. Everyone is very friendly, very thorough, and very communicative. I cannot stress enough how important that is these days! Gilbert was great! Showed me before and after photos of what he did to my AC unit and helped me understand how the system works and what was broke. Also took the time to allow me to explain to him what was wrong in the first place!

Such a breath of fresh air from places who come in all condescending and don't take the time to listen to the actual issue. Once I find a provider who treats me right I become extremely loyal and this places phone number is being saved to the phone, placed on the fridge and will be referenced for future thermal comfort/control needs.

We came home after a long weekend from home to a broken AC unit. AAA Cooling immediately responded to my inquiry on a Sunday, sent a technician to evaluate our situation first thing Monday morning, and installed a completely new unit on Tuesday. The crew was hard-working and respectful of our space, as we were home during the install. They cleaned up everything and our home was cooling off by Tuesday evening. I look forward to continuing our relationship with this reputable company with our heating/cooling needs.

Excellent work! Great service from the start to the finish. Our A/C went out and needed a whole new system. They were so knowledgeable and accommodating. They had us up in running in a new system right away and stayed late till the job was completely finished at 9:00 at night. The new system is a Trane and it is so quiet and the coolness is a huge improvement from our old system.

I had two companies come out for the big decision of getting a new unit. AAA was my third. But I knew I would go with them before Mike T came out because of their family company picture. They just looked like a good honest company proud to show everyone of their employees. Kurt and Nate came out to install, on time very professional. I felt I was in good hands.

This company is great! They called me to schedule the maintenance and Maddie was on time and super friendly. He took his time to do a through inspection and was helpful in describing what he saw. Listed out what we should get looked at and also prioritized them in order of importance which is super helpful! We will definitely keep using AAA to help us with our units.

I recently purchased a home & had questions & concerns regarding the HVAC units that were newly installed approximately 1 year ago. The dispatcher for AAA Cooling Specialists was extremely courteous & concerned for me and the numerous questions I had regarding my system. She immediately scheduled a technician to come out the very next day on a complimentary basis. Maddie was extremely professional, thorough, courteous & personable.

All qualities that are very important to me! He reviewed & addressed all my concerns & wouldn't leave until all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He took the time to go up on the roof, opened panels & confirmed that both unit were operating at peak performance. He went further to make adjustments on both "high tech" thermostats to provide optimum levels of comfort in my home.

I was extremely satisfied and without a doubt, would highly recommend AAA Cooling Specialists & their front line personnel to anyone seeking these types of services! I also gladly signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

We had a most unusual problem in that our duct work was rattling, but we could not find the origin. John came in, immediately took steps to identify and locate the issue within the ducts, and remove an 8 inch circular piece of metal that had been left inside the duct work many years ago. It finally had worked its way to a position where it was rattling loudly. I especially liked his rigging up a magnet to the end of a makeshift piece of metal to draw the culprit back down the duct for removal. Excellent work, and fairly priced.

We selected AAA Cooling Specialists about 5 years ago when we replaced our original Heat Pump Units. We purchased two Trane Heat Pump Units based on our analysis of AAA Cooling Specialists and their reputation. Since then we have been very happy with their Home Office Admin people and their technicians. This was recently reinforced by our dealings with Mike Miller. Mike was very professional, did a great job of explaining the problem and his plan to fix same. He is an excellent communicator and we were very happy with the service provided by Mike.

Tried to charge over $800 to replace 3 capacitors costing under $12 that I replaced in under 30 minutes. BEWARE! Gilbert, the technician, was very polite and professional. When I questioned why the EXTREMELY high cost to replace 3 very inexpensive parts that require about 15 minutes of labor (I have 2 air conditioners, so 30 minutes in total), he explained that they are in business and have overhead.

Of course, all businesses have overhead, but that doesn't justify their practice. If they charged $100.00 per hour and a 1 hour minimum plus the cost of parts then the repair would come out to less than $140. I don't believe most people understand what a capacitor is and in my opinion, this industry grossly takes advantage of people's lack of knowledge. BEWARE!

AAA has always provided me with great service. Matte is personable and very professional. Went through everything which checked out fine and then reviewed it with me. AAA has a very good employee with Matte. That's what I like about AAA. They provide great service with excellent employees. I have been with them for 3 years and never have been disappointed with their service

AAA has been coming to our house twice a year for 5 years now. We've had different a/c techs over the years but they've all exhibited high levels of knowledge and professionalism. All have allowed me to 'tag along' and watch, which I like to do in order to learn. About 3 years ago AAA replaced an attic air handler to correct a mismatch between that and the exterior condenser unit. We intend to use AAA for years to come and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a residential a/c Company.

We purchased a Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heating system from AAA for our golf simulator room. Our overall experience with this project was excellent. Travis O. and Anthony B. the installation team did a fantastic job. They both were very knowledgeable about the equipment and the 18kw mini-split works like a charm. It's a pleasure today to see co-workers enjoy what they do, and have such a positive and professional work ethic.

Travis and Anthony were exceptional on the install. Above and beyond on the details. Stayed focused and patient. When job was complete, reviewed a checklist explaining the thoroughness of the install. Hard working guys. Prior to install, Kurt provided expertise on recommended units. Kurt is an obvious expert in the field. Highly recommend AAA Cooling.

Poor customer service! First we have spent a lot of money with this company putting in a new A/C system. Less than three weeks ago they came out to check our system (cost $400). A/C went out today (110 degrees) they couldn't bother to come back for 3+ days? Called someone else and they came out the next day. I will NEVER use them again!

Such a great company. Honest, and treats every customer with urgency. I had my compressor break 1 week before we got into the 90 degree weather here, and they came out and gave me an immediate price quote. Two days later they were here with a crane, and a day after the job was done. I am loving the cool air that I get, definitely an essential here in Arizona!

Gilbert L came out to evaluate and estimate improving AC air flow to kids' rooms, he was awesome! He made adjustments on site and recommendations if that does not fix the issue. This is the third company we had for an estimate and by far the best! It was more expensive but worth it!

Mike Miller from AAA came to look at a leak in our system. Mike had a mask on and covered his shoe while in our house. He fixed the issue and went above and beyond. Very professional and polite. Explained everything and sent pictures. Highly recommended!

My advice to anyone, always get a second opinion. You could save yourself thousands of dollars

Today, Mike came out to service and assess my AC. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and my options. Gave me honest evaluation of my systems lifespan and didn't try to up sell me.

Over the past year I had repairs on my AC and informed to start planning for replacement. After calling the former Contractor, I somehow connected to AAACoolingAZ from Scottsdale. The Comfort Advisor, Ray, came for a scheduled appointment and after approx. 4 hours of conversation regarding the specifications of the Trane product I was sold on definitely this is the product desired. Ray was extremely professional with a no pressure sale.

After a lengthy discussion and sold on the Trane product Ray left to discuss further if we could come to terms. A follow-up timely call as promised finalized the deal. Follow up with installation was faultless with exceeding expectations. Installation was timely, efficient and staff exceeded my expectation in timely completion of the job. Great to now have a Contractor I can depend on for many years.

John from AAA came out on short notice after hours and fixed the unit. I can recommend John and AAA

They did a great job - had another company and it was way overpriced and did not need most of what they suggested. John B came out and was on time, professional, honest and did great work. I am glad to have found them. I signed on for a year contract and got discounts - looking forward to seeing them again.

If you want to bend over and take it from behind, no lube, then use these guys. then wanted $900 to clean the coils and replace 2 run caps. That's about 30 min of work and $30 in parts. NOT a $900 job! Found another guy, he did the job for me for $150

I'd like to give a thumbs up to Mike M. for his conscientiousness on the job. He is careful and vigilant and possesses a passion for doing his job well. We thank him for his recent service adjusting our new Trane thermostat. Kudos to AAA Cooling Specialists who installed our new Trane in late December, 2018. We love it! Bravo!

AAA Cooling Specialists were quick to respond to my request for a maintenance checkup as a potentgfial nw customer. The technician, John bergstrom, did his inspection in a professional manner and recommended a couple of things I could do to maintain system efficiency. He also suggested some things to be done regarding the potential condensation problem with the air handling system in the attic. I would recommend AAA Cooling to a homeowner needing HVAC inspection and maintenance.

AAA performed a yearly inspection on 4 a/c units last week. The service technician (Mike) was thorough and friendly. AAA also installed a new unit for me about two years ago. Their price was reasonable and the work was very well done. I can recommend AAA if you need any heating & cooling work.

This company was wonderful! We were having an extremely frustrating time with our home warranty provider and asked them to provide a second opinion. They were so thorough and extremely helpful in answering our many questions!

Great customer service but the tech said the unit could not be fixed. I found someone else who replaced the motor and the condo is cooling down quite nicely.

I scheduled AAA Cooling Specialists to evaluate my ac and duct work. Once here the tech said he is not the one who specializes in duct work but he would have the office call me to schedule the person who is. I wait a few days and no call so I called and apparently someone dropped the ball and forgot about me. No problem so I schedule a new day for the duct guy to come out.

About 1 hour prior to our scheduled appointment someone calls me and states that he is not the duct expert so he can't come out but he'd be happy to schedule another appointment with another guy. Who the hell does business like that? I set aside time in my schedule for appointments only to be canceled by poor planing and scheduling by a company whose business is to take care of customers. What a waste of money and time.

My neighbor told me about his fine experience with AAA Cooling. From the initial visit through the installation of a Trane 1400 unit, it was a pleasure doing business with Kurt Robert. He answered questions clearly and he did what he said he'd do, when he said he would do it and at a good price.

What a professional company. Starting from the time they pulled up with the clean looking vans, to putting on shoe covers without being asked, and vacuuming before they left. Not pushy at all and made recommendations to repair issues I didn't know were there. Showed that their goal was to make my unit and home more efficient. Thanks AAA!

I don't understand why this company has such a good rating. First, they could't figure out why the A/C stopped working intermittently. Because they couldn't figure it out, they replaced a thermostat and charged us over $250 for a $50 thermostat even though that didn't fix the problem. Then when we called on a weekend because it wasn't working again, they kept repeating that we would be charged extra to fix the problem even though we said they never fixed the problem we overpaid for.

When they came to service it again, the unit was working but we told them we were still having the same problem. It wasn't working the previous night but it started working before they showed up. At that point, they said they still couldn't do anything because it was working. My husband's a contractor too. If somebody calls him about a problem, he fixes it.

If it breaks again or is not done correctly, then he returns even on a weekend to fix the problem. In an effort to avoid another sleepless 90 degree night in the bedroom, we're switching companies and getting a new unit.

My experience with AAA Cooling was great. I had a problem with a heater acting up the day we were supposed to go out of town. I called up AAA and there was a tech to my house in a matter of hours. The work was done effectively and efficiently and I am very happy. I will always use AAA Cooling for my ac and heater needs.

My experience with Triple A Cooling Specialists was excellent. It took less than 1 hour for your technician to arrive at our home after being dispatched. Kurt was courteous and identified the problem right away. He went out of his way to explain why our cooling system had failed and recommended cost effective measures to update our equipment.

I had a great experience with John when to my house to check my ac. He did an accurate and meticulous job. He was very polite and professional. He spent like over 1 hour and half to make sure everything was working properly.

I would like to thank AAA cooling specialists for the quick service on my duct work. Dean and Tim were here this morning and did a complete check on the duct work. When they were done they explained and showed me where the problem was. I really want to thank you for your quick service. AAA cooling specialists will be doing all my service from now on. I felt the need to write an update about AAA cooling specialists. After I called them and left a message about my poor experience with the person who answered, someone called me back and explained that the person who had wrongfully worked on our A/C was new to the company and offered to make things right. I will continue to use AAA Cooling for our summer/winter inspections, but I will make sure to be more involved with the process until I truly feel comfortable with them again.

AAA pulled through when the AC went out on my house. Mark is the tech that came to my house and he is the man! We did next day air on the part I needed but unfortunately didn't meet the deadline to get the order in to have it the next day because of the time of day we ordered it.

I have used AAA Cooling at my residence as well as at my rental property. They are the best in the business: always prompt, professional, courteous. They go the extra mile to make sure they provide quality service. I was having trouble with my AC in the middle of the summer -- they were able to come out within the hour and take care of the problem. Furthermore, they always answer their phone after hours so you get to talk to a live person when in need.

They always follow up with you within 24 hours after the work is done, --which really shows how much they care and shows they take pride in their company. Last summer, I needed to replace the entire duct system at my rental property due to mold. They were honest and very thorough. They got the work done right away so that my tenants could move in.

They even went out the following day to check everything and my tenants called me to sayhow courteous and professional everyone was. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing heating/cooling work.

We just had AAA Cooling Specialists install 2 new Trane units in our home. We were very happy with their service, from the initial consult, to the completion of the installation.
