The young man was very knowledgeable when checking out the specti system. He saved us a lot money and was very helpful. I now know what I need to do when they come and clean the tank. I also know we have to run hot water once a year in the pipes from the clean out plugs.

Critical:Professionalism They may be able to clean under the sink, but they can't seem to diagnose where the clog is. After the service, the clog remained unresolved and they stopped answering our calls. We ended up having another plumber fix it.

Do NOT use Burton Plumbing! We used them several times and were always pleased. Unfortunately, the plumber that had done all of the work for us previously, is no longer employed by them. They sent a new plumber to replace a garbage disposal and faucet at our request. After multiple issues with installation (breaking a nut that took two hours to get off on our dime, then installing the faucet incorrectly) the owner refused to take care of the situation properly and blamed the improper installation on the faucet.

On top of that he ran to the bank with our check and was extremely rude to us. He didn't care one bit that we were repeat customers who never had a complaint. Now we have to call another plumber to fix the problem that Burton Plumbing caused originally, because we are not going to pay them more money to fix a problem they caused. By the time the issue is fixed it will have cost us $1,000 for a project that should have been far less. Do not use Burton Plumbing!

I needed someone to come right away to fix a leaking pipe. They were able to come within a few hours and the problem was quickly fixed! He was polite and cleaned up everything nicely. We were very happy with the job he did and the very fair price. Thanks for doing such a great job. Highly recommend!

Burton Plumbing in Waukesha is a great company with friendly and knowledgeable techs. Micah came to our house to repair and leaking toilet and I was able to have him replace a section of cast iron stack that needed replacement at the same time. We recently purchased a natural gas grill. Our house didn't have a connector so I called Burton Plumbing. Dan assured me that they could run a gas line out to where the grill would be. When Micah came out he connected near the furnace and ran the line to the outside.
