We hired Thorsen for a lower floor reno with a kitchen and breakfast room build out, based on recommendation from a friend. Completed project 4 weeks ahead of initial schedule (never thought I'd see that) and craftsmanship was quite literally perfect - if it's not perfect, I don't know know about it as I haven't found a single thing about the finished rooms that I would have liked done differently.

My biggest motivator for this review isn't that though, as a husband and father to two young children, I care about what my kids are exposed to. The staff at Thorsen was incredible. "Yes, Sir", "No, Ma'am" always courteous, always respectful, always cleaned up the site at the end of each day as if no one had been there and never heard a fowl word uttered once.

Thank you for that. Not sure if people realize just how rare that is these days. Worth every penny of my investment and highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done right by a company that just gets it, from the work itself to homeowner's customer experience, which was beyond what I thought or knew even existed.
