The two-man team showed up on time and got to work immediately. They removed any stains we had before steaming the rugs. They thoroughly cleaned the rugs to the point they looked new. the rec room carpet is a light colored Berber and it came out beautifully. much better than other times when we used a competitor's steam cleaning service.

Most providers leave the carpets very wet after they leave. After about 6 hours our carpets were basically dry. The tech was extremely nice and informative. Great value!

Nice job! Carpets and upholstery came out super clean. The tech provided me with booties to wear while the carpet dried which took only 3 hours. The equipment this company uses is very powerful and they bring their own water.

The two gentlemen were very professional, they moved small furniture and took extra time with all of the high traffic areas, especially the steps. They were very efficient and did not take up a lot of my time. I had the same areas cleaned before by another company and they did not look nearly as clean as they did this time.
