I reserved an appointment, and they canceled once which was fine. Parking at my building can be difficult, and for the second appointment the driver showed up, couldn't park, and didn't call me so that I could direct him to other nearby parking. Very disappointing, but otherwise they were responsive & professional. I went with a different service.
