My dad and I busted a check valve/pipe on my washer and dryer connection while trying to fix a leak on our own.at 7pm. I called Paradise Plumbing and Mekenna answered the phone right away; she was knowledgeable and super helpful on the phone. She sent a team member out that night for after hours/emergency service. Richard showed up and was very professional and reasonable explaining our options. Paradise ended up doing two jobs at my new (fixer upper) house within the next 24 hrs and they were great! Jeremy and Richard both took care of us, I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing, you will be in good hands!

Service was outstanding. On time and able to unclog my kitchen drain that was really clogged. Of course I had to have a plumber on a Sunday plus Memorial Day weekend. I sent an email requesting a quote from this company and they called me back within 5 minutes. The nice lady said she would send a gentleman out today, YES TODAY (same day) to look at my gas pipe that needed repairs. And within 2 hours he was here and he cleaned my gas pipes and is going to put in a request for a new one to be put in witching the next few business days. His name is Henry! Nice and respectful guy! This whole company is very professional and I highly recommend them! 100%.

Terrible Experience! Better Plumbers Out There Just shocking behaviour. Attempted to install a new drain for our shower, but obviously they're not experienced in working with cast iron pipes since he over torqued it and ended up destroying the drain in the process. Didn't install the drain, instead charged me $5000 to rip up the bathroom floor and replace the NOW cracked cast iron pipes THAT HE BUSTED! My advice stay well away and find a reputable plumber!

Albert is incredibly knowledgable & top notch! He was here right on time and made quick work of a clog that had been persisting. He walked me through the options, made the repair, and even took the time to explain to me the logic behind his approach and why it was so efficient! He also gave me some pointers on preventative maintenance. Albert adds a ton of value to a great company and he is my go-to!

I had my water heater replaced today by Paradise Plumbing. Henry was my Plumbing Technician. Henry was on time, extremely polite, very informative, maintained proper social distancing and wore a mask. Henry did an excellent job, he kept everything clean and I can tell he takes pride in his work and the company he works for. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing!

This company was able to come same day to my house after a I had a plumbing fiasco with my outdoor sprinkler system. Albert, the technician who was assigned the job was was personable, friendly, extremely professional and got here quickly. The city had to do an emergency shut off of my water the night before and the parts I bought for the plumber to install were not the correct ones.

Instead of leaving, he dug everything up and installed a shut off valve so I could get my home's water turned back on. I was able to get correct parts over the weekend and Albert came back immediately and finished the job. The work was high quality, efficient and priced reasonably. I actually have heard horror stories regarding plumbers who will try and take you for everything you have but that was definitely not the case here.

I am very pleased with the work that was completed. He even did a stellar clean up job, it looks nicer than before he arrived. Thank you Albert and Paradise Plumbing. I will definitely be calling you again with my next plumbing issue.

I don't like plumbers in general. My experience is that they overcharge, are expensive, and dishonest. I always do my own work. HOWEVER; The other night I caught myself in a circumstance at 3:34 PM and needed help with what I thought would be a simple task. Every plumber wanted to charge me overtime and schedule to show up at 5:00pm or after. One told me they were not available until three days later and another not until the next evening. Paradise accepted the reservation, told me they would not charge to do the estimate and that they we glad I called.

They showed up around 4:50 PM. Bert was neatly dressed and ready for work. I wondered if he had done any work that day. I showed him what I needed and he had a much better idea. Bert basically wanted to rebuild my system from 50 year galvanized to copper with better valves. ( I thought, "of course you do and how much do you want"). His quote was literally $100 over what I was prepared to pay knowing I'd have work to do when left).

Within an Hour Jeff showed up to help and the two worked tirelessly. I'm positive the job cost much more than what was quoted as they ran into snags along the way and created solutions on the fly. They did not complain, or even bring it up. At the end, there was a piece they needed to finish the job and they had a part that would work but it wasn't the right part for the job. Jeff promised he would be back with the correct part the next day free of charge.

He came back, took all but a few minutes. I am not saying these guys are giving stuff away or even quoting below what they should. I AM saying it is difficult to find an honest company, that sticks with its word, offers a fair price, with knowledgeable and faithful employees that genuinely care about the quality of work they produce. Way to go guys! I'm a believer and WILL DEFINITELY USE YOU AGAIN!

Called and made appointment. Office staff was very friendly. Technician was very professional and neat. Offered me several options and let me decide what was best for me. Albert was very nice. He came promptly to my house when we had sewage backing up to the bathtub. Yuck. He charged me 586.00$ to clear the lines. However he would not guarantee the work. For that much money I want a guarantee! Needless to say the next day bubbling and clogging in the toilet. I will not be calling Paradise. I want someone to do the job right the first time and stand by their work.

Richard & Jeff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and finished the job as projected. I will definitely recommend the company and these two techs to friends who might need the service.

Octavio was great -- thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my plugged up sink and told me a lot about general plumbing maintenance. There was a $50 discount coupon in the phone book.

I had AAA Paradise Plumbing & Rooter come out to take care of an issue I was having. There was a leak in the sewer drain and they fixed it for me. There have been no problems since they came out and they did a good job. Although I did think that their prices were maybe a little bit on the higher side, I would still say that it was worth it for the quality of the service that I received.

Their service was prompt and professional, they were courteous and helpful with questions and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.
