It was a pleasure working with Simple Kitchen from showroom through completion. High quality materials and excellent service. Bridget helped us understand the options and addressed our desires. She also followed through to the end. Anthony did a site inspection and measurements. Drew and Caleb did a superb job with cabinets, tile, plumbing and trim. Great eye for detail. We enjoyed having the In our house. Hats off to the electricians and countertop guys as well. A well oiled machine.

The shower looks great and the crew was also great. Polite and knowledgeable. Justin, Hunter, Logan and Trey kept our appointments and showed up both days on time even during a snowstorm. Thanks again for getting it done!

We made the decision to remodel our master bathroom! Called several folks out to the house to get quotes. Never heard back from them! Called Elizabeth at SimpleBath - SUPER responsive, prompt, and professional. We went to the showroom today to pick out everything - we had FUN! Beats the 435 trips to Home Depot we would have made! Elizabeth was very helpful and we are thrilled. Can't wait to see the finished product! And CANNOT beat that it will be done in 7-8 days! : Thank you!

We recently used Simple Bath to remodel our old bathtub/shower combo. I can't say enough good things about them. From the beginning Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. There wasn't a question we asked her that she didn't have the answer to, she was honest, knowledgeable and such a huge help throughout the whole process. Jeremy, Chris and Wesley actually did the remodel and they were great. They were professional, clean, and most importantly they got the job done super fast. I would recommend Simple Bath to anyone, we a super pleased with the turnout

Not impressed. Our shower installers were friendly and polite. However after having them put on a mask when they came to the door, they removed their masks while working without asking, putting my family at risk and causing me to have to deep clean. They also damaged a newly finished ceiling and door frame. While the sales associate was apologetic and sent them back to fix the damage.

The installer was rude on arrival and tried to argue each gouge with me. Then the installer didn't fix all the damage. When I pointed it out he did a bad job and didn't repaint as requested. i had to call back with new pictures of the poor workmanship. Simple bath would not send someone out to fix it correctly. They did offer to refund a small amount of money but not enough to cover the rework.

The stress and headache of this was not worth it and I would not trust the company with other work in my house. The shower itself looks ok but there are small spaces in the caulking so I am worried. Time will tell.

I could not be happier with my kitchen remodel. The whole staff was quick, responsive and went above and beyond what they were required to do to fix small things that came up. Paul and Paul did a great job. They were friendly and got everything completed efficiently and correctly. I would definitley recommend!

We had an awesome experience. Kathryn was our salesperson and she was excellent about staying in touch and getting our input on design. She worked with my wife to design an amazing kitchen. There was no pressure to buy and we were able to finance easily. The actual job took longer to get to then I would have preferred but covid didn't help I'm sure and it was well worth the wait.

The two Pauls were awesome! They fixed the tiniest things my wife found happily and fast. They were great with my kids and dogs. I highly recommended Simple Kitchen if you want a great looking kitchen done with only having to live in a construction area a short time. Even living in it was fine thanks to Paul having it tidy every evening. Thanks Simple Kitchen!

Simple Kitchen did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen! From working with Kathryn during the design phase and Paul during the installation phase, everything went seamlessly. Not only was in literally "simple" to work with them and go through the process, but the outcome was better than we even imagined. With a lot of questions and changes along the way (on our end), everyone took it in stride and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! We would highly recommend Simple Kitchen to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.

Our sales experience wasn't that great. We felt a lot of pressure to get what our sales rep, Shawn, wanted us to get, not what we wanted. We also ended up with incorrect colors for one of our showers, and when we contacted Simple Bath about it, he reached back out to us and blamed us, covid, and the long turn around time (caused by the pandemic) for the wrong colors.

He even showed up unannounced and just walked in the house uninvited to speak with my wife about the issue while I was at work. Our installation experience was the total opposite of our sales experience. The installation team was professional, respectful, helpful, and an all around pleasure to work with. Update: We had a conference with Shawn and the sales manager about the issues we presented.

The final conclusion is that the colors will stay as they are and their sales reps will be more conscious of language used during a design consultation. The trespass was brought up in the call, but never addressed.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. The entire Simple Kitchen crew, beginning with the design process through completion of the project were outstanding. All details were very well thought out in advance and the 8 day schedule was maintained. We are also very impressed with the quality of all the materials used. Many thanks to Alyssa, Paul, Paul, Brian and Anthony who were always very professional and made the experience enjoyable. The Simple Kitchen Team did a FANTASTIC job remodeling our kitchen. They were on time every day, stayed on schedule and left the kitchen cleaned up every evening. Anthony was our Project Manager, but was also here working on the project with the guys every day. Brian and Aaron were professional, courteous and did quality work as well. We even had a couple of visits from Bill McMaster, the company President, during our project. We are very happy with our new kitchen, Thanks Guys! The leakage in the shower was causing problems in the bathroom and the surrounding areas. Mary, the owner of the business came by and gave an estimate. We were very impressed with the professionalism and her taking the time to explain exactly how she will take care of the problem. We visited the showroom that displayed the shower ideas(standing/bathtub).

I am extremely happy with the work performed by Simple Bath. The new shower and tub are lovely as are the vanity and new cabinet doors. Mary was a pleasure to work with as were Tony, Rex, and Mike. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel.

Brian and Anthony were wonderful. They went above and beyond to do a nice job and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were very patient as I made decisions and asked questions. Not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. They were punctual and worked clear through each day until they had finished. They cleaned up and left the house, garage and driveway neat.

Simple Bath does excellent work. They are very professional. If you want your bathroom redone right the first time, go with Simple Bath.

Came out to house on time to give estimate. Gave helpful suggestions on style. We wanted something basic and they didn't try to talk me into anything we didn't want. Came out another day to measure tub area. Asked us then if we wanted surround up to the ceiling. Wasn't sure how that would look, but decided to go with it as it would protect the walls there. Didn't cost extra to do that.

I have never been so pleased with a company. My bathroom looks gorgeous. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Mary and her team went above and beyond to make my bathroom remodel fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Simple Bath!
