Carl is a very honest businessman and has gone so far as to try to troubleshoot prior to coming out to try to save his client's money. He fixed my washing machine at a very fair price. I wanted to use him again for an LG compressor problem with my refrigerator but it was still under warranty and Carl recommended I work directly with LG to resolve my issue! Honest and direct guy and a pleasure to work with. Too bad he doesn't fix cars! :

Carl correctly diagnosed my one-year old electric range's sudden issues over the phone (loose 220 connections on the back), something never even suggested in the three or four infuriating calls we made to Samsung's call center. Thank you, Carl! We'll definitely call you again when we need an actual visit!

Carl doesn't really need another 5 star review, but I'll give him one anyway. He fixed a challenging problem with my dryer and came out multiple times to do it. I recommend him.

I called Carl's Appliance Repair regarding our mini fridge that quit working. Carl was very honest in letting me know that he can no longer get parts for the brand we have and it is not worth repairing. He also gave great advice on a replacement. Although we did not use his service this time, based on his honesty, I would use him in the future if needed.

I called Carl's for help with my mom's refrigerator stopped working this week. The person I spoke to asked me a few questions about the issue and was able to tell me what had happened and what to do about it over the phone. He said it was a super common issue that, after the freezer door is left open by accident for a little while, frost builds up in the freezer and clogs the pipes going to the refrigerator, which is why the freezer seemed to work, but the fridge wasn't getting cold anymore.

He explained I had to defrost the whole thing and gave me a few tips for this. I REALLY APPRECIATED this incredible kindness and quick help with our issue. Because of calling Carl's, I was able to act quickly and save almost all our food in coolers during the defrost. Everywhere else we called before this never asked us any questions about our issue, this is the importance of having small businesses with real people answering the phones.

So I didn't even give Carl's official business/money, but this kindness to take the time to ask and solve our issue went a long way to solve an issue for our family during the holidays. Thank you so much!

I cannot stress enough to call Carl's Appliance Repair. He just saved us at least $800 on a new dishwasher and installation and a lot of time.
