Professional Piping is just what their name implies! They are professional! I needed a company to fuse a 200psi hdpe pipe and they got me right on the schedule and when they came to fuse the pipe they were quick and efficient at their work! 45 minutes and they were done and we were able to then hook up our water line and we passed the State inspection with flying colors! They are friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company!

Professional Piping really came through for our household! We have a water filtration system that was not operating correctly, multiple leaks in our piping and some drain issues extending outside of our house. They were very responsive, quick and their plumbers had a ton of experience to problem solve multiple issues in one day. Very professional staff and the plumber was very professional in my home and around my family. Excellent knowledge base and very personable team. Highly recommend.

Professional Piping Inc is definitely a trust worthy business. My home my primary investment financially for me. I called 4 other businesses prior to using Professional Piping Inc. They only cleaned and plunged to clear a continuing blockage in my home. They took the time to evaluate my plumbing and listen to my problems with the Piping. They inspected and found 2 cracks in the concrete floor, removed the concrete and replaced the piping in a short time frame. I trust this business and highly recommend them for any plumbing problem or project.

I used these guys about 7 months ago. My pilot light went out due to a faulty part! Jane, the service manager was diligent in getting a plumber out to me ASAP to look. DJ, the plumber came the following day with several options to fix but ultimately said it would be better for me to replace the entire unit (it's still under warranty so it was free) and said he would have a new water heater out to me the next day.
They worked around my schedule and made it happen so quick all with a smile on his face! He was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, all the things! Thank you guys so much!

I am extremely impressed with this team. They came out to inspect on behalf of my home warranty and got off to a rocky start, but Whit and Jane worked to turn the situation around and have left me 100% happy. Bryson and his helper that did the work were efficient and professional. I highly recommend Professional Piping, they definitely earned a 5 star rating.

Jim and Jane are seriously the best team out there. I have friends in the business and I will be taking my business to Professional Piping Inc. from now on until forever, they are amazing. Jane was able to work with my home warranty and save me a bunch of money and Jim was honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be done. Not only that, he walked through a bunch of my plumbing questions with me and was patient with all my questions. I am a new home owner so having a professional there to walk through the house and answer my questions was awesome. 5 stars, I will be using them for all my future needs.

Would just like to say I am totally happy with the work performed by the Professional Plumbing crew of Jim and Josh installing my electric water heater. The work involved more than initially thought and Jim was excellent in communicating what needed to be done. It took them a couple hours more than planned, but they stayed at it until the job was done. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and have no reservations in recommending them for any plumbing work needed.

I had a small emergency that several companies didn't even want to waste their time on. Professional Piping was very helpful and sent Jim out to take care of it. I've been around construction for 35 years and was very impressed with Jim's knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend them and won't be wasting my time on any other company in the future.

I phoned late in the day and Jim was at my home the very next morning even with low staffing this week. His work exceeded my expectations as what he did made a huge improvement to my older home. He also did the work lickety split with efficiency, was upfront with cost and even offered a discount with finishing the job before his estimated time. I was nervous the job might break the bank, but to my surprise the cost ended up being lower than I anticipated.

My household would like to give Jim Moseley a 5-Star rating. He listened to our concerns and quickly got busy to make the needed repairs. Just when Mr. Moseley was about to leave, we mentioned a noise coming from another bathroom when the toilet was being flushed. Without a complaint or sigh, he happily took a look! He fixed it! Kurt came out and replaced a hose bib for us. He was very prompt on the appointment time, very clean in his work and overall just a pleasure to work with. He even went the extra mile to check the previous solder points on the pipe fittings and fixed any other problems while he was here. We will definitely have them back out to fix any other future issues and be recommending them to all of our friends. Thank you Kurt and thank you professional piping!
