I was able to get a consultation with Gold Seal Plumbing the same week I filled out the form on their website, they were very quick to respond and always provided a curtesy call when the plumbers were on the way to our house. Steven and Stan (there was a different guy there as well on the consult day, but I'm so sorry, I forgot his name!) were fantastic on the repair day, which was able to be scheduled the day after the consult.

They worked super quick and cleanly and were able to fix a leak in our sink drain pipe easily. Nice guys too, easy to talk to and very personable. I had some sticker shock on the price because I've never had to get anything like this repaired before, but it was less than a competitor, so I'll take that as a win. All around, if I need anything to do with plumbing done, I'll definitely reach out to Gold Seal again.

Our plumber was amazing. Very professional and kind. Explained everything to us and put it the same day. (A day before our appointment) We enjoyed chatting with him and my Mum said "For a kid, you do amazing work". He has a great sense of humor. From my initial phone call to answering my questions and scheduling my appointments, the Gold Seal Plumbing Team Members were courteous and professional. Scott and his two apprentices, Marcus and Craig, were professional and personable and looked after me and my issues with individual care. Call first thing in the morning to see if I could get same day service to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. Was told I would see the repair person between noon and 4 PM. Bobby the plumber showed up shortly after noon, analyzed the problem, gave me 4 recommended options, I ran to the local Ace Hardware and got a new sink fixture which Bobby promptly installed. Works perfectly and I would highly recommend using this company again. He did a great job and completely cleaned up after himself. Left no mess.

Since moving into a new apartment and being the first tenant, I'd not had any hot water. The apartment maintenance had been over to check on things but I still didn't have any hot water. I was so thrilled when the complex manager called Gold Seal! When Travis J. and Nick M. arrived, they were friendly, professional and personable. Both of them continually communicated with me as they worked on finding the problem.

They were extremely efficient in troubleshooting and were able to find that the bottom element was fried. It didn't take them long to get everything fixed so that I could have a nice HOT shower! I truly appreciate Travis and Nick! Thank you both!

We recently had our water heater replaced. Shawn came out and gave an estimate. He explained the problem and solution in detail. Shawn and Craig came out the next work day. This afternoon when I went into the basement, there was a huge and growing puddle of water on the ground and water spraying in the air dripping from the ceiling. It had soaked the furniture and goods I had stored there. The growing puddle and water spraying everywhere was clearly an emergency. Frankly, I was terrified. I called Gold Seal Plumbing.

They not only talked me through how to shut off the water to the house, but they helped me feel safe. Because it was clearly an emergency, they sent a team to my house within 30 minutes. The team (Ben and Ben) were kind, professional, and efficient. They quickly found the leak and fixed it. They also treated me with kindness and respect which really helped since I was still feeling anxious from the water spraying all over.

The bill was very reasonable. The service I received was excellent both in content (fixed the problem quickly), speed (immediate help during an emergency), and quality (how I was treated). Highly recommend this team.

Ron And Matt were very nice and professional. They arrived when they said they would. They put booties on to save the floor and the carpeting downstairs from any snow and dirt on their shoes. Always thankful for Gold Seal Plumbing. They are definitely not your least expensive option but they do a great job. Most recently we called in about a leak first thing in the morning, they put us on the wait list and came out later that afternoon and got us fixed even when it required driving across state lines to get the necessary part. Chris and Marcus showed up on a Wednesday to unclog our main sewer line. Did everything they could to break it loose with the snake to no avail. Had to come back the next Monday with the hydroblast unit and fight for a couple hours before they finally won the battle. This was quite the clog and they did a great job getting it cleared out, also gave me some good tips for preventative maintenance. Would definitely recommend them to friends. Thank you guys. These guys are great. We were without hot water for under 12 hrs. They answered there phone after hours and even came by at around 8 PM to diagnose the issue. The very next morning they were here with a brand new water heater. They did a great job and I couldn't be more happy with the service. I will ONLY use these guys from here on out. GREAT JOB!

Great response all the way around! Called after hours and had great technical service. Cristy called first thing the next morning and made a same day appt. for us. The service guys were very nice, professional, and installed very quickly. I highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but it was well worth the money to be up and running again.

Everyone, from the gentleman who took our our call and set up the appointment to Ron and Matt who did the repairs were efficient and courteous. When we needed to decide on buying time on our present water heater versus replacing the water heater, Ron and Matt were very informative and helpful when discussing our options. They spoke in laymen's terms, making it easy to understand what they were doing.

We opted for the repair work. They also took the time to give us estimates on a couple of other projects we needed help with and they gladly helped us with that as well. They didn't rush their work, were very professional, and were very friendly. We will call them back for sure. Thanks, guys!

The two men called to let us know when they would arrive, which was great, as we live 35 miles from Spokane. They were professional, personable and very respectful of the property. They quickly fixed the leak and adjusted the bill for less, as the leak was not as bad as they thought it might be. Ryan A. arrived at my home, and immediately put on booties' to protect the carpet. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Because of my experience with Ryan A.; I will definitely call Gold Seal Plumbing in the future when I need a plumber; and I will gladly refer Gold Seal to my colleagues and friends.

Ryan A knew what he was doing. He was figured out the problem and fixed it in 2 hours what would have taken me 2 days or more. This guy's good at his job and he didn't make fun of my messy house. Next time I need a plumber, I would prefer he did the job. Even if plumbing is expensive, I'm glad I had a professional do it.

I called Gold Seal because they were highly rated on Angie's List and they were listed as a Ruud independent partner. I was having problems with my Ruud hot water tank and had had a bad experience with another plumbing company while trying to get it repaired.

Joe F was friendly, Informative, and quite efficient, our house is old, and he provided us with the best options available to us without any kind of pressure. Sometimes, it can be awkward having a professional come into your home to fix something.
