It's June 102 degrees today came home from lake AC blowing hot air I called 6pm on a Saturday and they were so busy but showed up an hour later changed out my capacitor and done back in the cold zone thank you Jay when I upgrade to a newer unit I'm calling these guys again I appreciate the fast response and quick fix

I recently moved to Stockton. Coming from the Bay Area I had no idea of the extreme weather conditions and found myself in a bind. I saw the infamous logo of ZUZU's A1 Plumbing Heating and Air driving in my neighborhood and thought wow- they do it all. After having a few companies come by for an estimate, I met Jay and knew he was our guy! We had an old floor heater and no AC.

We discussed mini splits and then he recommended Central Air & Heating for our particular situation. I'm telling you it was the best decision! He had his guys in and out. The professionalism from Jay and the team was bar-none. He came by to check on the guys and making sure all was in order. Not only did he offer a guarantee that no one could beat, his prices were unmatched because he passes his savings to us.

All consumers want is quality work at a good price point. He offered that and more--So much so, that we hired him again the following week to do a 2-head mini split in our San Jose rental home! I recommend ZUZU for not only heating and air but also his worker mentioned that they have over 30 years experience in plumbing. I definitely know who to call when I need that service as well! If you want A1 service call Zuzu's & ask for Jay!

Zuzu plumbing has been my go to whenever I need a repair to be done. Jay offers the best quality service. I called a few companies to get estimates and Zuzu plumbing was the most reasonable by far. Once i heard his price and how he was going to fix the issue I knew they are honest. So many of the others in the area try to take advantage of you but not these guys. They did the work quickly and were very friendly! Highly recommend and will be using them again!

This was such a great decision. Our Air Conditioner/Heater went out on Thursday, he came on Friday. It took 3 days to take care of everything. The guy was amazing. He was fast, courteous, convenient, professional, and just an all around amazing guy. My family is super appreciative of his services. One of the things I appreciated the most was how he interacted with me and my kids.

My kids asked questions and he answered all 1000 of them. My kids had fun watching him work. The cost was what we expected. First he tried to fix the unit, but because of the age he had to replace it. Excellent Job. Excellent Service. Thank you so much for fixing everything. I can give Jay one Star just because when my husband was sick he came and fix our Air Conditioner paid him $600.00 cash it worked Good then had problems with our shower we were looking for some one to remodel our bathroom we started trusting him he was very Helpful when i asked him do you anyone who does a bathroom remodel his answer was you looking @ him i said excuse me wow you do that too as we trusted him he took advantage of us as older handicapped couple he said $5000.00 we said okay we good with it everything including he promised me lots of things took him very#very Long time then he got really sick we were worried about him he was a nice person gave him time to heal asked him if he can pay someone to finish the job he promised so much he never did anything he kept saying it's finish lots of things not finished installed wrong things i had to pay someone else to finish his job when he was already paid in full he damaged my driveway when i show him he would say don't worry I'll fix it when he flow water in my hallway he said i have a friend who has carpet cleaning service he'll come and fix it my front mat he said he'll buy another one kept waiting for year filed a BBB they kept calling him send him e-mail a mail no reply but i know he was a good person i called him he finally picked up i asked him i don't like to do this to anyone please just take care this well be done he gave me lil runaround then he told me pick out Toilet and cabinet that he was gonna build one for us that he'll have it delivered then still waiting for it now he's again not answering his phone for us BBB ADVISED me too take him to court gave me this e-mail to report him he might be good @ PLUMMING but he took this job just to make extra money he's not good for remodeling anything it's a joke he's left everything in a mess i had to clean everything please be very careful i text him so many times he don't reply but other people call Him he answer as ZUZU PLUMMING WE ARE ON FIXED INCOME DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE KARMA SUCKS "Help" don't take a job That you can't handle and take money i gave you So many chances whole year that's should be enough time

We had them come out to fix a broken heater. We had 2 additional contractors come out after him for a second and third opinion. He was going to charge us 850 dollars for something that 2 other contractors could do for 410. In addition, both of the other contractors said that the second part that was broken would have had to be manually manipulated by someone (ie: the original people that came out) I do not recommend them at all.

Zuzu Plumbing came out and did a great job putting in a new gas wall heater in a home I manage. Knowledgeable, did clean work, kept to the estimate and their office help is charming! What else do you look for? Answer: NOTHING

Professional and honest I was very pleased with the work Jay and his company did in my home. First, he fixed a plumbing issue that my son in law said he would fix for me if I bought a new pipe system for under the kitchen sink. He came in and fix it with the "right" tools and I didn't need to replace all the pipes just a seal. Then, my heater stopped working and I called him right away. Once again he fixed it quickly and easily without any padded costs! I highly recommend him and I'm keeping his number for future issues. Dianne Cole, Modesto

My AC unit went out on the Sunday before Labor Day I called Zuzu heating and air about 3:30 pm I spoke to a real person who was able to take my information and to my Surprise tell me they would have someone Out the next day on Labor Day I asked she told me yes On Labor Day jay showed up Took the time to explain the problem to me and he fixed it The all around service by Zuzu heating and air was A+

Our air conditioner decided to call in sick on the hottest day of the year so far. as our thermostat hit 83 degrees inside our house on Father's Day, we decided to call Zuzu for same day service. wow, what a great experience. Our tech Jay arrived within a short period of time and quickly diagnosed the problem. he explained the issue at hand and what part would be needed to get our unit up and running.

Within 30 minutes after arrival, our unit was pumping out cold air again. thank goodness. And the price was quite reasonable for a Father's Day Sunday. I'd absolutely recommend Zuzu if professionalism, quality customer service, and affordability is important to you.

Hands down the best company out there! My heater wasn't running properly called Zuzu plumbing heating and air they tested the unit found the problem fixed it had my house warm up within minutes. Fast friendly and clean work.
