They were able to fix my issue above and beyond the way I was even expecting! Trip is the best technician I have ever had in my home! I am forever a Cooks customer! I recommend you be too!

Best place to get keys made. You know that key you can't get made anywhere? These guys have that key. They also repair/replace car fobs.

My van was saying "damaged key" every time I attempted to start it up. It would take me about 10 tries before it would finally start up. I called my brother and asked what I should do. Without missing a beat he told me to take them here. When I took them the staff was so kind and helpful! I walked in not knowing what I was doing or where to start. They took my original key and did their thing! The owner is amazing and I can't thank him enough.

Just had them do a job for me. Fixed two locks, front door and back door on my house. Front door was stuck, so the main reason why I called but while I had the locksmith here, Mr. Lynch, I asked him to look at the back door because it has a problem where it doesn't always latch. Anyway, he did a great job. Fixed both doors, was very polite and professional and explained what went wrong, what he was doing, and what we could do to prevent further issues. Really happy that I called Cook's!

The customer service at this company is the WORST! My sister experience the most disrespectful service ever! The ladies at front desk was so nasty and treated her like she was a criminal. Few months back my sister lost her key to her JEEP and called "Cooks Locksmith" to come out and make her a new key a.a rep came out and made a new key fob. So A couple months later the key fob fell apart so they went back to Cook's to get her replacement key fob and lady at front desk treated so nasty accusing her of bring back a cheaper key fob just so she can get better key fob.my sister was only bringing back the key fob (that fell apart) that rep gave her when he came to her home a couple months ago.

If that wasn't insulting enough the lady also accused her of stealing her own car my sister assured her that not only is her jeep hers its also paid off too. It wasn't until the owner Mr. Dakota Cook show up that the all the horrible comments stop! I talked to owner letting him know my experience with his staff and he assured me that he would talk to his employees about all the disrespectful and their unprofessional behavior the shown toward me.

The owner apologize numerous time and letting me know that his father who pasted last January wouldn't like the way his employees was conducting business if he was alive today. Mr Dakota made sure I got my new replacement key after learning that the rep that came out to my home to make me a new key gave me a cheap key fob in the first place but charged me full price$$$. Learning I was the scammed makes me even more mad!

Went in to have a key fob programed for a 2011 impala. Withing 10 minutes from start to finsh I was on my way home. Excellent customer service!

Got locked out of my car and they made it over within the hour and had it unlocked within a minute. Super friendly service highly recommended

I was referred to Cook's by a mechanic concerning my ignition problem. They diagnosed the problem in the gearshift and did not charge for their time and work. They are very courteous and attentive.

I walked in and a nice gentleman working there smiled and said someone would be right with me. A lady came up to me and asked if she could help me. She had a sour look on her face and had a huge attitude. I asked her if I could have a key made to a car. She said "nothing we sell here is guaranteed" I think asked for the code back and told her she too big of an attitude and I'd take my business elsewhere.

I know people have their good days and bad days but this lady should not have been at the costumer service desk. Her perfesionalism and friendliness was terrible. I don't expect someone to be overly nice and do back flips because I walk in the door but there's a certain amount of friendliness that I expect when giving someone my business.

Critical:Professionalism, Value I spoke with Tonya asking about pricing because somehow the price went from $270 to $280 over night. She was so unprofessional and rude. Told me to find another lock smith and hung up on me. Wow! Great customer service! Last time I checked, you are allowed to ask/question why the price is different from one day to the next.

I went to a car repair shop when I could not get my car key out and I was given 2 options. One option was to leave my car with them and they will apparently dismantle the whole system to get the key out. The other option was to go to Cook's Locksmith Services which I was told was already closed at around 5:25. I tried to call them and Nikki told me they close at 6 pm.

I drive to their location but got lost. I called and Marc answered my call to give me directions patiently. When I finally got to their location, they were very nice and very professional. It was very close to closing time but they were ok to finish the job. They even explained to me how the key broke and gave me tips on using it to avoid breaking it. Marc and Nikki gave the very best customer service I have ever had. Cook's Locksmith Services is highly recommended.

They really take care of your business. In my case I dropped my car due to an ignition issue with a broken key inside in their facilities. They worked in the problem immediately, letting me know about each step during the process, I was always aware of what they were doing with the car.
