Do not use! I asked on several occasions to help with rodent infestations in my vehicle. I was given over the counter items. They didn't help and based on their attitude didn't want to help.

I was misled with the terms of my service contract with pricing and the number of visits, so chose to terminate the contract early. The contract clearly shows I would be billed every other month, but then was getting billed monthly and was told it was because they determined they needed to make monthly visits and not bimonthly. After terminating the contract I was told that I would still have a one year warranty from the date of termination.

A home inspection found that they had never even addresses my attic space on their consultation or any following service visits, and that there were mice in my attic. I asked that they make a visit under warranty since they didn't do their job to begin with and missed a huge area of my house, and they refused. The tech that came to my house was great, that's the only good thing. Otherwise their customer service, value, and ethics are absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and save your money and use someone else.

I love my shades and continue to refer V2K to all my friends. V2K also continues to be helpful long after installation, with advice on cleaning services and facilitating repairs.

Quality Pest Control is fantastic! We have a regular service contract with them and had an issue this fall with clover mites. I contacted them at 5 pm and they had techs out the following day before 11 a.m. to treat the problem, for free no less, since we use them for annual service. Customer service is always excellent and the techs are always very friendly. Highly, highly recommended!

I recently had bedroom drapes installed by V2K. This was the best experience I ever had with a home remodel project. V2K was so helpful giving me ideas and showing the fabrics. The installer also had some very creative work-around solutions for some of my problem areas. The time from the order to the installation was quick and hassle free.

If you look on other sites you'll see numerous praising reviews. I didn't even realize how great they were before calling. I googled on BBB for this type of business and came across them, A+. Well BBB isn't always the best indication but in this case, yes! I would give them an A+ in customer service, professionalism and, dedicating time and even when short staffed coming out at a last minute call at day's end to help me figure out if/what pest problem I had.

I would recommend them to anyone from needing a mosquito treatment (keep those stinkers off your deck/porch so you can thoroughly enjoy that beer on a summer night) to ridding your house of the many buggers that reek havoc on your home. You won't regret calling them!

We absolutely loved working with V2K. They were very knowledgeable and always very quick to respond to our questions and emails. The installer that was sent to install our shutters was so friendly and thorough and did a wonderful job as well. I have hired Jim 3 times to replace blinds and shades in my home. He always did an excellent job helping select the blind or shade that best fit my needs and design for the room. He is very quick at providing quotes and even quicker at taking down and putting up the new blinds.

I had Jim install the blinds in my office when we first opened 5 years ago. He was very helpful in guiding me to the perfect shades for my needs. He had them installed 2 days later and his price was half of the other quotes I had received.

I replaced all my condo windows with new vinyl windows, and wanted and needed new window coverings. I found V2K on Angie's list and arranged for a home visit within the first week after my windows went in. V2K came out on time with sample books and measured everything and offered me a fair price for natural wood blinds for some windows and cellular shades for others.
