Great service. On time. All I could ask for. Only thing I was disappointed in was the quote was $300 under what the actual bill was at the completion of the job. Probably me not being aware that additional work was required to complete the job. But overall they completed the job quickly, efficiently, and did everything I asked! Services: Electrical wiring repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical power restoration

First, I want to make it VERY clear that the technicians were fantastic. Thank you David and Denny for your pleasant attitudes, prompt arrival, and professionalism. This review is about Ed and the rest of the Sales team. Couple months ago, I had my attic fan serviced and that tech--who was also excellent--recommended that I have some wiring replaced in my attic.
He took pictures, wrote a description, and assured me that he would pass the information along for swifter service once I was ready. Cue the incessant phone calls and emails! I was called multiple times a week from different numbers, and received multiple emails about scheduling that repair. I told them SO MANY TIMES that my work schedule didn't allow for scheduling at that time and that I would contact Them in the Fall once I was ready.
To make matters worse, a ladder was left at my house AND I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING IT! I told the THREE people who called me that it was left outside for them to come pick up.it stayed there for nearly a month. I didn't steal the ladder. Your team failed to communicate about picking it up and about the scheduling! The technicians told me today that they had no idea what they were walking into, but you guys have pictures!
Why wasn't any of that communicated internally? I was told on the phone yesterday that this work could take TWO days! It took these guys an hour. Had they needed to come back, I would have been out of work an extra day and that's unacceptable. Get organized and know what you're talking about before you make your sales calls. I'm in sales too. Listen to your customer!
If they say stop calling, then stop calling them! Gents, NOT NOW means NOT NOW. The only reason I actually used your company was to ensure that you would leave me alone once I knew for sure I would be crossed off your to-call list. So you got my check. Cash it and remove me from your calling list, your marketing lists, everything.

JMC Electric was responsive in returning my call and was able to get to my job within a week's time. The two guys they sent were knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. I had a really great experience all the way around. There wasn't as much work as expected, and they were very up front and honest in telling me so, doing what needed to be done, and finishing up quickly. 100% satisfied!

I have used them before and was happy. So I called them again. Made appt oct 12,2020 for an estimate. They were suppose to show up between 9-12. I called at 11:30 and ask if I was still on the schedule and they said on we had an emergency over weekend and did I want to reschedule! No call To me to inform me. I called them. This was a returning customer and you do this? Their explanation was they are a small family owned business. Not acceptable.

They did a replacement electrical panel in our basement at by far the lowest bid of several. They also installed a Tesla Wall Charger with a 100 amp line and a 100 amp sub panel box in our garage both projects were at very reasonable competitive prices. Excellent work, easy & comfortable to deal with!

We had a horrible experience with JMC and would not recommend. We hired them to hang two light fixtures on our 18ft ceilings. They came out and informed us we needed to purchase certain boxes to withstand the weight of our fixtures and then said they would be back to install. We were charged for the visit although no work was completed but this wasn't even the issue.
When they came to hang the fixtures we let them in and made the mistake of not staying in the house. My husband returned to the electrician waiting outside. They did not walk him through the house or talk him through their work, asked for payment and then left. When my husband went inside to view their work he was astounded. They had cut pieces of our ceiling out to install the boxes, hung the chandeliers and left.
They didn't bother to clean up the piles of ceiling on the floor, and never called to ask our permission to cut the ceiling in the first place. This mistake cost us $500 to replace with a drywall company. After several attempts to give JMC the chance to rectify their mistakes, we have given up. We were diverted back to the electrician numerous times instead of a higher up. We also were ghosted and hung up on numerous times. Absolutely appalling work and horrible customer service. Very disappointed and caution anyone else against using them.

I wanted to change my outside light fixtures so that the 2 lights were on separate switches. In talking with others, they weren't sure it could be done. However, Denny from JMC Electric came over, assessed the situation and said he'd give it a try. Fortunately, he was able to locate the 2 wires and separate them so that my request could be fulfilled. It was very pleasant and kept me apprised of what he was doing the whole time. I was very happy with the work he did and would recommend this company to others.

All my power lines were on the ground due to storm damage. P&L informed me to call an electrician for repair. fortunately i called JMC ELECTRIC & they came out to bid the job. i also called several others but they never called or showed up with the exception of one which bid the job several times over JMC. now i cannot say enough good things about JMC'S crew. those guys new exactly what to do & repairs were made quickly. i highly recommend JMC.

Service tech arrived on time, with all necessary equipment, and worked quickly and efficiently. When I changed my mind about using the old fan's cover (hole was too big for new fan, ) the correct cover for my new fan was brought to me. I have to patch a small gap, but that is not hard and the fit is excellent.
