When we decided to install air conditioning in our two story home. Not sure of all the hidden details that come with this big decision we called on a friend, Don of Aspen Cooling & Heating, We told him what we wanted and he told us everything we would need. Normally, we never ask friends to do major work on our home, because it just never seems to work out.

Aspen (Don), from the moment he showed up on the doorstep, was honest and truly willing to do what was right for my family. I was not sold on products I didn't need and Don brought up getting proper city permits for installation (other contractors didn't mention permits until I did and they wanted to push the permits off to me as the homeowner).

Thank you for doing such a great job moving our furnace! Getting it out of the closet in the middle of our downstairs family room area and placing it in the attic has been wonderful for us. We no longer have the noise in our family room (where we spend most of our time) every time the heater or air conditioner turns on.

When we decided to install a new air conditioning system to replace a very old system Aspen HVAC became our company of choice. After wasting a lot of time with other contractors on the phone it was obvious in talking with owner Don that he was extremely knowledgeable and honest from the get go and would do the job up to code and to manufacturers specs.
