They were upfront with all costs. He performed the scheduled maintenance and replaced a rusted out power box. I had him install a surge protector. Overall an excellent and affordable customer service experience.

Progressive Heating installed a new energy efficient furnace for us today to replace the 22 year old furnace that was on it's last leg. Both installers were courteous, professional, and punctual. Their goal was to do it right and be sure we were happy.

They were able to get a tech out in 4-6 hours, communicated extensively and on a timely basis about arrival. The tech, James, was polite, efficient and effective and resolved the problem. This was my first experience with an A/C repair need, but I was pleasantly surprised

James the service tech showed up on time and was very professional. James came and discovered the source of why my AC wouldn't turn on. It was a bad circuit board on the furnace! Another company was trying to convince me to get a new system to replace mine that was only 8 years old! I'm thankful for his expertise and honesty. These guys are AWESOME - what a great group of professionals! In 2021 we needed a company to come out and take a peek at our server room AC unit. Being use for a good 10+ years (and a workhorse running 24/7), we just couldn't remember who did the install. We did call around for multiple quotes for what it costs to just come out and diagnose, and these guys and gals, hands down, had the most competitive pricing in the area.

They came out & not only diagnosed but serviced the unit at an affordable un-gouging price and with full transparency that this unit was coming to end of life. Fast forward to April 2022, that same unit entirely crapped out on us. Made a call to Progressive, had Steve come out and diagnose quickly (tearing apart the unit on the roof, taking pictures, explaining the whats and the whys, and having his office send a quote to my email in-real-time while he was here to address questions).

We did need a full replacement of the system. I approved it on Tuesday (yesterday) and the unit is already installed and running - that was less than a 24-hr turn around from approval to completed work! We had a great team this morning - David, Lot, and Willian - making it happen to minimal disruption to business. We didn't even have to power down one server or system in the immediate area!.

The Progressive team made this replacement easy every single step of the way. Each team member was extremely nice & professional. Progressive has proven to be a provider of RIDICULOUSLY timely & affordable service! Thank you to the team for making my work life that much easier!

Quick service I call for a washing machine and a refrigerator repair technician fixes the problem immediately within 4 hours. The man was polite, and he was very quick to understand the problem with the washing machine and worked fast. I was satisfied with his work and both tools are working well.

The people who did the a/c install couldn't have been more friendly and professional. They had to come several times because we have a large house so they wanted to make sure we had all of the cooling and heating vents we needed. They even cleaned out the attic that had various parts from the old a/c. We couldn't be happier with our a/c. It is energy efficient and even though we ran it all summer our electric bill barely increased. Progressive even came back after we had the system for a year and gave us a free tune up. I would recommend Progressive Air without hesitation.

They responded quickly and to install a new HVAC system the next day. The charge was little higher than I expected by they did the work fast and without any mess.

The communication was excellent. They were very punctual to come out to give me an estimate and reasonably priced. The people that installed it, left some materials behind on the lawn and on the rocks next to the unit. I would have preferred that the entire copper coil was covered with the rubber but instead when they came out again to reinstall the coolant because it had leaked, the man put a bunch of tape around the missing rubber to cover up the copper coil.

It has been working properly since they came out the second time and he assured me that it was still under warranty. I just wish they would have checked it carefully before leaving so it would not have leaked and that it looked nicer.

They were able to help me right away when other companies told me it would be days or even a week before they could come to my home. Steve, the technician who came, was professional and informative: he took time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were to fix it. The whole experience was great and I would definitely hire them again!

The technician Mory was professional and pleasing. He found the problem swiftly and fixed it. I also got the appointment very soon after I called.

Carl was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, the building I am in is all electric, so it is very expensive to replace the air and heating units. I am not working at this time due to the Covid, so I have been living off of my social security checks.

I can't say enough good about this company. They came when they said they would come. They kept in contact with me because I wasn't home and they did the service while my brother was visiting. I worked with a technician named Carl. He was amazing. He's very professional and just seemed like he really cared about making sure my HVAC got fixed. I had several bad experiences the prior week with a company that had lots of good reviews. They never showed up when they said they would come. Happy that I got Progressive to fix the problem.

I use these guys to replace my AC/heat pump in a condo. they did an excellent job and came in with the best price. my neighbor also used them and were just as happy as i am. i'd use them again if i were to move and need a new system.
