Had a full roof replacement done. The quote was SIGNIFICANTLY less than a few of the other businesses in the valley. The owner, Oliver, was on site every day. The crew did an amazing job with the work and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day. I confidently recommend Porter roofing to anyone looking for a high quality, family owned business.

I really enjoyed the work done by Porter Roofing. I had questions and they sent in Oliver Porter, who by the way looks like Ryan Reynolds, I'd swear he was just doing investigative work for a new movie role about being a roofer. Anyways, the company stands behind their work, everyone you talk to in the office is kind, courteous, and friendly. I am glad my roof repairs were done with Porter Roofing. We need honest companies like this one with integrity. Thank you Oliver Porter and Porter Roofing.

Great customer service. Had a leak and did a repair on the expected areas causing the leak. The next rain the leak returned. Called that morning and they were out and spent like 4 hrs fixing more of the roof.this time more definitely getting the leak area repaired. Mistakes happen, but it's how you recover from them that's important and Porter did great.

Definitely recommend it, had my roof done, Nemo was above and beyond, ask for him next time.

Horrible Liars! Poor Quality! Poor value! I am in the process of purchasing a new home and needed an inspection for a more thorough inspection of the roof and the underlayment. I asked for a physical inspection and they said they could not have someone out until 4 days later which by this point it would be too late for me and unnecessary at that point.

They agreed to do a review based on photos from my general home inspection and any documentation and photos they had / have from previous inspections since the sellers use them, so I sent to them. They came back to me and gave me a bid and commented and said the roof underlayment was at its last of its lifetime. I presented that to the sellers and they turned around and told them that I HAD TOLD THEM TO ADD THAT ON THE ESTIMATE AND SO THEY DID.

What company does that! Lies and said a customer called and told them to do something they did not agree with but did it anyway!?! I can technically sue them because now I have a letter from them saying I SAID SOMETHING WHEN I DID NOT! don't hire this company They are not trust worthy I never do any kinds of reviews but felt I needed to on this one. I kept calling them back to speak to a manager and never answered any of my 10+ calls. I think they wanted to screw me out of a new roof

If you want to be on a 3 on your side episode hire these guys. Won't complete the job, won't take or return your calls in a timely manner, all around shady and shody work.

Porter Roofing redid our roof two years ago. They were efficient, and easy to work with. Recently, with all the rain, we had some water dripping down through the top of a first floor window. Usually, this would mean a roof leak, so we called Porter to come out and fix it. First go, the guys were nice, but didn't get it fixed. Fast forward two weeks to more rain and more dripping.

This time the owner himself comes out with his guys. He quickly identifies that it's not the roof, it's the seal around a different window on the second floor that's allowing the water in. They do a water test to confirm it, and then caulk and seal it for us. Thanks for the great service, guys! We sure appreciate it!

Randy from Porter Roofing came to my place in Ahwatukee because 2 tiles had blown out of place in a microburst. Randy went on the roof and put the tiles back in place, then went around the whole roof and adjusted any tiles that were slightly ajar. When I tried to pay he said don't worry, just call when you need roof work done. What great service. They have my business forever.

I can't begin to tell you how great it was to meet you yesterday. You exemplify what many people strive for as true professional, unfortunately many never succeed in this endeavor. As an FYI (you may know this already), you guys did my roof for me. I was very happy with Randy Halfhill. I felt he was extremely honest. The workers were terrific as well. I am VERY satisfied. Ya'll deserve your high rating on Angie's List.

Had a very good experience with porter roofing 9-23-2015, had two major leaks on my tile roof, called them made a appointment, and the appraiser for roof damage called when he was on his way which was on time, he found the problem both leaks and gave me a written estimate for the cost to fix the roof and set the roof repair date and time. crew showed up on time fixed the problem and cleaned up around work site nicely, ,w hen i received the bill it was the same price as the estimate. My husband and I wanted to let you know how nice it was to work with your employee Chris Zimmerman. He showed professionalism, courtesy and was always on time when we had an appointment with him. If there was a delay on his end he always called to let us know he would be late which I really appreciate. He handled all the insurance paperwork so that everything went smoothly.

I am very pleased with the work done by the Porter crew. The roofers were very efficient and did an excellent job of repairs and replacemet and did a great clean-up afterwards. Also Jose who was so courteous and same with his helper, they did such a fine finish-up work on patch, repair, and paint.

I can't say enough good things about the Porter Roofing team. The price was great and the service was even better from start to finish. This review is for the 3rd roof job they've done for me on my various properties in about 5 years.
