The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that. Service:Roof installation

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired. The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient.

That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed. In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks. The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer! The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service. With respect -

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I sought out a roofing company that would be willing to give me a competitive pricing and who was willing to get the job done as soon as possible. Capstone Roofing LLC was hands down the best. Capstone, and all the staff met all my request for a fast efficient job, the workers were extremely professional, cleaned the entire area when they were done, and most of all the roof looks amazing.

Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners. I highly recommend them

Re: Proposal number: 15-18393 I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote.

Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

I like the people and work ethic of Capstone. Bill responds to my needs and that is good. I believe that I will be using them for the roof of my home for as long as I own the house. The roof quality will be passed onto another and I am confident the quality will continue.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges.

Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K.

I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. We recently used Capstone Roofing to repair a leak at the recommendation of some friends. Very friendly on the phone, estimator was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything in great detail what they would need to do to repair the roof. Got our estimate a day or so later. We had gotten a few other estimates. They were not the cheapest, but were also not the most expensive.

I had a few questions about the estimate and spoke to one of their customer service rep's one time and the project mgr assigned our job another. Each time, very informative, courteous. Project Mgr showed up the day prior to the job to get a good review of the house, the job and to ensure they would have the equipment necessary to complete the job.

He fully explained what they would be doing and how long it would take to complete the job. Crew showed up on time, Took about 10 hours to complete the whole job. Couldn't believe they got it all done. Once done, clean up was great. You'd never know they were even there. I highly recommend Capstone Roofing. Wonderful company and very obviously full of dedicated professionals who take their work seriously!

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us.

The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!
