Progressive Design and Build removed an existing stainless steel sink in my kitchen island and replaced it with the Blanco sink I wanted. No easy task extricating an under counter mounted sink and not damaging the quartz countertop! I was so impressed with the whole process, starting with the removal of the old sink, fitting and locating the new sink and sticking to their quoted time line. The follow up was outstanding as was their work!

Progressive Design Build is a group of experts with quality standards. This is a team of men and women, all of whom have years knowledge and experience. Dave and the team at Progressive Design and Build did a great job at meeting our needs. They are a very professional organization with a team of contractors that are equally so. From the start of the project Dave and the team were attentive to our needs in a unique design in a challenging space that other companies were unable to even envision. We had Progressive design and build a complete new kitchen and several new door openings. The experience was very positive and the whole team are very professional and reliable. We would definitely use PDB again for any future project.

Mike and his team just completed a complete kitchen renovation for us (which also involved other rooms in the house) and we could not be happier with the final result. His relentless honesty, integrity and focus on details let us be comfortable putting our home in his hands while we were out of town for the summer. The entire PDB team, including subcontractors, had a quality focus that was very evident.

Communication during the summer was excellent. We had photos every week. All of our special requests were met with a "can-do" attitude that is often missing today. There was meticulous attention to the smallest details.and the whole project was completed on time and within our budget. PDB was a great company to work with and we cannot recommend them more highly.

Progressive replaced all the floors in our home, removed a couple of walls to create an open living space with a new kitchen and did some bathroom upgrades.

We are thrilled with the gorgeous and functional space. We were out of state the entire time the project was underway. Weekly progress reports and pictures alleviated any stress that could have been a problem because we were away. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished product is flawless. Shortly after working with Progressive, we worked with another contractor out of state on some small upgrade projects, and the quality difference is quite noticeable. The poorer quality and difficulties we experienced there made us appreciate our experience with Progressive even more.

Progressive Design Build did a complete remodel on our condo. We enjoyed working with the entire staff. They are knowledgeable, creative, easy to work with, craftsmen and stay on top of every detail. We were so impressed with the finished job and highly recommend this company.

These folks did a good job on the siding but poor quality on 4 columns. We have repeatedly asked them to come and fix their work even filing a complaint with tgeBbb but they will not respond

I had 2 encounters with this business. The first, definitely was a 5 star rating. The 2nd encounter was not very good. Didn't show up when expected. The first "no show" was due to a medical condition which i understood. The two week window to return turned into four weeks. After three messages, my call was returned saying to call back next week. The next, told to call back next week. Its a shame, I was very pleased with their work.

Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer.

We hired Mike Spreckelmeier at Progressive Builders to remodel our condo in Bonita Bay. We wanted to completely redo the kitchen as well as eliminate the sliders from the kitchen and family room leading to the lanai. Progressive completed the remodel while we were back at home in Illinois. We were thrilled to return to an outstanding result.

Our project involved remodeling three bathrooms and several other projects around the house. We had a trip planned and asked that the project be completed in our absence. To our delight, it was finished when we returned, and the house was in immaculate condition. We were completely satisfied with everything.

Progressive did a room addition, new outdoor grilling kitchen, some plumbing and painting work. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They stayed on task and on their time line. They are very respectful of the client's property, and very thorough when planning and preparing for the project.

We worked with another contractor on a project during the last three years - there was no comparison regarding - the experience with Progressive was MUCH better. My impression is that Progressive may not be the cheapest service provider, work is performed on schedule and at the highest quality level. I will happily pay a bit more to receive the quality of the service they provide.
