FNV Landscaping

Hired FNV to assist with a leak in my valve box. They came out the first time and told me there was something loose and they tightened it. Next day the box was full of water again. They came out a second time and told me there was nothing wrong. They charged me for more labor hours than were actually worked. Basically paid this company over $350 to dig a hole for me. Would not recommend this company for irrigation work.

I can't tell you how good they were because they never called me back.

We got sod installed a couple of months ago and it's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place.

This company was amazing from start to finish. I had purchased a second home in AZ then learned the irrigation system was completely inoperable. I was referred to FNV Landscaping from a friend because they come so highly recommended in the area. Thank goodness for that. Not having met them in person they went to my home and analyzed, repaired, and mitigated the damages that were done without having irrigation for over a month.

They worked for days going above and beyond and fitting me in from out of state without having met me. They sent pictures and texts along the way to let us know the progress. They were priced very well, they were honest and hard-working, I've dealt with many contractors in all my days and rarely has it gone this well. Prompt, communicative, excellent work, I will definitely use them for future issues for all types of landscaping plans. Thank you so much for a job well done!

I was looking to have my front grass removed and changed to a xeriscape landscape. I contacted FNV after seeing their truck/crew at my neighbor's house cutting their lawn. Cisco at FNV got right back to me and came out to evaluate the project the next day. Cisco's crew was amazing. They started the job on a Saturday, returned on Monday and completed the project that day in the 114 degree heat.

The completed project was exactly what I was looking for. To further show the responsiveness of FNV, a monsoon storm hit the night the job was completed and damaged one of the cacti. I notified Cisco and he had his crew replace the cactus at no charge the next day. I highly recommend FNV for anyone needing any kind of landscaping service. I was greatly impressed with Cisco and his crew and will be using FNV for any future projects.

We recently had to have quite a bit of rock removed from our yard and FNV did a great job. They finished quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

I have had FNV landscaping servicing my home in Mesa since 2006-2007. I've since moved out of that home and in to another but kept my first home as a rental - they now service both of my homes. The FNV team does great work at a great price and is very consistent. Any small issues that have arisen have always been handled professionally by Pedro, Cisco and team. Highly recommend them and appreciate them!

FNV did a great job on completing my backyard. Patio extension, concrete boarder SOD and irrigation around the whole yard. They had some technical issues with emails but where responsive with text messages. Was completely upfront with the timeline to complete the project and daily updates on how the project was going. Gave some friendly ideas of addition work but did not push them. Quote was comparable to other companies and stayed on estimate.

I have been working with FNV for a few years and they are top notch. They service my yard once a month and it is great. They are quick on the draw when I have any problems need anything else. I am a smaller client but they treat me like I am the most important one when I call. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any services you need.

Just so happens I saw your truck in McDonald's lot and scratched down the name. I was looking for someone to rip 4 bushes out of side yard. Cisco was awesome and fun to work with. He always responded regardless the day of the week. I didn't think they would want to do a small job but they did and what a great job. Estimate was given up front and payment was easy.

I was at work when they came over so it was like magic when I got home and saw the result. The bushes were entirely removed and the gravel was raked. I had mentioned several dead tree trunks needing removal and they were also entirely gone. Weeds were sprayed and dirt was blown off the drive, so many things I had not expected. I am so please with the work that was done and will call them the next time I need their services. 5 stars

We have used FNV for a little over a year They actually show up! If they need to change a day, usually because of weather, they let you know If something comes up, like a neighbor trimming a tree into our yard, they will do their best to get to us as soon as possible They speak English and do terrific work I highly recommend FNV Their rates are very reasonable too We are glad we found them!

I needed my yard cleaned up from all the weeds that had started taking over my tree wells & yard. I went online, filled out some quote requests & decided to work with FNV. We handled it all by email & over the phone. It was great working with them & I would highly recommend these folks to get your yard in control!

I called and made an appointment for an estimate for some landscaping work I needed done. Well the guy never showed up. I tried calling with no answer and I left messages and never received a call back. That is a horrible way to run a business. I found someone else from yelp. I'm glad I'm giving my thousands of dollars to someone who isn't rude and values my time.

I hired Pedro's company FNV landscaping trim the trees in my backyard. You never know what your trees and bushes are going to look like when you put your faith in others to prune them, however my wife and I were extremely impressed with the way things turned out. They also did an excellent job of removing all the clippings and cleaning up.

We recently purchased a new house. We had particular ideas about some of the elements we wanted to see incorporated into our front and back yard Pedro, Cisco and the crew that worked on-site were extremely professional.

I needed someone to figure out my drip system and where there was a problem with why some of my plants were getting watered and the others were dying. I was referred to FNV Landscaping by a referral compy, so I had no idea what to expect. I run a business all day, and was unable to meet Pedro at my house, so I instructed him to go thru side gate and assess prob.

WORST customer service experience EVER. I called the 0993 #, like any prospective customer. The guy answered the phone, said he was busy and asked me to text him the details, so he could review when he got done with current job. No big deal right? So after several hours go by, I texted again, asking for a response. He said he'd call me back w/in the hour. Again, I waited, and then asked again when there was no follow up.

This went back and forth for a while. After 6 times of me pursuing this guy, he finally wrote "we're too busy, thanks". So just a heads up anyone else that needs yard work: this company has shitty customer service, can't even return a phone call to schedule an appointment and then dismisses like its no big deal. Hopefully, after other's read this, maybe he won't be too busy anymore.

I just wanted to share the great experience I had with FNV. We are new to the area and our new house sprung a leak in the irrigation system. Being new I figured it might be best to call the experts. Pedro was great to work with and the landscaper he sent out took care of the problem and also found another leak I hadn't even known about. They were fast and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Oh, they are also located not too far from Las Sendas which is another plus as it's convenient for the area if you are in Las Sendas.
