ProCare Restoration was very friendly and professional. I was worried I was going to have to do roof work to completely remediate the mold. Their inspection and experience confirmed that no structural changes needed to happen which saved me a ton of money. They also went to the extent of recommending a change to the bathroom vent ducting in order to prevent future mold from coming back. This company is awesome! Went above and beyond! ProCare came out in person to give me an estimate with the exact (laser measured) square footage of my wood space. All other places I contacted me just asked for the square footage of my whole floor, which would have included non-wood parts. They came out on time every day, were very professional, finished in the time they said they would.

Most importantly, the finished product was AMAZING, I couldn't be happier with my floors. When I even found a single hair sealed into the wood in one tiny part of the 1,000 sq ft they renovated, I called them and they had someone out the next morning to refinish that one section, OUTSTANDING customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends.

ProCare Restoration saved my apartment complex. One of the residents had somehow left their sink on during a 3-day vacation, and it wasn't reported to maintenance until the 3rd day.
