Our insurance company recommended Real Restoration after some water damage in our home. They did a great job. We worked with Greg and his team they completed the project quickly and we're meticulous with the detail and quality of the work.

Hands down absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had with a contractor! I don't live in the area any longer, but wish that I could work with Real Restoration on another project because they were just that fabulous to work with. I had pipe break sending water from my 2nd floor bathroom down to my basement + hired them to do the restoration work which included a full remodel of the bathroom, new hardwood floors + walls/ceiling throughout my first floor, some complicated reinstallation of cabinetry the flood mitigation company had removed and an update of the basement (walls + flooring + some finish carpentry), floor refinishing, a LOT of painting + a carpet installation.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience - they were incredibly professional from the start. I worked with Mike (for the quotes) + AnneMarie was my job manager - both were a delight to work with. AnneMarie is a wealth of knowledge + she helped me on so many levels - from making design decisions, to coordinating different aspects of the project as things popped up (many things! ) - she's so hardworking + went above + beyond to do what needed to be done to get the job completed.

I am a jewelry designer by trade + as such, have a very attentive (some might say "picky") eye.their craftsmanship was top-notch and I honestly don't know how they could have done it any better. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Work with them - you won't regret it.

As a Bed and Breakfast Hotel, getting repairs addressed in a timely manner is extremely important. Especially in Emergency situations. Our Grand Tuscan Suite the largest room in our hotel had a pipe burst and water starting gushing out everywhere, we luckily came across Real Restoration group and they were able to respond immediately to our call. They quickly remediated and diagnosed the issue to follow with a complete restoration of a meticulously designed Italian themed historical hotel.

I just had my house remodeled by Real Restoration- besides providing an excellent service, they also helped us with major decision making when we hit the 'dead wall' in one of the room. Owner himself came to our house and gave us multiple options that could solve our issue. All of the windows that they replaced look amazing, no drifts coming into the house.
