Indy Elite Garage Doors

I was having issues with my garage door not shutting all the way, in addition to the receiver not working. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor who had the exact issue a week ago. They offer same day service if you call in the morning. I called at 9 am and they were able to get out there by about 3. Very quick in solving the issue & professional. I also had them give me a new wireless opener and install a touch keypad. Overall the price was about $280. For the service call my neighbor said she paid about $130.

Asked for help with the wireless keypad. Was told to YouTube/Google it. Don't waste your time with anything outside repair. Call the actual Genie tech support if you need help. Sad to not know the product you are selling your customers.

Got home Wednesday at 2:10 and realized my garage door spring was broken. Called Garage Doors of Indy at 2:20. Door was fixed by 3:30. That is service. Thanks for being on the ball. I certainly did not expect that quick of a repair.

This company is horrible. DO NOT USE! Brand new build and same issue with same part kept breaking. At least 6 times and here we are again with the same issue. Supervisor wanted to blame elderly lady would can barely stand saying she was breaking part because they only use the best quality parts-not from China (her words) and qualified technicians.

The supervisor blamed arm bracket breaking on elderly lady who can barely walk yet alone stand. The "Supervisor" expected the Senior lady to know if something is possibly wrong with her garage door even though she has no technical training on garage doors. They are rude, don't show when they are scheduled and continue to make excuses and blame others for their actions and mistakes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I don' t even give this company 1 star! We scheduled an appointment for a tech to come give us an estimate on Monday, They never showed up so we called them back, they proceeded to tell us we weren't on the work order so they rescheduled for Wed, Well Wed was also a no call no show! once again we called to be told we weren't on the work order! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They will only waist your time. Beverly Coffey ( The only reason I gave them a star is because they wouldn't let me post without one! )

Certified scammers! Don't let their $69 coupon tune up fool you. Called them for a tune up and found out I needed a gear replaced in the meantime. Tried charging me $ 378 to repair a $15 gear. Told them "NO" for everything and just wanted them gone. Called their competitors after they left and was quoted more than half that price by everyone. Just wanted to take advantage of me because he realized I had something broken.

Someone tell these scammers that I can buy a BRAND NEW unit for $300-400 at Lowe's or Home Depot installed. Never did a tune up and still even tried to overcharge me on that before he left. Never again.

Called a couple days ago to ask about having a garage door opener installed on my pole barn overhead door. The lady who answered was so nice. Then I got transferred to commercial since my door is commercial sized and the sales guys was worthless. Kept cutting me off before I could finish. I had more questions to ask but he ended the conversation before I could finish asking my question. Had to repair jobs for them to do, but screw that. I'll go with somebody who knows proper customer service. Very let down.

Very prompt and quality service performed on 1/12/2022 fixing technical issues with our Garage door opener and installation of touchless key pad. The service technician and was polite/courteous and took his time in making sure the job was done right the first time. End to end process working with the frontline Customer Service Team to performing the work was outstanding. Called in for service call last week to replace a spring on my garage door and had to go to work so did not have a chance to hand in the $50 coupon to the technician to benefit from the service call/parts promotion so I called the office and was told that I had to present it to the tech while he was there. Just paid a bill but probably will not use their service since the office manager was not flexible at al. Crazy way of doing business telling people you can use a coupon and then it doesn't get accepted.

I had a wonderful experience with Skylar and Bart today. My son's garage door opener stopped working. I called and talked to Dave who was so kind and set up a service appointment. Bart and Skylar had the opener repaired in about 10 minutes. One of the components had went bad. They had the part with them and fixed it right away. They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my question.

I was very impressed. It's nice to have someone who takes pride in doing a great job. The cost was a lot less than what I thought it was going to be. I called Indy Elite Garage Doors this morning after realizing that I couldn't get the garage door open to get my car out and leave for work this morning due to a broken spring. In this case, you can't even open it manually. I had contacted another garage door company first and they confirmed the cost would be over $325 to get them out there asap!

We recently bought a home and our garage door system was ANCIENT. The system lasted us a few weeks before it completely stopped working. The sellers had purchased us a home warranty in the sale. We contacted the home warranty company and they hooked us up with Indy Elite. WOW! Indy Elite was very responsive and professional. This is a company that knows the value of customer service.

Cody did an excellent job. He replaced a worn out wall unit and lubed the door hinges and springs. He only charged $20.00. The cost of the wall unit has to be that much. I was very impressed and will definitely use Indy Elite again when I need garage door service.

Patrick and Cody were the service techs and they were very polite and professional. They called ahead and arrived on time. The electric eye on my garage door wasn't working and I assumed it would need to be replaced. It turned out to just be a loose wire that was easy too fix. They also realigned the beam, leveled the door, and reattached a cable at no extra charge.
