I called them about a leak that we've been fighting for a couple years since they installed the roof. Still searching for the leak and they won't come look at it.

Nick Whitson did a heck of a job and showed he cares about the customer. He always answered his phone and they knocked out my roof in less than 2 days. Highly recommend McRay Roofing and thank you Mr. Nick Service:Roof installation

Amazing work! Honest people that will shoot you straight. Nick Whitson came out to my house after a hail storm and informed me my roof was still in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. I love that they don't try to convince you to get a new roof just because it will benefit the company. They definitely want your business long term. He did advise me of some parts on my roof that were damaged and he was quick to send Lupe out to fix a few minor things the following day. Lupe was very friendly and respectful of our property and got the job done thoroughly in an efficient amount of time!

I learned so much about my roof from Nick and he was extremely helpful at putting things in layman's terms so I could understand. 10 stars! We will be referring him to all our friends/family/neighbors if they need any roofing services. We will be a customer for a long time! Great company and great people.

Do NOT use this company! I hired them to replace my roof and now it leaks worse than it did before! They refuse to come make the repairs. These guys promise a lot upfront but can't follow through. I had to hire another company to fix my brand new roof! I see your response! Did you ever think that there is more than one Charles Atkinson? You did my roof and I assure you it was poor quality! Also, I am alive and well!

Nick and Terry did an amazing job. I was on a deadline to get a roof and gutters on my old house. They worked with me and several other people ( real estate people, insurance) to get my job done. With crazy weather and Covid, they came through. Both Nick and Terry were very responsive to all my inquiries and gave me updates in progress of everything. If I need another roof, I'd definitely call them.

We're very thankful we called Jeremy regarding our new roof. He rearranged his schedule and came and inspected our roof shortly after I made contact with him. He helped us by meeting with the insurance adjuster regarding our specific issues and with the insurance claim process. The installation of the new roof and the gutters are a huge improvement to our home.

My insurance only quoted me for a partial roof replacement at the lowest quality of roof tile. Jeremy dealt with them himself and got me a full roof replacement with a nicer quality roof for the same cost! They were professional, efficient, and budget friendly.

Best roof service I ever experienced. Nick W. Was exceptional with staying in contact and walking us though the claim process to get previously installed defected shingles reimbursed and replaced (was done by another contractor). With his help, The process was expedited and we were able to have the roof replaced with no out of pocket costs within 2 weeks. From beginning to end, Nick went above and beyond to provide best quality customer services and complete the project timely. Strongly recommend this company to everyone!

Looking for honest roofers these are the guys! They came out to check my roof after the hail Wednesday! I told them I had a small leak that I had been dealing with! They said my roof was fine and found a vent leaking. It's 2:00pm the leak is fixed and I am good to go! Call these guys the are great!

Jeff Wertz @McRay roofing went above & beyond helping me accomplish an almost impossible situation when the people buying my house wanted a new roof put on in a week and that was a week of snowing and ice. They were ridiculous in asking for one kind of estimate and then something completely different.
