I worked with Heath on getting my roof replaced. He was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue after my roof was replaced - it leaked into my office bedroom after it rained. Heath got someone out here to fix the leak and also arranged for the whole bedroom ceiling to be painted because the leak left a big, wide brown stain. I am very happy with Heath and Legacy. I would recommend this company 100%!

The only way to know if a roofing company performed the job correctly is have a 3rd party "installation" inspection because most jobs look good from the ground, especially from the untrained eye. Legacy does mostly production housing so it's about getting as many jobs done as possible and the quality of work is not a priority so the crews are conditions to blow and go!
After having my family's new roof inspected we found that many shortcuts were taken and that the vents were all installed incorrectly incorrectly. Rather than have them back we opted to have another company come in and make some repairs.

I can not commend on the quality their work. I had no work done by Legacy Roofing However, I can confidently claim, one can call them but do not hold your breath in getting an reply. This also appears the main complaint in other reviews. Legacy Roofing checked my roof but never got back to me, neither did they return my numerous phone calls.

We were very impressed with Heath from his first visit to our home. He did a really good job of communicating with us from bid time to the work starting. My wife was very happy with the install crew as they were nice and respectful. The work was completed in 1 day and they thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They were recommended to us by a long time local contractor and we are happy to recommend them as well.

I'd like to take this time to thank the folks at Legacy roofing for a job well done. We had hail damage from the July 11th storm. A few days after we called, and had Frank come out to give us an inspection, and an assessment of our options. He was honest, and straightforward. After our insurance Inspection, we decided to replace the roof. Alejandro and his crew did a great job.
They were on time, professional, quick, and after clean up you couldn't tell they were even there. Legacy roofing has been in Prescott for a long time. Even though Legacy is slammed with work from the July hailstorm they squeezed me in when I discovered an active room leak in my rarely used back bedroom. Schedules were juggled by Lauren and Dawn in the front office to get Chris Rohr out here in 4 days to find and fix the problem. When its time to replace my roof Legacy is going to get that work.

Frank was very straight forward with us in providing various options from the band aid to the Cadillac repair and their pros and cons. We felt fully informed with no pressure when making our decision on how to proceed. The work was done on time and the guys were careful to avoid damaging our newly painted house. Very satisfied.

Legacy Roofing handled my roof repair in a most professional manner. The estimator and workmen were all excellent, gave me good advice, and the job was quick and clean and the price seemed reasonable. This review would be five stars, however, I was in a hurry to get this done on a timeline and I had to call and email several times to get the job scheduled- stressful.
