I am so grateful for Nexus Plumbing and their quality service, but mostly their honesty. I had a plumbing emergency and called them as the second estimate. They explained the problem clearly, where the other company did not. and they saved me over $2,000. The other company was Anderson's and they are known for overcharging and doing unnecessary work.

Have to pay for all that fancy advertising! If you want someone professional and trustworthy to provide quality service and get the job done right. These are your people! Thank you so much Nexus Plumbing!

Tony is friendly and knowledgable on all there is to know about plumbing, city codes and trouble shooting. Nexus plumbing is incredibly honest and fast. I appreciate their flat rate. In the past it's been stressful when calling a plumber out on an hourly rate only to have the time keep dragging on. Their pricing is fair and priced in the average range based on quoting out with others. Highly recommend!

My company is small but we have two buildings that occasionally need plumbing work done. Nexus Plumbing always showed up when promised, was very knowledgeable, polite!, understood the work and got done right and quick.

First I would like to say this is a delayed review I've used Nexus 2 times. The first time was after another plumber, which I will not name, did a bad install on 80ft of drain. Nexus came and inspected 6 months later after having issues again and was straightforward and found a bow in the line that was just laid and resolved the issue. When purchasing my next home, he scoped my lines at a great price and have recommended them several times. I hAve delta with multiple contractors on bids and inspections. They are straight forward and to the point.

Nexus Plumbing sets the standard for prompt, professional service. Scheduling appointments is easy - either online or over the phone - and Anthony always arrives on time or ahead of schedule. He works quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. During my most recent service, I was not even charged the cost of labor to replace a part that was still under warranty.

I am a member of a HOA and I am also one of the directors in charge of maintenance. They did some general plumbing work. He has done drain cleaning, fixed leaks, replaced valves and pressure regulators. They are very reliable and he is very honest and reasonable. He is very very good and that is based on the last 10 plumbers we have used. He is our first call plumber now.

Nexus is fantastic! I found a leak in my kitchen yesterday evening and Anthony was here by 8am this morning. He was able to offer a couple of options for the repair and the benefits of each. I am extremely leary of plumbers because we have been mislead and cheated many times before. Not this time. Anthony is HONEST, courteous, charges reasonable prices, and helped us to understand what was causing our problem. He also worked diligently to get the problem resolved in a very timely manner. It's not very often I can rave about a company and believe me, in my business I come in contact with a lot of vendors in all sorts of professions. I have maybe less than a handful that I would absolutely recommend in service, quality, loyalty, trust, communication and follow thru.

Very way to set up a appointment. Anthony came out to house for and estimate on replacing a pipe under the house. He ended doing the job the same day at a very reasonable price. Also before calling I made sure they were licensed and insured. This company is 100% legit.

Anthony was really great. We had 2 small bathroom projects that needed repiping and pipe relocation. Anthony came in, wrote an estimate right on the spot, which was very competitive. He came in on time at the start of the first day, and after discovering pipe corrosion issues, he made tremendous efforts to repair it (dug 3 ft into the ground instead of 1 ft to remove bad pipes).

This caused a delay in the project but he stuck with his estimate. He installed 2 bathtubs the right way by pouring thinset under the tub (so the tub has minimum flex and will last a long time). One of my tub was weird setup that he had never tried before, but he got it working without issues although it was a lot of headache for him. For all the issues, he wanted only slight increase from his original bid, and only for the additional work that was not included in the original estimate.

I had a bunch of plumbers come in for estimates, and it probably scared them away as no one wanted to provide an estimate. But Nexus Plumbing was there to rescue. Very skilled and professional, I recommend Nexus Plumbing to anyone / any business.

Anthony installed a new water heater and recirc system for us. His work is neat, prideful, and skilled. He is a consummate professional. Our installation had a few bumps (not his fault) and he tirelessly worked with us living up to his stated value "I want you to be happy". You can trust him and his work.

I'm so grateful to have finally found a honest, reliable, clean and professional plumber. Anthony with Nexus Plumbing did an outstanding job on several repairs I needed to have fixed. He also replaced a loose shower handle that previous plumbers would not touch saying that I would need to replace the valve, and thus Anthony saved me hundreds of dollars. His rates are incredibly fair as well. I couldn't be happier, thank you Anthony!

Anthony came to my parents house to fix a shower faucet. He is so clean, on time and honest. Also, he offered me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Terrible follow up and understanding of what needed to be done. Difficult to contact office and Rachael Ruiz has no clue of how to deal with plumbing issues.

My friend and I did everything we could to fix a leak in my shower to no avail. One call to Nexus and we immediately got a response. We got a return phone call from Anthony who knew exactly what needed to be done and explained the process and fee over the phone with no pressure. He made time to see us the very same evening, even after working a very long day.

He showed up on time, performed the exact service he explained on the phone, with no surprises, and no extra charges. He was VERY professional, honest, hard working and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in needing to have a plumbing service done. We even got a thank you card in the mail, what a great touch! :

I have called on Anthony three times since we bought our house, and he has done me a solid every time. He's even sent me a Christmas card each year. His prices are very reasonable, Anthony is straight up and honest. I'm really trying to think of something to criticize, and frankly, I just can't. Honest, timely, professional, skilled, worth every penny. If you're looking for a plumber, hire this guy. If you already have a trusted plumber, fire him, and hire this guy.

We had Anthony of Nexxus Plumbing come out years ago and he did a good job. Since then, we have called him a number of times for other jobs and he never returns our calls or requests on his website. Our guess is that he no longer needs the business since he can't even have someone respect us by giving a call back. Update: Rachel from Nexxus Plumbing responded through Yelp and says that there are web portal issues that they are working through.

She offered to have Anthony come out on Sunday, however we have engaged another plumber after we didn't receive a response back from Anthony. While I appreciate their concern about my review, it is difficult to recommend someone who doesn't respond to calls made to their published phone number; we called by phone and put in a request online in April and again in June to make appointments and never received responses both times while we waited over a week to hear back.

I wish them the best in the future, and my purpose in posting here is to make them aware of this quality service issue. I believe that they truly need to work through this problem or face losing more customers.

I've used Anthony a couple more times since our initial job in Aug 2013. Still a 5-star experience. Nexus Plumbing schedules an actual start time rather than one of those "8-12" windows. He always calls ahead to let us know if he'll be late at all. Most recently we had Anthony replace a bunch of angle stops and old copper hoses with new flex hose.

No mess, no fuss, very professional, and the prices seem fair for the service you receive. As I've said before, they are B-U-S-Y and it seems Anthony is the only one working the jobs and Rachel is the only one working the logistics, so you may not always get an immediate response via phone/email. If your job doesn't require a quick turnaround, definitely use Nexus.

Anthony is a real pro! I had an emergency situation with my kitchen faucet and Anthony went out of his way to get me taken care of on short notice. He arrived right on time, made sure that the job was done right and was as courteous and professional as can be. I would highly recommend Nexus Plumbing to anyone in need of a quality plumber. I will definitely use him again and refer him to my friends and Real Estate clients.

I called Nexus Plumbing to fix a broken in-sink Erator, a leaking toilet, a rusted drain, and a broken drain. Anothony fixed everything and even suggested me some of the problems he sees. His price is very reasonable. He came over around 6:30 pm and did not finished till 9:00pm (he also went over to my aunt's place to fix her in-sink erator). Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely call them if I have other problems. Thank you Nexus Plumbing

Really great experience! Anthony does an amazing job. Very unlike any plumber you will meet: he is presentable, professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. He does everything a professional should do: arrives on time if not early, very efficient with his time, has extensive knowledge that he shares with you, performs quickly and does an amazing job! I've met countless amounts of plumbers and none of them impressed me like Anthony has.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. We did a bathroom addition on a renovation project and bid out the job to several plumbers. Anthony came in 40% less expensive than the other bids and performed better than I could have hoped. We got through all of our inspections easily and are extremely happy with our new bathroom addition. From what I know of, Anthony does all kinds of jobs, small and large. I will absolutely use him for all my future plumbing work!
