I have 2 dogs and wanted to have the bedroom carpets cleaned in my house. Called around and got a few quotes. Quality Floor Care quoted me the price they charge per square ft AND they were able to schedule me for the next day! Ryan arrived about 15 minutes before our appt time. Excellent service, professional, great price. and friendly. Carpets look and smell great. I know who I'll be calling in the future. I contacted Quality Floor Care AFTER we paid another carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets. The previous carpet cleaning company we used 3 weeks prior made a huge mess of the carpet at our business, blamed it on the carpet being old, and then refused to make it better! That was unacceptable to me, so I contacted QFC. Not only is Dan a complete professional, but he is very responsive and a man of integrity. Dan and Ryan are a great team!

I will never use this company again. There equipment leaked dirty water and stained my carpet on a prior occasion and I figured it was a one off since they've done good work in the past. Apparently, since then, there service has continued to deteriorated. I would not recommend this company.

Both Doug and Ryan are very knowledgeable about their products and their equipment. They are always on time or early. They are friendly and professional. There are lots of carpet cleaners in town and this company is the only company that I trust to do my carpet cleaning.

Used this company last year no problem, quote accurate, nice people. Then I called 2 days ago and spoke to the owner, who QUOTED me $200-250 due to being only 6 months and just need a quick clean (also home is vacant and should be easy). His cleaner guy shows up and proceeds to tell me the price is $495! I tell him the OWNER quoted me, he calls the owner and his said he doesn't care what he said on the phone, it is what it is and he can't make money unless he charges more regardless of his quote.

Then I asked the cleaner guy to just do half of what I wanted to bring the price down, he said ok, called it in and the owner said NO, don't do the work and he left. POOR customer service, all they cared about was the money - Please don't anyone ever use them, there are so many other nice people out there, I got another company to come the same day, and they were awesome, price - $250.

Called Quality Floor Care for some carpet cleaning. Showed up at the appointed time, the service man wore a uniform and name tag; looked extremely professional, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He worked hard for an hour, helped me in removing and replacing some area rugs, and handled the payment process in minutes. A very fair price, great service, and outstanding results. I have finally found a carpet cleaning service I will be using for as long as they will have me.great company!

Just got my carpets cleaned in my little apartment after living here for 3 years. Dan was in and out within an hour- and left my carpets looking great! I had a few tough spots that I've never been able to get out with my little carpet cleaner and now they've vanished! Aside from me being so elated to have clean looking carpets, the customer service was exceptional. From my first phone voicemail that he promptly returned, to scheduling, to timeliness, and to being able to pay with my card- I 100% recommend Quality Floor Care!

We had a big red mystery stain in one bedroom that we had another company try and remove, we tried to remove using a Bissell spot cleaner. This was carpet that was almond color and only a year old. Nothing took it out, it just faded to a 2 foot diameter pink splotch. Time passed and we finally heard about Quality and they came to do our living room, and bedroom traffic areas. Dan, the mad scientist that he is explained clearly what to expect and why other methods failed.

Sure enough the big stain was and is still gone and the carpet looked like brand new again! By time passed, I mean 7 more years passed since we had the carpet cleaned! This with two big dogs tracking in dirt every day! We will never again let our carpet go that long without having Quality Floor come rescue our carpet. They are punctual, friendly, and guarantee their work.

Call me floorcare is a quality company man Paul operation with good employees I called and asked for a proximation of what it would cost to do my floors and he gave me a rough estimate that was very accurate. They are very trustworthy I left a key outside where they would be able to come in and dowhat they needed to do and lock up with no problem the owner is very helpful over the phone.

They did an excellent job on our carpets my wife and I and my kids were so impressed with what they did and the price was very reasonable they did everything I asked him to do damn place looked great I highly recommend quality for care

I had Quality Floor Care come to my home to clean some carpets. Dan, the owner handled the job. Dan explained what he was doing and how the equipment he used worked. His work was amazing, carpets like new again. What impressed me most was that Dan demonstrated to me that his company was built on providing a service that gleamed with his integrity. Honesty and a love of people are reflected in his face to face with me and by his companies fair, very reasonable cost. I am a life customer now. Exceptional customer service! My carpets look brand new again! Quality Floor Cleaning has clean my carpets and aggregate for many years and continues to provide excellent care. My daughter had a piece of gum stuck in the carpet that I could not remove and Quality Floor took care of it! I have two dogs and four children and lots of traffic on my carpeting and my floors look great!

We bought new carpeting throughout about five years ago and time slipped away. We never had it cleaned. No kids, just two adults but still, it needed it pretty good. Learned about Quality from our Church's business directory and as try to do business with Christian firms, we gave a call. The owner explained what they were going to do, etc and began work.

The entire house came out amazing. The carpet looked like brand new again and the few trouble area stains were completely gone. (Coffee spills, the area in front of my recliner from my work boots, stain from "dog sitting") We are completely sold on getting the carpet cleaned annually now, just like we get our A/C unit serviced. We will probably have them do our tile next year too.

Excellent he tested my tile and upon finding out it was a very soft travertine he ordered a finer cleaning agent that what he had available upon testing my tile. He showed up when promised and my tile looks like new. He also advised me how to care for the tile in the future.

He was great, called me quick with an estimate that he stuck to, showed up on time, did a good job and was very nice to boot. he's got the job next time already
