Mark picked up two area rugs from me and have not returned them. It has been over a month and he has not return any of my attempts to contact him. Please tell me where my rugs are?

When We moved in to our new office our carpets were stained and they smelled pretty bad. I called Mark for a quote and he came by the same day for an estimate. He scheduled me right away! When he was done doing his thing the carpets looked brand NEW! He also steam cleaned our Vinyl floor tile and left it spotless. I would recommend Americas Carpet Guy over and over!

Zero stars. I had a rug that got stained by a table I bought and the table company offered to pay for the cleaning so I asked Mark from America's Carpet Guy to clean it and he said no problem & he picked it up. Within a few days he told me that it was cleaned, so I requested an invoice that way I could submit it and ACG could be paid by the company but I never got it. Months later, after continually asking for the rug and or an invoice, I finally get a response saying that at some point the rug had been damaged by rain & "probably had been thrown out." Mark told me he would issue me a check for the price of the rug since he no longer had it.

I have been asking for the check for about 6 months now and I continue to be ignored. I'm not sure how ACG conducts business with others but I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Had these guys clean my carpets to my house. They did a awesome job. Very affordable. Amazing work. Quick. Very professional. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to clean their carpets.

Mark is fantastic! Not only did he do a great job on the carpets, he was on time and. HONEST. A pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be contacting him again.

I have really mixed feelings about writing this review. The scheduling was quick and easy and they called ahead to let us know if they were on the way and/or if going to be late for any reason. This was good. I also feel that both of the guys doing the cleaning were super nice, very informative, and honestly did put a lot of effort into their cleaning. However, that said, there are still several areas of carpet that look pretty bad and my tile grout looks awful.

I did pay over $600 to have our carpet and floor tiles cleaned and having to spend my Saturday afterwards on my knees doing so much scrubbing has been extremely disappointing to me. My mother called a few days later to ask for their name and number and, and I honestly didn't feel good enough about the work to pass on their information.

Mark did an amazing job. He was quick and professional. My carpets took a little longer than I expected to dry but it was worth it considering how great they looked and smelled afterwards. Just wish I would have done it soonier.

Mark was great to work with. Very communicative and let us know exactly what was going on (I wasn't able to be home while he cleaned). Showed us before and after pictures. Overall easy to schedule and fair priced. Would recommend. Not using anyone else.

Great service and great results. We had a red wine emergency on our TAN couches and they made time the next day to come and clean them. The results were great and they were very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future and their prices are fair.

We reached out to mark at America's carpet guy to see about cleaning at our home in shaver lake. He was very prompt with his response and was able to get out to the house within a week. They were very professional and did a tremendous job and saved our carpets from being replaced. Carpet repair for a hole in the middle of the bedroom. Fortunately, I had a scrap piece of carpet for the repair (I honestly don't what the course of action would have been if I didn't have it). Mark came in and took care of the job in no time. I cannot even tell where the original hole in the carpet was. Mark arrived a bit late from the original time but he did communicate with me during the day to let me know (which clients like but do not always get).

I know work jobs can run long, so I appreciate the communication and letting me know he would be a bit behind schedule. I have some thresholds that need to have the carpet tacked and tucked. America's Carpet Guy will be the one I call for this job too. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR CARPET REPAIR.

Really pleased with the service provided. This was my first time relying on Yelp only to book a service provider. Needed carpet in three rooms and a staircase cleaned and he did an excellent job. Was on time, fair on price and just an overall nice guy to work with. I do recommend his services!

I have used America's Carpet Guy on several occasions. This last time I had them come out to clean up some carpets on a rental we own thinking there was no way they could salvage it. Mark came and said I think we can take care of this and sure enough he was right! Those carpets looked brand new! He saved us a lot of money and time but the efficiency of their cleaning! Thank you to Mark and his team for always coming thru! I highly recommend them!

Best carpet guy out there. Got back to me immediately with an estimate. Mark had the best price, arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Carpets came out great.

I had an appointment @ 3:00 I waited until 3:30 to call Mark to make sure everything was still on, he did answer to let me know he was running late.4:00 went by 4:45 went by so I gave him another call. This time no answer at all. VERY BAD Business.

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I called. Communication regarding arrival time was great and accurate. I had a two hour window for arrival, so I was able to plan accordingly. Mark and his partner were very friendly and professional. The best part was that they were so quick and efficient - they cleaned a living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom in about an hour, just as he estimated.

I appreciated the help moving some furniture around the room - really above and beyond! I have very light beige carpet and it turned out looking better than I expected. Mark worked hard on the high traffic areas. I like that there wasn't any odor or chemical smell to the products. Mark even gave me some tips about not using the spray/foam cleaners, which leave residue on the carpet, and instead spot cleaning with a simple mix of vinegar and hot water. Great customer service!

AMERICA'S CARPET GUY did a fantastic job with my carpet. They were timely, efficient and left my stained carpet looking practically new.

Awesome service! Booked my appointment at the last minute and was able to get in sooner than I had expected. With 2 kids, a dog and a cat our carpets were pretty thrashed but these guys were able to make it look like new again! It's a family owned company, which made me more willing to support, the guys were very professional and friendly. I will definitely use America's Carpet Guy any time I need anything cleaned in the future. And I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends.
