Superior Fence

They built a custom gate it has said since the first year. Called every year a couple times it keeps saying somebody will come out. One guy came out a couple years ago said they would send somebody out and never did. I'm giving up calling fixing it myself. If you want custom work done don't use these guys. It was sad but the employee that built the gate passed away the following year. I already mentioned something before he passed. I didn't really pressure them out of respect and the fact he was a close family friend not just an employee.

My friend just got a white vinyl privacy fence on both sides of her house with a white picket fence in the back so that you can still see the view to the forest and it looks phenomenal. I would use this company for myself and i recommend this company to anyone

Tiffany, Darin and the entire team were responsive and got the fence up ahead of schedule. It's beautiful and creates the privacy we wanted in an 8' fence, plus they got the whole 96' run done in one afternoon. If we have more fencing projects (and the township in all their power allows us to put up more fence), we will definitely be using T Buell's again.

We absolutely love our new fence! James and his crew did a great job. Our yard is big so it did take longer then expected but it was worth it. Tiffany was always on top of things and very communicative before and during the whole process. Thanks for the hard work, now we can sit in our back yard and not have to worry about the dog.

Just had a vinyl fence installed by T.Buell's. Excellent job in every way. Dewey and the crew did a fantastic job. They quickly addressed any and all issues that arose during the process. The entire crew was efficient, friendly, polite and did a great job cleaning up when done. Tiffany(the owner) was accommodating and easy to work with, and Darin(our salesman) was knowledgeable and understanding of what we wanted. My wife and I are quite particular about what we wanted and T.Buell's came thru with high quality and attention to detail.

Tiffany is amazing and on it! We got our fence in ASAP and couldn't be happier. They would of finished in one day, but spacing of openings was not to specs that asked for. But they came back next morning finished it up and it looks amazing. Animals are much more at peace due to not seeing all the action in the neighborhood. Thank you sooo much Tiffany!

We decided to go with Superior Fence and definitely don't regret it! Our project was very large, but they were hard working, friendly and easy to work with. Price point was great for how large our yard is. Project took a few extra days, but still finished before our deadline (bringing home a new pup). Highly recommend Superior Fence. Everything was great from working with Tiffany to make the appointment, Darin coming and giving me a quote, and James and his crew coming to install my vinyl privacy fence. Out of 6 companies I contacted in Oakland County, only 2 responded, and Superior beat the price by around $600. Again, highly recommended! They got the job done on the hottest day of the year.

I had no issues with how the fence turned out. Made it perfectly clear the money I had invested in my lawn and back yard prior to the fence being put up was a concern on how much they would trash the yard. The amount of dirt and clay brought up during the post holes being dug was 14 wheel barrels worth. I mentioned to the foreman on what they were going to do with all this clay.

After everything was done it was going to be spread around the yard he mentioned. First day showed up around 10 o'clock put the posts in and left around 3 o'clock. I should of taken pictures if I did you would not hired them to do your fence. It took me 5 hours after they left just to move all the dirt and clay they brought up. They put all this clay on my property and my neighbors.

They came back and put the rest of the fence up. Took me another 4 hours to clean that mess. The foreman never came up to me and said thank you for taken care of our mess and did nothing the second day to take care what was left that they did. I had a talk with the owner about what transpired and I want to be compensated for finishing their job. Her response was I never gave them a chance to do the job.

So she sees no reason to compensate me. If I did let them 1. My neighbors would be upset that their mess they made in their yards were not touch because if the fence goes up how do you clean a yard where you can not get to the other side. 2. They left parts of cut up fence in their yard also. Please keep in mind a fence being put up is a construction site they created it. If you do not mind cleaning up their mess took me 9 hours and still do not know what to do with 14 wheel-barrels worth of dirt and clay hire them.

I can not believe how unlucky my experience was. Pictures are of the workmanship and how they left my fence for a couple of days 3 MONTHS after initially requesting for a service (mind you I have 2 dogs and 1 of them got out through the fence). They finally fixed everything after roughly 17 calls and 6 voicemails.

Update from my previous post. After posting reviews, Superior reached out quickly and communication improved. We now have a finished fence that we are happy with. The length of time between he original review and this update is not a reflection on their efforts to correct. We were not able to get the same gate that we were quoted, so we took our time deciding on a new placement of gate so that we could get the gate we wanted.

We had a great experience with Superior Fence. We had many issues with the independent contractor that we hired and without hesitation the owners helped get our fence and gate finally installed. They were extremely polite, nice and understanding and we are truly grateful. Their material is beautiful! We couldn't be happier and would definitely use Superior Fence again and recommend them to anyone!

We originally had an issue with the original gate becoming warped within a month of install but The company came back and fixed our gate and we couldn't be happier with the quick fix. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality and competitively priced fence of any kind.

I had a very good experience with Superior Fence from start to finish. Their prices were competitive, better than other options. I worked with Darren who helped provide support for walking the property and talking through options for the fence. We went with the white vinyl option. We chose the cape cod caps. It turned out beautifully. He was engaged through out the process.

He even spoke with my neighbors who were very tough to deal with. He handled it like a champ. The installers were professional, friendly, and answered any questions we had. The owner even stopped by a few times during the process. Would highly recommend them to install your fence.
