Our AC started blowing hot air, so I messaged Jaguar through Yelp and they got back to me instantly. Scheduled someone the next day, Pete came out, found the problem, replaced the part and explained everything he was doing. All in all, it took less than an hour and we had a working AC! Couldn't be happier. Thanks Pete and Jaguar!

AC went out tues, called jaguar wed. Jaguar came out thur. Had the AC fixed in an hour. Didnt try to sell me something or convince me that I needed work done. AAA+++

We replaced our 20 year old AC&Furnace using Jaguar. It was outstanding service from the beginning as well as beyond the install. The "sales" person was very knowledgeable in helping us understand the considerations between heat pump versus staying with standard AC unit and was patient with all the questions. The install was incredible - all involved.

The fact that we had a 3 story had not been communicated to them which posed a major challenge. They did not let that stop them in spite of that challenge and frankly did probably go outside of the bounds of safety to get the job done due to their commitment to the job. Post the install they did their normal follow-ups. Of recent, I called in noting a few areas not cooling as much as hoped. They sent someone out no charge and he resolved the issue. I'll also note that the Mitsubishi heat pump we opted for is outstanding.

My AC unit started blowing hot air last night. Given the triple-digit temperature, I was concerned an appointment would not be available for weeks. I quickly went online and found that Jaguar has a lot of positive reviews. Decided to give them a try. Next morning, Mustafa texted me and asked if I was available today. yes! I was given 12:00-2:00 window, and Hussam arrived close to noon.

He was very professional and friendly! He donned on a mask (appreciate it), and worked on diagnosis. Turns out I wasn't hosing the unit thoroughly (learned something!). And the compressor's load was more than what was labeled. He explained the issues and suggested installing an assist kit to help share the load. It worked! Now, I get to keep my five-year old unit working to keep the house cool. Really appreciate the response time, honesty, and educational opportunity!

Another air condition company lying they sayin they dont install capacitors when that is basically what they do as a hvac company that does repairs. You lie you get bad feedback on here. Don't lie to customers. Just say you don't want to do it unless its big money involved. Or you get bad review for lying.

This is my 3rd time using Jaguar and they never disappoint. Our ac unit was not cooling and it turns out the capacitor was not doing its job again, so the refrigerant wasn't being turned on. Our service man, Vincent, arrived early and promptly got to work. He reviewed the situation and checked the temperature for the vents and filter. He then checked the capacitor and found that it indeed needed to be replaced.

After he replaced it he gave our ac unit a well needed tune up. If you like their service I suggest sign up for their membership as it comes with a spring and fall tune up, priorty service, and a discount on replacement parts. They are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Also it is important to know that there maybe a warranty on replacement parts.

For example, my new capacitor has a 1 year warranty. If it malfunctions I can get it replaced. Also if they accidentally double book your appointment you should give them a call to clarify so you don't end up getting multiple service man visiting you. Thanks Jaguar for your continued service!

Great company. I made an online appointment. I called to make sure they received it and they answered the phone right away. Confirmed my appointment with Jonathan. My time frame was 8am-12pm and Jonathan called at 9am letting me know he would be arriving within 25min. Jonathan got there on time and did a wonderful job. Jaguar heating and air have the best prices in town. Mustafa was very professional and gave me lots of information about the different options that are out there. The install team was very quick and efficient. They were very kind and I love the fact that they put down tarps before walking on the carpet. I'm very satisfied with my new AC unit and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing trustworthy company that will do right by you.

My mom's AC was not working so I needed her system checked out. Mark was our technician. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and did some additional cleaning to get her air conditioner up and running. I would recommend them especially to support our local business.

The height of expertise and professionalism! We had water spots on our upstairs ceiling which I was 99% sure was the AC unit. Aldrin showed up right on time and had us back up and running within minutes. He even showed us how to use our system and some maintenance tips. I have been a Jaguar customer for almost seven years now, back when the business owner, Mustafa, was still doing many field calls himself. Since then, I have used Jaguar for all of my semi-annual maintenance, and I am now writing with an update after going through a full HVAC replacement / installation. Even though I trusted Jaguar, and the technicians have never tried to upsell me on anything that was not necessary, I still did my homework and got multiple quotes.

After several weeks, and after meeting some excellent companies, I went back to Jaguar due to the longstanding relationship and my trust in its no-nonsense approach. Jaguar was not the lowest-cost option, but the level of trust was my biggest decision factor. Jesse provided the consultations and helped me to think through my options. Jesse worked really hard to make sure I understood everything, and found options that would work for my needs and within my budget.

He sent quotes on time (at least two or three rounds as we refined the specs) and answered my follow-up questions quickly and thoroughly. By the time the installation occurred, I had a very clear idea of what was to be done, why, how long, how much, etc. On replacement / installation day, the crew of three (Jose, Esteban, and Jose) arrived about 30 minutes early and got started.

There was a hiccup with equipment delivery (not Jaguar's fault), but they worked with the other company immediately to get the situation fixed, and while they were waiting, they got started on what they could. There were other difficulties / challenges along the way, but they didn't bother me (I was able to keep doing my work in another part of the house with minimal disturbance), and everything wrapped up before the end of the business day as promised.

They also did a good job cleaning up (I had to do minor follow-ups, but nothing out of the ordinary). I especially appreciated the fact that Jose stayed longer to answer all of my questions and to help me walk through my checklist at the end of the day. As of today, the new system passed the Title 24 inspection (Vincent was also super helpful), and the final county inspection is scheduled for next week. Jesse has continued to be responsive and helpful on follow-up contract matters and questions.

Most importantly, I am enjoying the improvements in comfort from my new system. In short, this has been a pleasant, smooth, and painless process. Jaguar reaffirmed my trust in them by doing everything they said they would do, and I'm very glad I stuck with them for this important upgrade.

I had them come clean my dryer vents and i still had a vent block error a few days later and i called and they came back out and did another sweep out. Scheduling was only the hiccup. They came out right away on the initial call but i i had to wait almost a week as the tech was booked when i called back and then the day of they were coming back the tech was overbooked and had pushed back my window for when they were going to show up. All in all the tech was great and it was not a hassle to try and have them come back out and make sure everything was cleaned out well.

I m impressed with Jonathan with courtesy and professional. Even he cleaned after finished his job.

Jesse thoroughly explained the issues my ac unit was having in terms I could understand, fixed the issues very quickly (about an hour), & provided advice on how to use my ac unit more efficiently for my home (by offsetting the temps of my 1st and 2nd floors by 2/3 degrees depending on the season.) He arrived on time, and even got rid of some weeds that were growing in / around my ac unit. Highly recommend.

System was not working. Peter came over to help out. He was so kind and angle patient. He took his time and resolved our issue for such a reasonable price. We will certainly be using this company as our go to for hearing and air going forward.

I'm very pleased to report that there are still companies doing business with a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service. Jaguar is one of them. After the owner became aware that his tech team and I had a communication breakdown lasting nearly a week regarding the repair of my HVAC system, he immediately jumped in a truck, went out and took care of the problem himself.

I couldn't be more satisfied. The best measure of a business is how they perform when something goes wrong. By that standard Jaguar is an exceptional performer. Highly recommended!

I have no idea how this company has positive reviews. Took over two months for my HVAC install. Nothing fancy just a regular single family house. Missed appointments, failed inspections with the city inspector, and broken promises. All the installers who've come out are nice, but young and inexperienced. On one inspection the Jaguar employee had to ask the inspector what a part was.

I tried calling the owner to get help, had to leave messages, and never got called back. I think his name is Mustafa, but he never called me back so I don't know. It's funny because since the initial install, Jaguar has called me several times asking for payment, even though the job wasn't done. If you scroll through the reviews there's several one star reviews similar to my experience.

Jeff was the technician who showed up. Very nice and genuine guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up about an hour into the two hour window. Took him less than less 15 minutes to diagnose exactly what the problem was. He narrowed it down to the circuit board and he was spot on. He had all the right tools with him to determine the exact problem. He didn't tell me I had to replace the whole AC. once the circuit board was replaced the Rh red wire finally had power to my nest thermostat since it had an E4 error code stating no Rh Power.

Now I'm back up and running with my ac and heat. This was my first time using them and I found them on Yelp as a result of all the glowing reviews. I'm glad I found them and I'll definitely use them again. Thanks Jeff for all your knowledgeable expertise and great customer service.

Excellent in every way. Jeff came out the afternoon I called, diagnosed the problems, proposed the solutions, and quoted the work promptly. When Mohammad came out to do the work a few days later, he discovered that the problem wasn't as bad as originally believed (it wasn't visible until they actually got in and started doing the work). The final bill turned out to be less than half the original estimate. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell me anything, or to convince me I needed a new system.

I went 3 years without a furnace because I was terrified about having such a horrible experience with dishonest companies. Thank you Jeff for the thorough quotes. Muhammad showed up to assist Naz and they both tag teamed my furnace and evaporation coil replacement.

They were respectful, kind, and went above and beyond. They were such great individuals that my dog wanted to leave with them. : Jaguar gave me hope that there are still some great companies that genuinely care about providing great service and make sure thier customers are satisfied! A few months back we had Jaguar fix a problem with our furnace. Due to the positive experience of that visit, we scheduled them to replace our AC which was 30 years old. Again, nothing but good things to say. They are just so responsive, you get text messages, emails, and calls so you're never left wondering. We didn't even get a second quote because we just like the way they run their business. Based on that I can't tell you what their cost is vs others. It's also winter and we haven't used it, or had it inspected yet, but I have no doubt it was done to specifications. I just can't say enough about this company and the folks who work for them.

Got a few estimates on replacing my HVAC's return vent and adding a second return to improve airflow and noise. Jaguar's pricing was about average, but they seemed to know what they were doing. The installers showed up on time and did a good job quickly putting in the new ducts and vent. Almost too quick, in fact.they seemed in a hurry to get off to the next job.

There was a problem with one of the vents--a rattling blade on the vent cover--and when I called about it Jaguar was quick to come out and investigate. They didn't have a replacement vent on hand, but was able to come back in two days to replace it without any fuss. Overall a reasonable price and good installation and service, especially prompt when something went wrong.it wasn't really their fault, it was a faulty vent cover, but they lose one star for not catching it on first install.

We were very thankful that Jesse was able to come fix our heat the day after it broke, even though it was the week before Christmas! He was very nice and knowledgable and answered all of our questions effectively. We appreciated that he wore a mask as requested. It turned out that the heat broke again and the issue was a little more complex than we all expected, and even though we had to wait a couple more days until after the holiday, we were glad to have Jesse back to fix it again with no further issues! Overall, exceptional and reliable service from Jesse and other staff. We signed up for their annual maintenance subscription plan to avoid any issues in the future!

The technician, Jesse, was punctual and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the proper repairs necessary. He went the extra mile and added an inline clean-out port for the drainage system, that the installing company had neglected to put in. I was very pleased with Jaguar and would be using them as my go to HVAC/plumbing company if we weren't moving to another city. I only hope I can find someone as capable and reliable as them in my new neighborhood.

Loved that I could set up an appointment via text, and how great their communication was. I called multiple heating and air companies in a row because I wanted to make sure I could get someone to come out. Jaguar was the only company to respond. Their technician Jeff was great. Super nice guy, and he fixed the issue, which required him to drive out to Natomas to pick up the part. So grateful for businesses that actually respond to inquiries.

Jaguar removed all old equipment and replaced it with a new unit and ductwork. At every stage of the process, from initial sales to final checks, Jaguar was represented by workers of exceptional skill and respectful courtesy. I chose them, because their price was best of three bids, but would recommend them for their high workmanship and business ethics.

Moe help me and my family out personally working in our budget and replaced our air condition fast and did very good job. Moe took care of the permit and inspection as well.

All I can say is that Jaguar is awesome! I called the company to schedule a service appointment on Monday, but I was astonished that the company manager sent me one of his technician on Sunday. Fast, honest, and transparent service.

The owner came for the estimate and was there through the entire install process which is very much appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and their price was excellent as well.
