The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the "like it never even happened" to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone.

The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Just finished the mitigation process with my water damage issue. The technicians Chris, Aldo and Edward were amazingly fantastic. I woke up to my problem early in the morning and called my insurance. They got the claim to Servpro with in minutes and Carrie from Servpro called me to get some details on what would be need we to start the clean up process.

With in an hr Chris and Aldo showed up. I was in a state of confusion and lost as to what was going on. I felt like my livelihood was falling out from underneath me and didn't know what I was gonna do with myself or my animals while all this was going on. Chris and Aldo reassured me everything would be fine and explained what they were doing. If I had questions they answered them.

They understood the stress I was going through as a home owner going through something like this. In the days that followed Chris or Edward would come by daily and monitor the dry out and kept me very informed what was going on. Carrie works in the office and was amazing communicating with me daily with scheduling and making sure I was doing okay.

They all really made me feel great on this process. I. Any day enough about them all. They really know how to help a person on a bad day. Now for the restoration process tbd.

Servpro of northwest Phoenix came out to help after our toilet supply line leaked. They were helpful and professional. I called in the middle of the night thinking I'd leave a message and someone would get back to me the next day and they dispatched a crew right then and there to come clean up all the standing water and start drying. I would definitely use this franchise again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Our home flooded Recently from a busted pipe and we had a ton of water damage. I decided to call Servpro of NW Phoenix and I am so glad I did! They were so quick to solve our problem! They were so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. These guys made a terrible situation much better by their efficiency and professionalism. They came out to my house quickly, and began mitigation efforts to dry out the huge amount of water damage. We had a plumbing leaking our house, and immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. Within minutes they called up and had someone at our house within the hour. Juan and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days.

We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results.

So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

After a plumbing leak caused water damage and mold, we called SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix someone was out the same day. We had fairly extensive mold, and drywall was removed, studs were dried and treated with anti-microbial, and then air quality purification was done. Overall it took about 7 days, The job was done professionally and absolutely perfectly.

I would like to thank you for responding so quickly on the day of the water damage. Your speedy response is what helped save the property from more damage then there was. The entire crews are to be commended for their quality of work. They were all polite, neat and extremely good craftsmen. The level of workmanship was impeccable.

We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations.
