Guaranteed Clean was founded in November 1985 by Rex Anderson. The original company provided janitorial and maid services in addition to carpet cleaning. To start the business Rex borrowed $3000 on his brand new Discover Credit Card to purchase equipment, supplies, and have business cards printed. Within a few days he was a business owner - up to his eyeballs in debt and pounding the pavement looking for his first client.Senfco Auto Center at the Westroads was Guaranteed Clean's first commercial contract. Rex would continue to sell jobs during the day and clean them at night until he could hire an employee to train to do the cleaning.

Pet Odor

This method will thoroughly treat the carpet fibers without the need to disengage the carpet. A combination of acid pre-sprays followed by enzymatic pre-sprays and conventional hot water extraction will thoroughly wash the face fibers and remove pet urine odors. This is not a Guaranteed Pet Odor Removal Process because we cannot guarantee that the source of the odor has been treated.
Upholstery

The cleaning solution is sprayed onto the upholstery through a very special tool that completely controls the cleaning solution throughout the cleaning process. This patented tool allows the fabric to be washed without the fear of over-wetting, which is the cause of most upholstery cleaning problems.
Tile & Grout

We use a low speed 175 rpm floor machine and a Scrub-Grit brush to get into all the nooks and crevices. Machine scrubbing is preceeded by the proper application of cleaning chemicals to emulsify the soils present in the cleaning area. This method is always followed by extraction of the soiled solution or by using the Turbo Hybrid.
Floor

This method includes a thorough cleaning of the floor that starts with dry soil removal. That is followed by wet mopping with extra attention given to the edges and corners. Then the floor is buffed with a high speed burnishing machine to bring out a high gloss shine. Regularly performing this service will extend the strip & refinish time cyle.
Carpet
Report
In this process, the cleaning solution is showered onto the carpet through several openings in a circular brush. The rotary action of the brush whips the detergent into a foam andprovides agitation or rubbing action on the carpet. This suspends the soil, and the wet/dry vacuuming that follows removes it.

I used Big Reds to clean carpet that had some pet odors. After the first treatment, there were still some lingering odors but the techs came back and did another treatment with no questions asked. They also offered to patch the carpet at no cost if the stain wouldn't come up. All the techs who came out were on time and friendly. The owner Rex was so kind and you could tell he really cared about the customers and making sure they were satisfied. I would absolutely call them again in the future and have zero complaints!

We have used many carpet cleaners and Big Red is by far the best EVER! Extremely professional and they do exceptional work. We had a pipe break in our basement that created water damage that we thought stained our carpet but Big Red came out 3 times until the stain was gone. I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.

It was easy to schedule my carpet cleaning (for my apartment) online, and I received timely text notifications on the day of the cleaning job to keep me updated. The employer, Trevor, was good-humored and professional, and he got the job done in just under an hour. The carpets look great (he even got a couple of stubborn coffee stains out!), and the cost was affordable, especially given the value of the service.

We are getting ready to sell our house so we needed our carpet cleaned and one room re-stretched. They were super efficient at scheduling as I didn't have to leave a message, spoke directly to a gent that scheduled our service. Due to travel and timing, we had to push it off for a week and they handled that without any hassle. The two person team texted first and arrived well on time.
They were pleasant, explained their work as they did it, were very professional and worked quickly. I could not be happier with their service from first phone call to the "clean booties" they left for us to use as the floor dried! Highly recommend.

David was a great help in cleaning my carpets. He was able to get some of the set in stains out, worked very professionally and was very thorough in his process. David not only took out his mask but also wore it while he was speaking with me, I appreciate his understanding in keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. Trevor did a great job re-stretching our living room carpet and cleaning two rooms, stairs and hallway. He was very professional and worked very hard. We are hosting my husband's staff Christmas party. Absolute Carpet Care was scheduled to clean at 9 am. I was left hanging when they canceled abruptly that morning. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will definitely call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned!

I am amazed! My carpet was really bad in parts of my home and I really did not think this company could make my carpet look good enough for me to sale my house without replacing the carpet first. But I tell you when I did a walk through with Mr. Anderson the owner of Big Red's Guaranteed Clean I was totally amazed at every room it just look great!
