Allstate Roofing

This company ripped me off for 7,500.00 and has 6 claims against them and the owners are in Texas and are drunks

Two years ago Allstate Roofing in Rancho Cordova, Ca. gave an estimate of $14,500 for 4600 sq ft of new roof for an insurance claim for wind damage, I was told the job was complete and I paid $14,500. Last fall during a torrential rain storm the area was leaking and I found out that they only did an 800 sq ft temporary patch and screwed down the rest of the roof.

The screws are now leaking. The owner moved to Texas and said he would not refund my money.but would check out what can be done. He came to California according to the other roofers and cleaned out the computers and closed the office. He now operates Allstate Roofing, Construction and Land Clearing, LLC in Franklin, TX. Do not use this company.

Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Do Not Use Them! They did not complete the job and have been avoiding all forms of communication. My roof leaks and they do not care. I am sure any other company would be better than them. Service:Roof repair

Had roof damage from tree after storm. Called them multiple times and spoke to owner. He said they would come our on Friday. Waited all day and they never showed. Called again and spoke to owner. He assured me that he personally would be out on Monday morning. Waited all day but no show. Now he is not returning calls. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere

I'm writing this review based on comments regarding punctuality. I called the office a couple of hours before they closed. I was told they had an appointment available the following morning. We live in a rural area and the gentleman showed up within the one hour time frame we were given. We received the estimate that afternoon. The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional, as was the lady who I initially spoke to.

We highly recommend Allstate Roofing. We needed some warranty work done for a flat top roof on a property we manage, and they provided extensive photos of the repairs and their staff was professional and responded quickly. Will definitely use their services again!

Don't waste your time or money with this company. Find a quality roofing company that will actually show up. I was referred to AllState Roofing by a very reputable company. I called and requested someone come out and provide and estimate for a leaking roof. The person on the phone attempted to put me off for two days. I then advised that my situation could not wait for two days and was told that someone would be at my residence within the hour.

Three hours later I call the company and was advised that my appointment was rescheduled. The problem with that was no one bothered to advise me of the change. Two days later, I contact the company regarding the rescheduled appointment. The guy who answered the phone told me the office must not have called me to tell me my appointment was rescheduled for Monday.

Now I am expected to wait an additional two days just for someone to come look at the problem. Extremely unprofessional and obviously extremely unorganized. I would not trust this company to complete any work at my residence.

I want to express my extreme satisfaction with Allstate Roofing and their amazing crew members that fixed my roof. My house looks beautiful, it was worth every penny!

I've heard these folks can do a good job but I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate and they never showed up. I called and the receptionist advised that the owner decided the residence was too far for them to drive. While I understand such business decisions, it seems the company would have been considerate enough to call and let me know instead of me waiting for someone to show up.

The girl said she sent an e-mail the morning of the appplointment but I never received it. I found this entire response a very poor way to conduct business I suppose this is the norm for companies when business is good.

After my girlfriend purchased her house, she knew it was in need of a new roof. We spent forever reviewing bids from five other competitors. We ultimately decided to go with Allstate Roofing. They came out, walked the property, asked us what we were looking for, in terms of style, material etc. educated us on pre-conceived notions we had, gave us several options to review & answered all our questions. They did all of this before offering their bid. They listened to what we expected and wanted. Very professional, very informative and over all, just a great experience!

A HUGE thank you to Allstate Roofing for helping us get through this process with ease! 3 days to take off and put on my new roof. the staff was great well mannered men who answered my silly questions and kept me informed on how things were going. i would recommend Allstate Roofing to anyone and everyone. Cody is knowledgeable and personable, is conscientious and tries hard to please. When I had other concerns (not in the proposal), he very pleasantly addressed them. He brought efficient and tidy workers, and he himself finished up here on a Sunday afternoon (working around the rain).

I met with Ralph who was very through, patient and straight forward. He didn't try to over sell me or pressure me. He made narrowing down the numerous options very easy and logical.

I would totally recommend Allstate Roofing. They answered calls promptly, were very easy to work with and I had a very good experience with them.

The sales guy knew the product inside and out. I was sold when he told me they carry worker's comp liability insurance. That isn't required by California law, and they were the only contract I met who had it. I learned about the different aspects of the warranty, and I felt safe. I knew these guys would have my back, and the crews would be safe.

January 04, 2016 5 star Great/Timely Service! A tree branch fell on my mom's house the weekend before New Years and Joe from AllState Roofing was at my mom's house at 10am after he talked to me at 8am.
