To install the most efficient electrical wiring, is to plan before executing. When a call is received from a potential customer, the first thing done is to evaluate whether it is a service call, or if it is something that can be estimated. Typically anything that was working at one time but is no longer working, is a service call and will be on a time and material basis.
You can be assured that it will not drag on and will be fixed as fast as possible. Often projects can be estimated, sometimes it can be done over the phone. However, sometimes it can not be estimated over the phone because of either the complexity or the uniqueness of the situation.

Mark at Precision Electric was awesome! Don't get caught up in the routine of other electricians that want to charge you $79 just to come out and quote you. I needed a NEMA 14-50 EV charging port in the garage. Mark asked me a few questions over the phone and then quoted me a fair price. He asked me to text him pics of the areas and then confirmed the quote.
He was able to come out the next day (lucky on my part). When he arrived, he was professional, timely and honest, and the quality of the work was perfect. This is what customer service is all about! I strongly recommend you call Precision Electric if you have any residential electrical needs.

Mark was excellent and responsive for the bid. The process of getting the estimate was very smooth and the response time was quick. I left a message during the day and by my evening commute home on bart I had received a call. Following the call, I was able to send him pictures of my panel, product requirements, and the install location. From that, I received a firm price.

Expensive labor, overstated work that was needed and the difficulty, constantly complained & used foul language when he's annoyed, shoddy fan installation that almost caused an accident & lawsuit, kept on bragging he makes $100/ hr (prolly more now), had to jump his car battery because it wouldn't start, charged $2500 for his work, overpaid by at least $500, way too unprofessional! See my Yelp review for more details.

If you need any electrical work done, Mark is your man. I always worried that an electrician would overcharge and I would have to take out a loan to pay (you hear stories!) but the cost was more than reasonable. That was a nice surprise. Aside from cost, he really knows his business. We had a perplexing electrical problem and he had it fixed within an hour. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
