Have called on Andy's for years now for plumbing repairs, installs and A/C work, and am never disappointed. Prompt, honest and efficient. Quality work at reasonable prices.

I had the opportunity to hire Andy to fix a toilet in the master bedroom that was having issue's flushing. He was an absolute professional and would be more then happy to recommend his service and support. I actually just called him again for another residence on a different issue and was immediately contacted the same day! Service A+++! Thank you!

I had a pretty bad plumbing situation in my guest house where my disabled father resides. Because it's so difficult to get my father to the house and up stairs a began calling every plumber I could find. Andy's Plumbing was the only one willing to squeeze me in last minute. I'm also in a very remote area so finding someone to even make the drive was difficult.

He communicated well regarding arrival time, identified a few problems that caused the issue, gave me options and at no point did I feel he was being dishonest or trying to take advantage. He appeared genuinely concerned by my situation and ultimately fixed the problem. He went in to explain some very simple and not overly expensive ways I could make some changes to avoid future problems.

All around great service. I would recommend Andy's plumbing to anyone. Oh and I haven't had an issue since. This review is nearly a month later so I'm confident he didn't bandaid anything.

Recommended through a friend. Awoke to a leak on a Sunday morning. My experience is short, but sweet & sincere. Called Andy, and got a returned call promptly, from Andy. He walked me through possible scenarios and the diagnosis for each. I was able to resolve the leak, and he saved me a house call. Will definitely use again.(hopefully not too soon.)

10pm on a Monday "flood at the house!". The trusty never touched water heater in my finished basement from 2003 finally popped, in Manayunk. 7am Tuesday onward, calls to (3) different local recommended plumbers and Home Depot's service. Andy was the only one to return my call, could be to the house in an hour, and was there on time. In minutes, had a proper recommendation, answered my random "but what about." questions, and even told me skip the added warranty.

I'm on the road 24/7, and Andy had my old tank out, a new larger tank installed, everything reset, and back to functioning immediately. Terrific service, always responsive, and handled. Will be back, and highly recommend. Pricing, speed, and responsiveness, all local. Thanks again!

I feel like the anomaly, as the other reviews are positive. I thought Andy's prices were high. $225 to replace a shut off value. The work took 30 minutes. So basically, he's working for $400 an hour. Felt like a rip off. Another example of an estimate was $85 to replace a toilet flapper. It took me all of 5 minutes to replace it and was $8 for the parts. Service was good, but I was not pleased with the prices.

We called about a blocked kitchen drain at 9:00 pm. The next morning, Andy's Plumbing was at my house. Andy and his partner were very polite and thorough. They estimated that the job would take 30 minutes and it was right on time. They charged a fair price for the service, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great work, and great people!

Had and emergency today. The second floor toilet valve connecting the water to the tank split. Water was rushing all over the floor. Turned the water off and called Andy. He called me back in 5 minutes. Was on his way from one job to another and I fell in between the two jobs. He stopped by in 15 minutes after me call. I was prepared to wait until tomorrow. Fixed the valve quickly. I've been using him for 18 years. This is an example of why I do.

The Mutt Office was in a huge jam this winter and these guys came to the rescue. They were there in a quick time frame and assessed the situation thoroughly and got to work. The job was complete and all went very well! I was more than pleased with the work they did and then they even returned to do more work one day and I left the key for them to get in. I trusted them THAT much!

Had a plumbing emergency on the day of a BBQ.just happened to see an andys plumbing truck at a neighbors, I went an explained the problem and within minutes had another plumber at my house! Quickly fixed the problem! Fair pricing! Will definitely use again!

My husband cannot stop talking about the great service from these guys. They fixed our toilet problem swiftly and gave helpful suggestions afterward. They even let my husband watch and explained how to complete the repair. I found the price to be reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable. 5 year warranty on any work they complete.

So I wake up one morning to find that it's a chilly 60 degrees in my house. Turns out the heater hasn't kicked on in two days. We had never had any issues with the heater despite it being quite old, so I was unsure of where to turn. I found Andy's on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I called and got the answering service and told them what was going on.

Woke up to a blown water heater. Called Andy, I must've liked him 'cause I put his magnet on my fridge. He told me to turn off the water valve. Didn't know about that 1st house. He showed up in minutes. Not only was he quick and courteous but he cleaned up and even took the old hot water heater with him. I will definitely use him again!

Realized heater was broke when I woke up. Called Andy. He came by within a couple hours and had it back up and running in no time. Great guy.

These guys are the greatest. They know their stuff. Fair. Personable. And HONEST. Total professionals.
