Worst service ever! Paid over 2k and still have a fence that doesn't work. Manager Chris is absolutely horrible!

In the beginning everything was well. Received a quote, parts were ordered, huge deposit made. Installation started - poor installation, missing parts, and no follow up. Upsetting, we wanted to use a local company to avoid the big box mentality. When a problem arose nobody wanted to take responsibility nor offer a reasonable resolution. - Very disappointed in their "after the sale" attitude. They need to follow through on what they promise. - Stay away. Don't fall for the, "yes, we can do that! No problem."

The secretary didn't seem to know what she was talking about and when the installer called me back he is very arrogant and unprofessional telling me based off of the image he saw on a GPS satellite there's going to cost me between $9,500 to $10,000 to install a gate opener when I told him if I needed new gates that we could work with that idea went on to tell me about how he was super professional and wouldn't put his name on anything that did not adhere to code at no time did I ask him to violate any kind of code violations I would not recommend this company.

Job was to install 6ft cedar privacy fence immediately adjacent to 3.5ft block wall. crew did an excellent job working in tight quarters and around several existing obstructions (sheds, garden, landscaping) new fence was installed straight and level including two gates, and site cleaned up, trash removed within quoted schedule.

They did a great job servicing my gates and took extra time to ensure out-of-alignment gate arms were aligned and secured with new hardware. I will use Scott's fencing as my go-to company to service my gates from now on. Service: Automatic gate installation & repairs

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Terrible management, frequent turn over and rude interactions with customers has been my experience. Would never recommend them. We were about to put down deposit to begin work and then they flipped the switch. Glad we didn't break ground or sign the contract. Not good. Initially, it appeared to have gone ok and we were happy, but as the fence weathered over the course of 18 months, it became abundantly clear that Scott's Fencing had used the wrong nails and the fencing had staining on the middle and lower row of nails over the ENTIRE length of the fence. It's important to use galvanized nails to prevent streaking and staining on the planks.

We waited, as suggested by Scott's, for the wood to dry and then had a contractor apply the stain. The painter said, "they used the wrong nails, you should not have this staining!" I contacted Scott's to see what they would do; they gave me the run around. I called the supplier of the nails and the other fencing contractor to get their take, and they both said we should not have gotten the staining. Scott's response is they have a one-year warranty and they would not address the problem, and this type of staining, depending on the weather, will not appear within the one year.

We wish we had gone with the less expensive contractor for this project but chose Scott's due to the reviews. We felt it important for future potential customers to know that they don't back their product or address customer issues.

Today, I called for an estimate. I need a more solid form of fencing to help with windbreak. I spoke with Bert (Burt?), who informed me they only do work for contracts valued at 10k or higher, focusing on commercial and no longer do residential. I gave a 3 star because they show smaller residential fence work on their page, which is misleading. Update your page guys so when we search, your information is clear.

Scott's Fencing has completed numerous projects for us over the years. Every project was completed on time, within budget and without problems.

I have personally worked with Scott's Fencing for several years and find them to be a very competent and professional company. Currently, I am managing the Centennial High School, for the Las Cruces Public Schools, and have been very satisfied with their overall commitment to this project. This is a $105 million dollar job and we have $625,000 worth of fencing on the campus.

Nice woman answered the phone promptly but I was told they wouldn't be interested in repairing our aging coyote fence and gates as they have a $1500.00 minimum. Wish they would've said they don't do smaller jobs in their advertising.

I've called 3 times now to get someone out to my home and bid a fence job, someone answered each time and supposedly copied down my number to call me back, I have yet to hear from anyone. clearly they don't want or need the business, maybe a residential job doesn't pay enough for them (or only certain neighborhoods) and they only want large jobs, I don't know but I do know that I won't use them or recommend them based on this alone.

I manage an apartment community in Albuquerque and we recently had access gates installed by Scott's Fencing. They did an amazing job and Daniel and Darrel have been so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. Whenever I need anything or have a question, Daniel responds and takes care of it immediately! Thanks guys!

Without a doubt, Scott's Fencing is the place to go if you need gates, fences, bollards, etc. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Chris Fetters helped me get some concrete bollards up in front of my warehouse garage door quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Chris was sick but he still came over and personally supervised the installation.

This was probably the smallest job his company did that week but he treated me as if I were ordering a $100,000 fence installation. Around town they have a consistently great reputation for doing what they say they will, the way they say they will, when they say they will and at the price they say they will. In my experience you can trust these guys. Next time I need anything that is fencing related, I'll call them.

Darryl has been so helpful in help maintain and program our electric gate. He has also done some rewiring in our driveway to replace old wiring. Professional service, shows up on time, leaves area clean after work has been completed and was very reasonable in pricing.
