We needed to replace are old windows and sliding doors to bring them up to date with quality High impact glass. The entire process with Prestige was easy and comfortable. All their staff was knowledgeable and professional. No high pressure sales people to deal with either. The high impact windows and sliding doors look great and for a reasonable price. Along with the excellent customer service are all reasons I would highly recommend them. Thank you Prestige!

I used Prestige Windows and Doors for my home renovation in Miami, FL. I had 4 windows, front door, cabana bathroom door, and pocket doors installed. The ordering process was fairly smooth. However, there is poor communication after the initial order is placed. I found myself repeatedly calling or emailing questions, and not receiving a response. Frequently escalating and being ignored.

It was like pulling teeth to get a response on anything. The installation workers were great. I was only able to get responses from the installation workers, as I told them no one in their office was responding to my inquiries. Typical case of catering before the sale, and ignored thereafter. While a great product and installation was great, I cannot accept being ignored like that, hence my rating. I repeatedly shared this feedback with them and continued to be ignored. Sharing this review in hopes this is addressed going forward.

Prestige did an amazing job from beginning to end. Their quote was amazing and very detailed, they were able to make changes quickly even at nearly the last minute before the order was done, the work was quick and incredibly well done. They were communicative throughout. As a bonus, their warranty is amazing. They came highly recommended and I'm going to pass that recommendation on to others.

Company was recommended to me by neighbor who used them prior. I'm very happy that I did. Windows/Door were delivered first and the install took place about 7 days later. Luis & Willian installers were beyond fantastic. They were professional, they explained everything step by step, they cleaned up after each section and always included me in the installation process to see if I was happy.

On top of that, the install from start to finish took 2 days with county inspection! William field manager also answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the completed work. A+ installation.

This is my second time installing hurricane windows and doors with Prestige. They were very professional and once the windows came in, the installation and inspection went smoothly. My experience with Prestige was excellent from the initial visit by their sales rep until final inspection and finish work. Everyone at Prestige was responsive and professional. The product was delayed by PGT due to supply chain issues; however this was the only issue and it was beyond anyone's control. The installation crew did a fantastic job and were great throughout the install.

The crew lead went above and beyond and made sure his crew stayed on task. They finished install ahead of schedule. The quality of these impact windows and doors is amazing and I highly recommend Prestige to anyone. Their pricing was also very competitive.

Due to COVID there were major delays. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. My only complaint was the lack of follow up by Prestige after they delivered the Windows. I had to call multiple times to even get an estimated date because they were so backed up. The windows sat in my yard for almost 3 weeks. Yoelvis Teams who did the installation made up for it.

If I rated solely on installation I would have given them 5 Stars. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell anything had been done. Meaning they didn't ruin the paint, the Cement or the antique marble sills. Yoelvis regularly checked in during the job. The team was super professional and detailed. They did a great job, I was super worried especially of a huge mess or damage right before Thanksgiving. They surpassed all expectations!

The designer we worked with, Malena, was friendly and helpful, staff kept us posted on door status and delivery, installer was talented and respectful, and best of all - they handled the inspection process for us. Wow! My husband and I are so impressed with the level of professionalism this company upholds. From beginning to end, everything ran smoothly with the installation of our impact windows and doors. Any type of construction or remodeling in a home tends to create a little Chaos, but not with Prestige. The installers worked swiftly and cleaned up each work section as they finished, leaving behind zero dust and debris. Our house look amazing and we feel well protected. Work started with Prestige's crew arriving early and punctual in the morning. I was explained what work was going to be done and given contact information for the labor supervisor if I had any questions. The installation crew was polite and respectful.
