We had the best experience with the quality of our windows and doors. The professionalism and service of the company and the team of workers are exceptional. The company owner Yusmiel Mujica is always available if you have any questions or concerns. I hope that if you need windows or doors get a quote and you will me also very happy with the price.

They came to out house twice for a quote, were really nice and proactive, told us a good price and got us to choose them- then disappeared. They ghosted us and completely fell off the earth knowing we were waiting to get the project going. After almost a week of ignored calls and texts they finally responded that they would get back to me. the evening after I reached out again, they said they were passing on my project. Jared and company is a waste of time

This company is completely unprofessional. The quality of work is pathetic. Their installers have no idea what they are doing and upon " completion" my windows and doors did not look new. They claim they attempted to resolve everything, but if you do it properly the first time, then you don't need to fix it. As the old phrase goes "it's better to prevent than to cure".

I have several windows and doors that are inoperable. Save yourself the headache and do not work with this company. Not worth the money. I would give this company negative stars.

I am very Satisfied with the work completed in my house Jorge Zambrano is extremely honest, reliable, and professional. He took the time to educate me on all their products available Jorge had the patience and expertise to fulfill any doubts or worries that I may have had. They installed windows and sliding door Steve and his partner performed a very detailed, clean and superior installation. I am extremely content that I chose OCEAN to install high impact windows/sliding door in my home

I met with Jorge, I had already met with several companies but by far there was no comparison to what Jorge brought to the table. After he left my home I knew Ocean was our best choice. I felt the most comfortable with the type of service his company would provide for my project. Before signing, I went to his showroom to see and feel his products were up to par.

I was blown away by their manufacturing plan with more than 100 employees. No other product I saw had that type of clean craftsmanship and no other product I saw had those types of features. My back sliding glass door which measured 96" wide was going to be converted to double french doors with two sidelites and Jorge threw out the idea of making it a double french door (WITH NO SIDELITES) making my french doors exactly 96" wide.

It came out gorgeous. No other company put as much passion into the design of my house as Ocean did. It really paid off when my project was complete which was done on time. The installers were Just as good as I expected. They worked diligently and cleaned up around each work area as they finished. My family and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're in the market for windows and doors, I highly recommend Ocean all the way!

Very happy with the company Jorge Zambrano came to our home was very knowledgeable and explained option available for our home configuration he provided us an extremely detailed proposal and pricing was very reasonable for the entire home. We accepted the quote and signed the agreement with Ocean. The Installation was as promised on the time frame 9 weeks to complete. Thank you Guys for great job.

Can't begin to say how glad this job is FINALLY over! Unprofessional in every way. Workers sent me to Home Depot for supplies! Got yelled at by one worker. Inspection was finally complete after 3 attempts. Finish work looks like a child caulked my windows. Enough said

I am very happy with the windows and the doors are really very stressful since many companies offered me prices that are impossible for a moment I thought I could not do it until I called ocean Doors and windows sent me a representative who explained and showed me the different glass and frames and the price was the right price and a professional service

We had the worst experience with OW. Totally unreliable! They promised to exchange a balance rode, kept sending us people who obviously didn't know what they were doing or simply didn't show up at all when promised. When we, after waiting over a year (!) for OW to fix the problem, could not taken it any longer and turned to another company, guess what: the other company fixed the problem within two days! OW is an absolute no go!

We had the worst experience with OW. They kept us waiting more than an entire year for a little repair on a window they had installed and that we couldn't open any longer. After being lied to again and again we finally gave up and called another company. They fixed the problem within two days. Our advice: Do not hire OW unless you have a lot of money and time to waste! OW is a company of professional liars and certainly not a company of professional service!

Excellent quality and variety of impact windows and doors. Plus, outstanding customer service.

Work was good. City inspectors didn't approve their work at first and some of it had to be redone. Work took a lot longer than estimated. Workers & management are friendly. Owner was beyond-rude, treated us costumers in extremely unprofessional ways, and responded to our inquiries with legal threats. One star because no-stars is not an option.
