Re-Bath of Amarillo

Do not complete contract. No shower pan. Caulking stains. Mildew stains. Not as advertised. Water gets under flooring. Save your money!

We were referred to Re-Bath from Lowes and were excited because we didn't have to shop around for a contractor. They were very responsive with a phone and appointment. At first it seemed like an ideal solution that they would be a one-stop shop with all products and services - and do everything in a short time. After we picked out everything we wanted from a catalog for an estimate - we had sticker shock.

We picked relatively low end products (not tile or stone - their standard acrylic product for a shower) and the estimate was $50k. We had a very small bathroom. I was also surprised that we didn't get a "price per item" breakdown and was disappointed by that. He sales rep (of course - as sales people do) tried to get us to sign that day. And, the financing with Lowes would have started immediately - despite the job wouldn't be able to start for a month or two (due to backlog).

We decided to shop around - using Yelp- for contractors and found an excellent one with fantastic service and very professional - for 1/2 the cost and I had more choices and better choices of products because the contractor took us to two showrooms. I also got a price breakdown for everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I got a beautiful quartz stone counter too and very nice quartz shower panels.

I would advise anyone to get comparison estimates. I also liked the idea that I found a good contractor who can help me with other things I need. The Re-Bath sales agent paints a bad picture of contractors but if you shop around you can find a great one.

This company only has reviews from people who only review them kind of suspicious. I had them come and give me a estimate.and wow price is ridiculous for a bathroom that is small. Not only was it 30k lol he refused to do simple things.you think people are rich buddy? Wowww get a clue stop ripping people off with these ridiculous prices. This is so appalling on all levels

I wish I had before photos of my shower. It was so mildewed and funky and the worst part of our home. Since Re-Bath replaced it, it is literally the nicest part of our house and we look forward to showering! I understand why people find their sales pitch a bit cringy, but it really did convince us that this was the company for us to work with. I appreciated learning about their company and learning about their guarantee.

The cost was higher than some of the contractors that we spoke to, but the time expected for the work was much lower with Re-Bath and since we have been working from home on and off and wanted to limit exposure to workers, that was one of the deciding factors. We also realized that the contractors and handymen could not be held accountable in the way that Re-Bath could.

We found all of the employees of Re-Bath to be incredibly professional. And they truly love their work. They were always positive and friendly even when they were faced with some setbacks created by a fussy inspector. They went above and beyond to finish the job in time and even return to fix some minor things that came up for us. Ultimately, the final product is amazing and warrantied and the company backs their work. I'd definitely use them again if I had the opportunity. Special shout out to our lead installer Rene and project manager Scott. I appreciate you!

Professionalism was amazing! Communicated with me and great work. Any minor issues that may have occurred after we're addressed immediately. They call to check-in on their work a few months later which was great!

Re-Bath did a great job. The bathroom is almost unrecognizable on how it was before. I love the modern look and that bath/shower is just wow. All the workers were great and all of them did a professional job, they are great people to talk to. We love our new bathroom, I feel like I'm walking into a 5 star hotel bathroom every time I walk in. Love the work that they did.

Best renovation experience ever! I chose Re-Bath for my Master Bathroom remodeling. They are very professional from beginning to end. I do not need to leave the house to choose or procure any materials. Everything was well plan, well executed so no surprises. You know when they are going to show up and get them done! The staff are very friendly and thoughtful.

Re bath remodeled my bathroom. Took them about 8 full days and a follow up a few weeks later to finish some minor paint stuff. Looks amazing. My bathroom is now my favorite room in my whole house. They are a little more pricy then other estimates I got but they are fully licensed and have a warranty. The work is good.

I would not recommend this company. The internal communication between the employees, Michael and Mark is horrendous. When things go wrong, they blame each other while I spent a significant part of my time communicating for them. Many things were promised but never fulfilled in the end. Not only that, they installed the wrong bathtub and only to get it re-installed which in turn delayed the entire project.

We opted for the marble looking wall for our bathroom. In real life, it's extremely shiny and tacky looking. The only good thing about this project were the workers. They were efficient but without proper instructions from Mark and Michael, the entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Luckily, we found another contractor for our new home that we were very pleased with.

Overall, had a pretty great experience! Josh came out and helped us design what we were looking for and was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the installation went in seamlessly. Rebath is a bit more expensive than some other companies, but I think it's totally worth it!

I would give zero if possible! Referred by home depot. Rob came to assess the project and spent over 2 hours measuring and discussing options. He said he would get back with an estimate in 2 to 3 days. I never heard back from him even after leaving multiple messages. I called re bath after waiting for a few weeks. The lady that answered promised to look into it and let the manager know. I've never heard back from anyone! Most disappointing. They could have called back to say they were not able to help me instead of leaving me hanging.

I have been looking forward to my consultation for over 2 weeks. I received a few calls to confirm my appointment and each time I verified 11/3/2021 @ 2pm. I also received a confirmation email from Lowes yesterday stating that there is a 3 hour window from time of appointment. Well, it is now 5:30 and I never received a call to reschedule. I tried calling to ask if there was any delay and no one answered. What a waste of time.

I'm pleased with the remodel of my bathroom. They let me know when things were scheduled and what was happening. The crew was courteous, friendly, and professional. I would use them again.

ReBath removed my old bathtub/shower and installed a walk-in shower. They also replaced my toilet and fan. The workers were friendly and professional, and kept masked during the week of work.

Our neighbors had their bathroom remodeled from a tub/shower to walk in shower. The bathrooms are not big and it was fabulous. They did our bathroom remodel project. We decided to do ours after that. From the get-go, it was a great experience. They provide a one-stop place to order everything which is perfect for our small bathroom project. We didn't want to go through the hassle of going to different shops to buy items for the project. They brought all sample materials/pictures for us to choose.

In need of a new shower enclosure - glass, molding, insert. Had quotes from other contractors so had an idea of general range ($5k-$7k). Wife scheduled the appointment while I was out on a trip. The rep asked if I would be available because the "husband" would need to be available to help with the decision-making process. This pissed off my wife since, as we all know, the wife is the one primarily making decisions on home renovations - duh! Rep came out and was instantly off-putting - very strong smell of smoke.

And I'm not talking just a little strong. I'm talking clear the room strong. Ok, got over it since many of the reviews that had work done were positive. Measures the shower enclosure; we BS a little; then sit down at the kitchen table to discuss. He immediately busts out a powerpoint presentation on the quality and credibility of the company. Huh? That's a first.

Then he throws out a rough number - "The job will probably be in the mid to high teens." Come again? We're talking about a 40"x40" pan, two sides with 7'x5' fiberglass, and two sides with glass and a pony wall. We would also need a ceiling fan installed that would get tied in to an existing bathroom fan. Other quotes to replace the shower, a full tub, plus the ceiling fan were in the $10,000 range.

I was thinking minus the tub would be in the $5k to $7k range. But mid to high teens? They might do great work. Don't know. Couldn't get past the sales person and outrageous estimate.

We talked to 4 contractors, all with great reviews, and decided to go with Re-Bath because of their unique business model. A couple of minor hiccups a long the way that got corrected promptly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the end result and quick completion.

We had our bathtub converted into a shower tub combo but kept the original bathtub. They did such an efficient and quality job. They were in and out in 2 days. Their crew was tidy and worked around my family and our small house. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but for what we had done and during the time where inflation is at its highest we felt it was well worth it.

I love my Rebath Shower Rebath had very professional installers, Jessee and Hector, and they respected my home each and every day they were here. I got three different estimates and Rebath came in with the best price. The product is Awesome and I'm glad I chose to hire Rebath instead of one of their competitors.

I would also add that it's important to know if you don't use their "special" cleaning products that the floors will not hold up. Their service is really overpriced and products should hold up better in my opinion and made to last. It's a pain to remember that you can only use the products they approve. The floors did not hold up nearly as well as I had hoped they would for an overpriced bathroom remodel. I would go elsewhere!

Great experience with this company. You select every up front at an in home consultation and they take of the rest. Job isn't started until all materials in stock and they rocked it out in one week. This organization is very customer forced and the crew was polite and left the job site clean every nights. Great work. No running around picking up or picking out materials like my past experiences where I had to o a lot of leg work myself on materials. Very pleasant experience.

I am very happy with both bathroom remodels. Everyone at Rebath from start to finish was most helpful, attentive to our needs and professional. Finished projects in a timely manner. Hope to work with Rebath again for kitchen remodel.

Re-Bath recently completed a remodeling of our bathrooms and kitchen. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and we would recommend Re-Bath to others who are considering having such work done on their home.
