I definitely do not recommend this company at all. Sub par work pushed out to subs who barely know what they're doing. Almost $3000 for simple repairs and adding a new front door. Repairs were not completed to my satisfaction and one of the partners tried to push it off on his sub, saying it was up to him if he wanted to make it right or not. One spot that was supposed to be repaired because of a leak actually got worse after they said they "fixed it".
They did, reluctantly, come back out one more time only to caulk the bottom of the building. That's some expensive caulk, and something I could have easily done myself. Search elsewhere if you're needing construction or repairs done to a metal building.

We contracted with Premier Construction to demolish our existing garage and build a new one. This was done in a timely fashion and a professional manner. Gary Floyd was especially helpful and very good to work with. We are satisfied with every aspect of the new construction and pleased with the quality of the work preformed.

We contacted Gary Floyd (Premier Construction) after moving into the Amarillo community to construct a single car garage/workshop. Gary's professionalism was obvious from our first meeting. He was punctual and very thorough to ensure even the smallest details were reviewed and explained. The finished product was more than we expected, and he and his crew completed our project on time.
