1. Initial bid and contracting process was great. 2. Roof replacement experience was likewise great. More specifically, during a time of high demand for roofers (hail damage which affected a 2X3 square mile area), the work was begun before winter set in. It was completed quickly, and nicely. 3. Thought it started out rough, my experience with siding replacement turned out very satisfying.
Storm Group took ownership for the issues and worked very diligently to turn the situation around. Which, they did. The finished product is beautiful and very pleasing. 4. They were so effective in remedying the issues, that I retained them for additional work which also turned out very satisfying and went off without a hitch.

The Storm Group Roofing team are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Nick answered every question I had prior to installing my roof. I am specifically appreciative that he solved a problem that no other roofer was able to provide. He found the exact solution to a structural problem which caused a leak by the valley/soffit boundary. He explained every detail and performed the work exactly as described.
The Soffit/Fascia crew performed well and I am impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. The crew was very responsive to my concerns and suggestions. I explained the venting issues I had with the old soffits. Simon and his crew manged to provide the proper solutions. They were also willing to stay late and finish on time. Many thanks to the to the Storm Group team for a job well done!

Elizabeth and crew at Storm Group Roofing did a fantastic job with our garage. There was lots of areas that needed repair. Elizabeth came out and day 1 I knew they were the ones for the job. Very responsive, very professional. Finished the garage in one day. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Will definitely be contacting Elizabeth and Storm Group Roofing again in the near future.

We have worked with Storm Group twice now and both were great experiences. Alex is great to work with and all of the contractors they sent did good quality work. Storm Group communicated well with both our insurance company and us and made sure all necessary paperwork and repair steps were taken. We will definitely use Storm Group again!

Was consistently impressed with Storm Group roofing throughout a long process. Our salesperson and primary contract - Alex Redmann - was exceedingly thorough in both evaluating our roof for damage and weaknesses, explaining the products and processes Storm Group uses, and walking us through all our options, as well as coming back out multiple times to answer pre-sales questions.
Once winter cleared, Storm Group's crew did an excellent job - with a great installation and immaculate clean-up. Alex stopped by multiple times to ensure that everything was proceeding to our expectations. Having never replaced a roof before - I felt well prepared for the process and would recommend Storm Group both for the quality in the project, but primarily for their service.

Roshay was consultative and great to work with throughout the process - no sales pressure, and took the time to do a thorough review and provide honest information. The install team did great work, very detail oriented and made sure to address all issues with the roof. Highly recommend this company.

Alex was a rock star. Seriously, he showed professionalism, expertise, and a personal touch. He could have easily upsold me and pressured me to pay for services that were not necessary. However, he demonstrated putting my interests over his. This is rare in the contracting world. I do not need their services at this time, but you better believe Storm Group roofing will be my first stop and first referral!

Wonderful job by everyone at Storm Group. I had some loose siding and missing end caps on my house. Chris went to bat for me with my insurance company and got them to pay for new siding on the house and garage. Alex the sales rep was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained my options and made suggestions without any pressure. He and Adam stopped by regularly to ensure that things were going smoothly and to take care of any issues that arose. Alexis and his work crew worked so hard every day, they took great pride in their work and the craftsmanship was top quality.
I was also impressed with the thorough cleanup at the end of each day. I am so proud of my 117 year old house now, it is the cutest house on the block. I would highly recommend Storm Group to everyone. Great job!

We recently had hail damage to our home. We contacted the Storm Group and Brian C arrived at our home promptly to look at the damage. Brian was very knowledgeable with home exteriors and did a thorough inspection of the damage from the hail. He is professional and timely. I would recommend Brian to my friends and family.

Best quote - by far - followed up by timely installation of roof, gutters, and mesh gutter guards. The crew was quick, courteous, and professional. At no charge, Storm Group staff returned the following day and solved a venting problem, did some painting, and other work at my request which were not even included in the quote.

Would never recommend them. Nothing but headaches. Within six months, we have a leak. And no, they do not stand by that either and blame our ventilation. We had multiple problems along the way, also. Several contractors have told us the roof (they just put on) is bad. Yes, it is call to the Better Business Bureau time.
